On February 21, 2025, I had the incredible opportunity to experience a Shamanic Reiki session at Soul Rituals with owner Tiffany Heiden. Having dabbled in energy work before, I wasn't entirely unfamiliar, but this session was truly on another level. After a challenging week, I booked the session on a whim, hoping for something to help reignite my energy--and I'm so glad I did. Tiffany has created an absolutely magical space at Soul Rituals, and the energy is palpable from the moment you step inside. While waiting for my session, I relaxed on comfortable couches, sipping freshly brewed tea, flipping through an oracle card deck, and enjoying the calming scents of essential oils in the air. The peaceful ambiance immediately set the tone for what was to come. When Tiffany finished with her previous client, she sat down with me to explain the process and guide me in setting an intention for the session. She explained that this energy work is tailored to each individual, emphasizing that she would follow the flow of my energy throughout the session. Her advice was simple: "Just lean into it." And lean into it I did. The session itself was nothing short of transformative. Tiffany used sage for cleansing, a native drum, and a sound bath playlist that created a deeply calming atmosphere. The heated table was an unexpected but welcome touch, and the crystals she used helped to clear any lingering negative energy. Guided meditation and, of course, the powerful Reiki work were the perfect combination, creating an experience that felt like a complete energetic reset. After the session, we sat together to debrief, sharing our individual experiences. I'm so glad we did, as it helped me understand the shifts that had taken place. Tiffany's insight and gentle approach made the whole experience feel both grounding and empowering. If you're in need of an energy shift or just feel stuck, I can't recommend Tiffany's work highly enough. Soulscape is everything you could want in a spa experience. The space is peaceful, clean, and full of good energy. I had the lash extensions done and am extremely happy with the results. Tiffany is super gentle and takes her time to make sure it is done right and that you are satisfied with the results. I was a bit apprehensive to get this done because I thought they might be uncomfortable but I don't notice them at all. Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the treatment and also made me feel very comfortable to call and let her know if anything felt off with the lashes after the appointment was done (which I never needed to do). My friend had a great time with her services, although she did mention that it would be nice if the shower used for rinsing off the body scrub was a bit more upgraded--currently, it's tucked away in an odd room, which felt slightly odd. The overall experience was enjoyable and we will be back. The head spa treatment was my fav. I loved the scalp analysis, the cleansing, and especially the Therapeutic scalp massage.
