Came in for dinner, ordered at 9:10pm, keep in mind it closes at 10pm. Ordered an XL Pho, spring rolls, egg rolls and a iced tea. We were the last people to order and they were already cleaning up. Food does not come out until 10pm (closing) which we also had to remind them that we did order egg rolls which came out 5 minutes later. They also sat us next to the side exit door which they left wide open and it was in the mid to low 40's this evening..... seriously. No apologies or kind gestures. I recommended this place to my friends but was embarrassed with what they experienced. Not acceptable and will never come back. The employee on the phone was a male and said the kitchen closes at 8:45pm And could not assist us. Nice modern and clean interior. We had the b10 pork roll and the combination croissant. We recommend to skip the croissant and get the regular bread instead. First time here and would come back again for the pho and banh mi! Pho broth was very flavorful and needed no additional seasonings. Their noodles are not the traditional pho noodles and were a tiny bit wider. I would had liked the thinner noodles. Banh mi ratio was great and bread was light and toasted. I really liked this place for their banh mi and occasionally their pho. But their quality for their broth has gone down since they've first started serving pho. I came here to eat with my family today and saw the girl cleaning and handling cash while still serving customers their food. She had a pair of gloves on and used it while cleaning (sweeping, cleaning tables and touching used bowls and utensils). She continued wearing those same gloves while handling food. If this is acceptable food handling practice then I don't even want to know how the food is being prepared. Eat at your own risk but I won't be returning after witnessing this. read more

Since I was buying 4 banh mis, she pointed out the special that they were having: buy 5 get one free. I went with it. Food: they don't have menus to hand out at the time, but everything is posted up. ---They carry pho bowls and other items. ---Banh mis: For this 1st time, I was only interested in trying their banh mis, so ordered 6 combination sandwiches. It took a minute for them to make them, but the wait was reasonable. You can also see the lady working on your order. She was quick and clean. The sandwich comes in a thin and long piece of baguette. Love the Banh Mi here. They have a unique take and make their own in-house baguette. Besides Saigon Sandwiches, this is my other go to for Banh Mi in Fresno. I heard they also serve Pho now so I'll give it a try pretty soon. Service was pretty decent, I would definitely recommend calling in beforehand. Not only was the service great as everyone who works there was very nice. But their banh mi sandwiches are quite large with a bunch of delicious fillings AND the bread is the best I've ever had! Since the sandwich was so big, I was not able to finish it in one sitting so I put it in the refrigerator to eat the rest the next morning. If you've ever had a banh mi, you know that typically the bread is so hard the next day you cannot eat it. However, this one was still soft! We were greeted as we walked in. Very friendly and fast service. Lots of space to sit, hangout, and eat. The music was nice and relaxing. Noise level was average. Ordered shredded chicken banh mi sandwich, lemon berry cake, cream brûlée, and coconut smoothie. The sandwich was warm and light on flavor. The lemon berry was a little dense, but I was able to get both lemon and berry flavors so that was good. The cream brûlée cheesecake was delicious, creamy and light. The coconut drink sweet and creamy, but I would've like it to have a much flavorful coconut taste. It seemed a little on the watered down side. Hubby got the grilled pork bahn mi. He said the bread was good. I got the croissant special sandwich. Croissant was good. The sauce was a little too much for me at this point in life lol. Love this place! First time trying this place and the food and service were amazing. Me and my girlfriend had the BBH, cheese wontons, iced coffee and mango matcha, and I'll say it was the best Vietnamese food in Fresno. I was delighted to learn that this restaurant serves one of my favorite dishes--bbq pork w/egg roll vermicelli. The egg roll was tasty, but it was not a traditional imperial roll. The plentiful serving of pork was extremely disappointing. It appeared to be pork shoulder, with too much fat and uneven pieces that were somewhat tough. I'm accustomed to lean filets of pork--thin slices that are nicely grilled. I enjoy this dish in the SF Bay Area, but was disappointed with this Clovis location. read more

I'm always looking for the next good Banh Mi and this missed it for me. I have a regular place for Banh Mi and it's still going to be my go to place. I was worried when I saw that the chicken Banh Mi says that the chicken was shredded. I knew that the chicken was going to be dry and it was. The saving grace was the special butter mayo that they use to keep the sandwich moist. The bread was nicely toasted but this sandwich needed help from the butter mayo to save it. Since, already this sandwich is a "no go" again for me. I'll stick to the better places since the price of the others are about the same price. I really wanted to like this place. I think they have the best broth in Fresno. Wow, I love it. From the moment I opened it I could smell the cinnamon. Wow.

From the second we walked through the doors, we were impressed with the door and cleanliness of the cafe. The staff's customer service is top notch. The server came over several times to make sure that we didn't need anything else. We have been eating Banh Mi sandwiches when they were on $1.50 in San Jose. I mention this because Paris Banh Mi has the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was fresh and had a nice crunch. I had the veggie Banh Mi with tofu skin which was so delicious. The veggies were expertly marinated and crispy. My husband had the grilled pork which was moist and juicy. The sandwiches are put on what looked like a panini press which makes the sandwich toasty. Came here on a Saturday and surprisingly not huge line nor crowded. I hadn't heard of this national chain before but given its numerous locations across the US and now in Fresno, gave it a try. Food- got the combo and grilled pork banh mi. Pate not included with grilled pork. Overall they're tasty but not the best ever. They're made to order and are perfectly and VERY nearly wrapped and assemble in the French bread. Not overflowing or too big to eat in one bite like others and which I actually prefer. Combo includes multiple different meats which was good but the whole grilled pork was superior. Drinks- Thai iced tea and taro slushie both with boba. I'd come back even if just for the drinks. Bobas are chewy. Thai tea was well sweetened and not overly so. Taro slushie was very good and could really taste the taro essence. Interior- many tables and clean and modern. There's a side bakery too for cheesecake slices which go for $7.50/slice. Parking plenty and staff were professional. read more

I'll say I'm disappointed that there are NO NON-DAIRY options for boba. ORDER: Grilled Pork: Seems like it's made w/5 spice. I thought it'd be plain grilled pork or hoped it'd be lemongrass grilled pork. Pork Patties: Thought they might be crispy with some seasoning but they were soft & lacked for flavor. Lychee Strawberry Tea w/Boba: Totally fine. Again, disappointed I couldn't get any milk teas since they don't have non-dairy options. Overall, their mayo-butter is very thick but lacks for any flavor enhancement. The sandos are about pricey for what you get. Wasn't really impressed & likely won't go back.
