Such a big dissapointment!!! 1 pork patty banh mi & 1 grilled pork croissant When I got the order it turned out that both of them were banh mi (no crossiant) So, I politely told them that our order was incorrect, due to the cashier possibly mishearing me, & how I said I wanted 1 as a "croissant". Then the cashier angrily told us, "well it's your fault then." Then, reluctenly remade the sandwich for us. Next, I went up to order more food from them a 2nd time. The attitude of the staff COMPLETELY changed from this point on: There was a different cashier, who gave us such a bad attitude, was so impaitient, rude, telling me that there is a 30+ min wait, how they are sold out on a couple things, etc. I eventually placed an order a 2nd time, overpassing the negative feeling I was still getting from the cashier. 2nd Order turned out even worse! -Mochi Waffle~ Barely any filling, just plain dough, no cheese or oreo at all!!! I had a really strange experience here. There's an ordering kiosk but they also take your order at the counter, which we ended up doing because the ordering kiosk didn't have all the menu items on the board. The associate that helped us take our order was very nice. What seemed to be "display" spring rolls in a takeout container sat underneath a sign near the register that said they now offered - Spring Rolls! I was craving some so I ordered it and watched in horror as the cashier took the container that had been sitting there before I arrived and placed it next to the sandwich making area. Maybe it was just a signal to the person making food that spring rolls were ordered and to make some, but nope, I was served shrimp spring rolls that had been sitting there on the counter, not temperature controlled. When we asked to give it back for a refund we were given one, but we were also told that it had been made recently since people order them all the time. At least put it in the fridge, maybe. Then while we were eating another worker was mopping the floors all around us, and she actually bumped into me twice with her elbow, that's how close she was. Maybe don't mop the lobby while folks are eating. All that on top of seeing the person making food grab a broom with gloved hands that then prepared sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands made me decide never to come back again. read more

They are located in a quaint shopping center with shared parking, literally right off of Elk Grove Blvd. Entered and saw the menu which is kind of a lot of information, inside felt cluttered. Plenty of option to pick from. They do not have rice bowls but they do have vermicelli bowls, egg rolls, Bahn Mi, spring rolls and boba tea, blended slushies and more. There is a kiosk near the front counter that can be used to place an order or you can place one with the staff members. Tried the grilled beef Bahn mi, with lychee tea and egg rolls. The egg rolls are vegetarian and come with a sweet chili sauce for an additional fee ($0.50). The egg rolls were piping hot and delish. The grilled beef Bahn mi was... different. The grilled beef was like a ground beef patty, I'm not even sure if it was beef or beyond meat. Overall the grilled beef Bahn mi was not it. I would not order again. The lychee tea was decent. Lunch was delicious here... was craving a banh mi and didn't want to drive to Stockton blvd so I dropped by here.. the restaurant is gorgeous.. so open and bright and welcoming. Recently visited again, and I'm glad I did. Initially when they first opened, I felt like they didn't have enough meat in their banh mi's. We visited today, and their banh Mis were packed! Great food, I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cute spot for lunch/dinner. I got the banh mi, vermicelli, drinks (green Thai tea), and my cousin got a Cheeto corn dog. I preferred the vermicelli noodles and green Thai tea of everything. My family and I enjoyed the banh mi, I feel that the bread could've been better (like a quality french roll) but it was good! We went here yesterday March 10, 2026 after a long day of a hike. We got there walk inside the employee weren't welcoming like hi how are you? Do you need help with anything? They were most likely chitchatting among themself. Decent place to get banh mi if you don't want to drive out to South Sac. Have eaten here just a handful of times as I do prefer the ones in South Sac. Recommend getting the sandwich with the usual baguette as the croissant just didn't do it. The drinks I've tried are not bad. Tried one of their refrigerated cakes and did not like. 3rd time here and it was just as good as the first time. I ordered the B2 Grilled pork to eat now, and the B1 Special for the next day. The sandwich was pretty long, about the length of my forearm and the thickness of a soda can. The bread to me was perfect. Slightly flakey, firm to the touch but soft enough to bite. The grilled pork portion was generous and warm with great umami. The mayo was light and not overwhelming. The pickled veggies portion were generous and gave the sandwich a good vinegary taste. The cucumbers and cilantro added a nice freshness and the jalapeno's had a solid spicy kick. I personally had to take it out because I have a low spice tolerance but it didn't take away from the Bahn Mi. The next day, I had the B1 Special after putting it in the microwave for 1 minute. It was just as good. Bread quality went down slightly compared to eating it fresh, but that's expected. Still flakey, still soft enough to bite where you're not struggling. Meats, toppings, mayo and pate still help well together. Definitely a favorite spot for me in the Elk Grove area. Might even be one of my favorite Bahn Mi's in Northern California. Even the day-old microwaved bánh mì I ordered was better than most others I've had. 10/10 for me. read more

Stopped by Paris Banh Mi and tried the Grilled Pork Banh Mi--and wow, it did not disappoint. Even though I went later in the day, the ingredients were still fresh, which isn't always the case at some other spots. The baguette is a bit skinnier than what I'm used to, but they definitely don't skimp on the meat--plenty of flavorful, well-seasoned pork in every bite. This is easily one of the better banh mi spots in the Sacramento area, definitely in my top 3-4. That said, the Vietnamese iced coffee was terrible. It had a weird aftertaste, almost like rubbing alcohol, which made me question if it was tainted. Not sure if it was just a bad batch, but I wouldn't order it again. Amazing spot!!! We went here yesterday afternoon for the first time. Easy parking and wonderful venue inside. Very clean and such cute decor! They even have a Tet backdrop for photo ops. I plan to come back this weekend to bring my kids to take photos wearing their Ao Dai (lol). We ordered #1 Banh Mi, #2 Banh Mi (buy 5 get 1 free!). Quality ingredient and fresh taste. It is a bit slimmer than I'm used to (usually we go to Duc Huong in Sac or Banh Mi Ba Le in Oakland). This is a great local spot tho and definitely comparable to the Bay Area local Banh mi shop. I can see why the Banh Mi here comes with a higher price tag. The bread is different from many Vietnamese restaurants down on 65th street. Paris bread seems to freshly baked, soft, slightly chewy, and you can tell there's care in the preparation. Also, being right in the heart of Elk Grove adds to the convenience factor. That said, the sandwiches run on the smaller side. Each bite was flavorful, but for the price point, I was hoping for just a bit more substance. My grilled pork with pate was excellent, the meat was marinated beautifully, and everything came together really well. On the flip side, the Banh Mi combination was dry. I was expecting the pate and mayonnaise to balance it out, but there wasn't quite enough of either. This was my first time trying their drinks, and I'll definitely be back for more. The Artichoke Tea was a standout, refreshing, cold, and just lightly sweetened. Honestly, I'd come back just for that. It actually reminded me of my childhood. We also ordered the Vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, which was tasty overall, but the fish sauce wasn't my favorite. It leaned a bit too sweet and lacked the citrusy kick I usually look for.
