Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

Today I was on limited schedule.... not sure why Staples has gone downhill with staffing. My issue…read moreis Im picking up a pre-paid online order. The register lines seem to triumph anything else. No employee on the floor. I echoed hellllo!! Nothing.... I had to call the store from inside the store.. that took awhile for some one to answer... one employee came from the register to give my order. He wasnt the manager.. however he was very apologic. The manager was hiding in the back. Not cool... I just might go to FEDEX for my future print orders.

They were friendly and…read morehelpful on tbs retail end but if you are looking for SMEs comparing/contrasting products search elsewhere (they search their phones...). This store has a major stock/ inventory management issue. Significant numbers of hooks and shelving are vacant, usually with smaller items or packages of 2-3 items as opposed to dozens. The response to inquiry is go to the internet or buy a package of 36 or a bubble envelope or box or notebook much much larger than what I need. Is this more than irritating? Well, it shouldn't be but the reason one goes to brick and mortar store is to buy "now" and the business model supporting this are the many incidentals one also picks up at an office supply while there. I have never been here when all of the copy machines are working -- a similar indicator because the only folks copying at a Staples are folks who "need it now". This is a self fulfilling prophesy regarding in person retail in action. BUT the staff were friendly without being obsequious or faux. Five stars for the folks in the red polo shirts but one or two for inventory management and sustainable business practice.

This is the worst UPS operation that I have ever experienced! And according to all the other…read morereviews I am not alone. Besides having horrible customer service and not customer facing, They tend to fabricate reasons that are not true for delaying delivery. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for a QVC delivery of a laptop. They have attempted to gaslight me for the last 5 days with a ridiculous story about not being able to walk up my cleaned and salted driveway. The irony is my Ring Camera (driveway and door) have not captured a UPS truck since before the last snow storm. I spoke to Daphine who is supposed to be the depot manager who was extremely unprofessional and prepared with her pocket of lies. I am amazed that they would allow some young girl who obviously does not have much experience to handle such a responsibility. I am only giving them a 1 star rating because this platform won't allow a 0 star rating. #hotmess

They are not humans but pre-recorded babble. I have a hugh complaint regarding a package which should have been at my home no later than 12:00 noon 10/17/2025 per the shipping information. It is now 2:08 p.m. and no package. Trying to call UPS is absolutely the most horrifiying thing to do in the world No one answers just tape recording which do not understand as they are pre-recorded. You cannot even call the nearest UPS location to your home (same problem) I am FEDUP with UPS. I was notified yesterday 10.16.2025 that my package would be delivered by 12:30 pm. today 10/17/2025 (did not happen.) Tracked on line and found that the truck was only about 3/4 of a mile from my home. No truck. It is now 2:12 pm. 10/17/2025 and no package and nothing but AI generated babble to any question you ask it. As of this date I will notify and let anyone I order from to please send my pkg by FED X or US Postal service overnight. Better service. I need the part I am waiting for as my home is not secure due to needing this part to make it secure so I am not able to leave my home. I tried calling every number available for UPS and got nothing but tape records and hold times of well over an hour. NOT GOOD PUBLICITY. The only person I spoke with was someone in HR who told me I had the wrong extension. Asked to be transferred to someone in the corporate office and was told he was not able to do that. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS CAROL B. TOME' RUNNING? I will NEVER use UPS again. FED or USPS will be my go to for sending packages. Should you wish to further discuss this with me, I may be contacted by e-mail at: sbslaw13@yahoo.com. I am still awaiting my parts to secure my home. Time now: 2:18 p.m. October 17m 2025. The parts were to be at my home by 12:30 p.m. the latest. Yes, I am repeating myself. Now they are telling me 9:00 p.m. tonight. The security for the garage does not come out at 9:00 p.m.
