He came to my home to give me a quote, and the thing I appreciated the most was that I never felt like he was trying to oversell me. He provided me with education, walked me through all my options, and gave me his honest opinion about what I truly needed versus what would be "nice to have." In an industry where most consultants are concerned about their commissions, Curtis made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about my needs, my pocketbook, and my satisfaction with my purchase. This is how you secure a customer for life. I was also extremely pleased with my installation team. I would like to give special thanks to Angel and Evan. These two were warm, respectful, and professional. They were sensitive to the fact I was working from home during the install, and they made every effort to allow me to do my thing while they did theirs. Angel did an awesome job correcting some issues he found in my attic. He shared pictures of his work and the quality really shone through. I feel confident that my system will live through many scorching AZ summers. In addition to the care I received from these hardworking techs, I was also super pleased that American offers interest-free financing for qualified customers. Obviously a new system is a huge investment. Having the option to make payments helps me balance this major purchase with my other priorities.
