So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first…read moretime and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool. So I didn't know much. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.

I…read morehad Sparkling Clear Pool Service clean my pool for the month of May while I was out of the country. I was appreciative that they were willing to do it knowing in advance that I might discontinue service upon my return. Bob seemed like a nice enough guy and the pool looked good when I returned. But during the last 2 services they neglected to clean my in-ground spa. Not sure how that got missed as it's quite prominent and there was a ton of DE that had backed up into the spa. Not sure how that happened as I wasn't cleaning the pool at that point. So when the spa was left as shown in the photo for the second week in a row I contacted Bob by text and included the photo attached here. He returned that same day and sent me a text with a photo showing it had been cleaned (attached) and I thanked him for taking care of it, especially since he knew at that point that I would be cleaning my own pool moving forward. When I returned home I noticed that my spa fountain pole was severely leaning. That following weekend I investigated why this was happening and realized that the pvc pipe supporting the fountain head had been broken. Bob had to have either grabbed it to steady his footing in the spa or hit the pole quite hard with the vacuum. I contacted him on 3 separate occasions concerning what I had discovered. I even filled out a comment on their website. Crickets. Never, ever heard from him or anyone from him company. Not a single, solitary word. I understand accidents happen but I just wanted them to take responsibility. So I spent my own time and money and drained my spa, remove the broken piece of pvc, (see photos), ordered new pvc pipe and couplings where I need need to glue pieces back together and screw it back into the bottom of my spa. To add to my frustration when I cleaned my pool one week after Bob's last visit and I saw that my chlorinator was completely empty of any chlorine tabs. It had only been 1 week and there wasn't even a small, tiny piece in there. Also, when they saw the DE backup into the pool Bob should have said something. The circulation of the pool was not good as I could see from the flow of the spa fountain prior to Bob breaking the pole and they never did a backwash. I've used a few different pool cleaning services since we've been in this home. This company is by far the worst I have ever used. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I've been extremely patient and understanding, but I've had to repeatedly chase down information just to know where we stand. We went two weeks with no service due to weather, which I understood, but no one notified me. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. During that time, the pool began turning green, so I contacted Sean. He told me he would come out the next day, but he never showed. He eventually came on my originally scheduled day instead. I've paid for four weeks of service, yet I've now gone another two weeks with no communication, no updates, and no pool service at all.

My pool was loosing over an inch of water everyday, which made the pump unable to run properly as water level was too low. Since freezing temperature continued, my pool became icy as well. Outdoor faucets got frozen so I was adding water by running a garden hose from the bathroom sink (while freezing cold outside air was coming in to my house), just to avoid getting the pump damaged from complete stop of its operation. I was desperate. So Tanner's advice over text messages even before scheduling the service really helped me relieved, as he was so responsive and answered to my questions!!
