When I walked over with my son to see if any assistance was needed, I saw that the employees were already helping her. The lady had fallen and struck her head. One employee was sitting on the ground holding the lady the way a daughter would hold her own mother. The other employees were checking on the lady and making sure emergency responders were on their way.
