From the crumbly texture when chewing, the watery taste that could stem from what I think was a hurried attempt to semi-boil and/or thaw frozen meat, and the fact that 25% of the meat fell every time I took a bite, I'm almost certain they are using ground beef. At a minimum, it is clear they switched their meat and it is not for the better. I can only speculate that it was in response to complaints of stingy meat because they had filled our sandwiches to the brim with this meat.
