I have been getting waxing and facial services from Jenna for several years now. Not only is Jenna incredibly kind and caring, she is amazingly talented as well. Her facials are thorough and so soothing. She never tries to sell anything, she just uses good products and good techniques. Jenna is however, terrible at promoting herself. She is now offering additional services that elevate the whole experience. I recommend both the Holy Fire Reiki Infusion and the Lymph and Lift add ons. I am bitterly disappointed with this place. They showed me no compassion. I had a bad fall and broke ribs and potentially damaged by spleen (I and in the ER and waiting for results right now.) I called to explain the situation and they told me they were charging my card $355 for the full price of my treatment. I will never go to The Face Place again. and I suggest you find somewhere else with more understanding that accidents do happen and people have no control over that. I understand they lost income, but I'll bet the person working on me did not make all that money. Anyway, pretty upsetting to charge me full price as I am literally sitting in the ER. its just not very Sebastopol of them. read more

Eyebrow and Lip wax $35 I've been growing my brows for months after having gone tweezer happy once or twice. You couldn't tell by looking, but I promise it was only the brows I was growing out!!! I have been getting my brows waxed by Cristina for some time now every 4-6 weeks. She's super sweet and does such an amazing job every time!

I went here and saw Melissa after getting a groupon deal for a facial. Melissa was sweet and friendly, but not too chatty which I like. The room was beautifully decorated, but a little too cold for me. The facial itself was nice, but a little bit long. If I got another I would get a shorter one. The products smelled wonderful and felt good on my skin. She didn't do very many extractions on my skin, which was a bummer. I like getting the bad stuff taken out, but in the end my skin looked amazing! It looked like I was wearing a full face of makeup, yet I wasn't. Sadly, I won't be able to afford coming here often. A couple of months ago I had my lash extensions done by Christina and loved it! She was learning at the time, so I got an apprentice price, but she was still very professional and thorough. She is so sweet and caring! She made me feel so comfortable, which was great since I had only ever had lashes once before, and it was a bad experience. Melissa is the best. I was so lucky to find her while I randomly searched through Groupon a few months back. I was hesitant as I had some not so great Groupon experiences however I couldn't have been more impressed with how my first appt went back in November 2013. She is extremely sweet and amazing at what she does. My skin has never looked so great and I've struggled with skin issues all my life. She takes a personal approach to insure your unique skin issues are addressed and is not pushy or unpleasant when she is explaining the products she is using or feels might be helpful for you at the better prices then I was getting online for the same products. I just had a facial done by Melissa and the entire experience was incredible! I first found out about The Face Place through Groupon where I purchased the facial and I am SO glad I did. First of all, I was late upon arriving due to getting a speeding ticket on my way over (just my luck!), and when I walked in I was pretty upset and stressed out. Melissa immediately welcomed me with a friendly smile and helped calm me down. During the facial I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable, Melissa is AWESOME at when she does.
