Raphael did a great job and the shower insert looks great. We highly recommend him to everyone.

I first requested a quote from Rafael to replace an under mount sink. I had been quoted outrageous prices, and ghosted by other plumbers. Rafael had great confidence in his ability to do the job and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He also replaced the faucet, disposer, serviced the RO system. He then replaced our water heater. We have been very pleased with The Reliability, fairness, and competence Rafael brings to his work. 3 months after that we moved to a 35 year old home that needed extensive work. Again, we called Rafael. He replaced all our faucets and valves indoors and out. Disposer, water heater, water conditioner. He was prompt, on time and followed up with all the work he did. We are so happy to have found a professional like him! read more

Rafael was a pleasure to do business with. He removed my old stainless sink and installed a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. While here he noticed my cut off valve's throughout the house were completely corroded and also needed replacement. He gave me a fair price and efficiently fixed all my issues. I was so impressed with his kindness and efficiency that I hired him a second time to install a new bathroom faucet. He fixed several issues (leaky toilet, and loose sink fixtures) for no extra charge. I highly recommend Rafael and CIB plumbing. His work is exceptional, and he's a nice guy on top of that. It's nice to find someone who actually cares. He's my new go to for any plumbing needs. Thanks Rafael! read more

Rafael was on time and offered a free estimate. I had a mainline leak on my property. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. The work was completed in a few hours and the price of the estimate honored. I had looked at a few other companies, but most had a starting price higher than his estimate. I look forward to using Rafael for future projects. read more

My water heater started leaking, and I used Yelp to find someone trustworthy to hire. I contacted 5 companies, and Rafael from CIB is who I went with. Rafael got in touch with me immediately through Yelp. He was so knowledgeable and professional. His was also the lowest bid of the five. He was able to come out the next day and got me all squared away. I particularly liked the fact that he does follow-ups on all his installs and will come back out to service the unit and flush the system once a year for the next two years. I'm very fortunate to have found Rafael and CIB Plumbing. read more

December 12, 2022 Our customer notified ProBest on 12/12/22 that his pool equipment was not working properly after we did his termite job on November 29, 2022. Cost of termite treatment was $1425. He thought it was leaking. He sent pictures of drill hole in concrete near pool equipment. (All photos have been downloaded to customers file). I contacted our local handyman, Jerry. Jerry said that he couldn't do a job like that. He referred me to Zest Plumbing. Who then referred me to Swimming Pool Service and Repair. Their original base quote was around $600.00. I emailed Becci on Monday 12/12/22 at approximately 9:36am. She did advise that they were a couple days out. On 12/20/22 after checking every other day I finally had to cancel because customer was getting frustrated having to wait. Jack ended up going with CIB Plumbing & Rooter (a neighbor in his development). Rafael originally stated that it would be around $600.00 -$800.00 to repair. He did notify Jack and his wife that the price was increasing as the scoop of work was a little more than originally quoted. According to Jack, CIB was on the job about 10 hours. On Friday December 30, 2022, Jack sent over an invoice from the above contractor that was 3 times the amount quoted $2751. The contractor never contacted our office to discuss price increase as we would be the one paying for repairs which was explained at the beginning. I believe we should have been contacted and that $2175 was outrageous. read more

Highly rate this company!!!! The owner was prompt and on top of things. He did a fantastic job and went over a beyond. He was so good that we even asked if he could finish other projects that we needed and he got right on it. Focused on his job and got it done in a timely manner. What I also loved is he was far with his prices.... That's what made me choose him over anyone else in the area. If you need plumbing I highly suggest him!!!! read more

Rafael was the only plumber to respond back with a bid, which is what I requested from all the plumbers. This showed that he listened. Although the job was not urgent, he responded and the job was done within one day of him responding. This showed that he was timely. Rafael, took the time to see if there was anything else that he could do for us, at no extra charge. It turns out that he has remodeling skills. We will be using him again. 5 stars read more

Rafael completed an excellent job on replacing my kitchen faucet as well as replacing a water filtration system under my kitchen sink. He arrived on time and ready with the necessary knowledge to complete the job. I also asked him to replace a toilet that was difficult due to height restrictions with a countertop. He was able to locate and install the correct toilet the next day. He is very honest and straightforward about what work should be done. I would highly recommend Rafael and his company, CIB Plumbing. We will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs. read more

I bought a new garbage disposal from Home Depot and they were supposed to install it for me but they never called me as promised. I came to Yelp to request quotes. I got 6 responses and only 2 of the businesses would give me quotes online without having to call in. CIB was one of them and his was also the best quote. He was able to come out within 2 days which I really appreciated. Definitely would use their services again. Huge thank you to Rafael and Sergio! read more

Sent Yelp requests on Sunday. Promptly replied and communicated his availability and pricing based on my details and photos. Contacted me when running a little bit late. We added to the job once he came out to replace the bathtub. We ordered online then he went and picked it up. Then came back and installed tub and new valves. No surprises. We paid per his quote and the additional work which was done at the same time at an additional cost. Very satisfied with the job done in such a timely manner. read more

I reached out to Home Advisors for some recommendations on local businesses that they would recommend for some plumbing work I needed done. Rafael reached out to me shortly after my request. I told him what I needed, he gave me a quote, we agreed on a day and he came did the work we discussed which did turn into being a bit more than I had anticipated but it was done quickly and professionally. He made some recommendations on some other things that he noticed needed some attention. So when he finished with the work I had him do that day, he filled out his invoice, included the recommendations with a quote for any of the work that needed to be done if I wanted to do any of that in the future. I appreciated the mention of these things, a quote for the work and no pressure to schedule it for the future. I don't like to be pressured, which Rafael did not do, but was upfront with suggestions so that when I have the opportunity to address these issues, I know where I stand when it comes to my bottom line. Thank you Rafael, it was a good experience doing business with you. read more

Rafael is very unprofessional and not a pleasure to work with. I made an inquiry on Angies list for a service and he reached out. I said I am going with someone else that reached out and he started to get mad at me over the phone saying he paid for this lead and then ending up hanging up on me. Extremely rude to clients. read more

I had some work in my Masterbath that needed completing, final plumbing tasks, new fixtures for sink and bath, re-install of toilet and more. Rafael gave a great quote beating the competition (I received three quotes) and he was the one personally I felt the most comfortable speaking with. He completed the project timely and even gave me advice regarding some work previously done and went above and beyond on a few task items that he didn't have to do. I was grateful. Rafael will be my "go to" plumber going forward and I gave his information to my sister (who lives down the street) in case she needs a plumber. Wonderful, hardworking and efficient. Obtained a quote and accepted it. Setup up appointment but he didn't show up. He tried to move appointment again and when I said that wouldn't work, he turned aggressive and said "find someone else". He then sent threatening messages. Be aware, and very careful with this company. UPDATE: after he read this review, he called me, swearing and threatening, then continued sending me long ranting texts swearing and calling me names.
