We purchased 2 new bikes online, performed the small amount of assembly required and attempted to…read moreuse them. They supposedly were tuned up at the factory to be operational but we found the gears and brakes to be poorly adjusted and the front wheels on both bikes were out of round. Realizing why the instruction books that came with the bikes began every section with 'We highly recommend you have the bike professionally tuned' we did some research finding that Bullseye has a great reputation and reasonable fees. We first took the front wheels to have them adjusted to them and within a day they had them ready for us. Having seen how competent, conscientious, professional, and responsive they were we dropped both bikes off to have them tuned up one the weekend and we had them back working superbly by that Tuesday. They take what they do seriously and are highly customer-focused. Totally recommend them.

Took it back to then during peak bike repair days for students returning to campus. They may seem brusk to some when being honest about times, conditions, etc. They are HONEST and fit in a same-day flat repair only to charge me nothing saying they found a washer accidentally left in the tire from the last flat fix. AMAZING! Trust the staff, even if they speak frankly. They are VERY up front and honest and, very importantly, do excellent work at good prices/rates.

Last weekend, I thought I had lost my car fab somewhere on the trail. I came back in a panic and without hesitation, they let me take one of their e-bikes out to go back and retrace my 25 mile ride. When I got back, without finding my fab key, they told me to leave my car as long as needed and helped me figure out a locksmith. They were kind and genuinely caring. As fate would have it, upon loading my bike into my friend's car, I saw my key fab had somehow fallen from my pack and gotten lodged into my bike frame where it remained for over 18 miles! I test rode a smaller frame version. They offered to let me buy a bike and order the large frame version for me. I suggested they call me when they get one in stock. Nyet! Salesman was not willing to do that. I guess trying to motivate me to buy a bike. Spending over $1000 requires me to physically try the product before I buy. I bought from a competitor.

Highly recommend!!!…read more Dropped in after purchasing a brand new bike for my child, it was already assembled. We decided to have training wheels placed on it because he is still learning to balance. However, only after 2-days of riding, the chain was then rubbing against the tires and unable to ride it. So I checked around for the nearest local bike shop. Actually had a little drive to this location, but very much worth the drive. Danielle was awesome! She not only completed a quick assessment on the bike, she fixed it too. It didn't take her much time at all, I know she has her hands full with many other customers bikes. She was so patient with us. And her dog Paul is super sweet. He works hard and so very friendly. I will definitely be utilizing Danielle for al my future bike concerns. After all, he will out grow his 20" bike at some point. And if you're looking for a bike to purchase, they have quite a few in stock here. The location is fairly easy to find.
