this is company is the worst plumber i've ever had to deal with in my entire life. this plumber…read morecame to the house i rent through a property management. they came to fix a shower faucet. the plumber stated he couldn't fix the faucet. without considering the outcome proceeded to attempt to fix the leak anyway. he cut a hole in the shower and took apart the faucet after stating he couldn't fix it. he then left after stating he has to notify the property management that they need to send another plumber. due to this horrible plumber not able to fix faucet, we have no water. called the main office and explained my disgust in their service, the receptionist then transferred me to the owner jon. jon immediately stated to me that first the conversation was going to happen his way. i've been is sales and customer service for 22 plus years and you never tell an irate customer that. he refused to try to find a resolution. this so called owner was only concern on how he wanted the conversation to go his way. i treated him the way that any selfish, egotistical person should be treated. without respect. any plumber knows, if you can't fix a plumbing issue, you never leave people without water. this owner doesn't care about peoples well being, just his ego. the owner couldn't leave anything alone decided to call me back when i was calling the property management myself to try to fix this so called plumbers error. jon, then again tryed to display his ego telling me i don't appreciate being spoken the way i spoke to him because he knew i was right. do not use this plumber. they are the worst and shouldn't have a contractor license.

Recently, one of the pipes connected to our water softener in the garage suddenly burst late at night, around 11:00 PM. A large amount of water sprayed everywhere and flooded the garage floor. We contacted two other plumbing companies we found online, but unfortunately, neither of them responded. Thankfully, we found American Plumbing & Rooter. When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener. We were very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and professional they were. The plumber was patient and took the time to explain why the pipe had burst and gave us very helpful recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future. Their follow-up service was also outstanding. A few days later, Sunday night, we were surprised to discover that we had no hot water. We texted Rich to ask what might have happened, and he responded very quickly. He explained that when the water softener pipe burst, the large amount of water spraying out may have extinguished the pilot light on the nearby water heater. He then patiently walked us through the steps to check it. Sure enough, the pilot light was out, exactly as he had explained. Later in the day, after the contractor had left, I…read morewas taking my recycle bin out to the street for pickup and saw where some water or other fluid was dumped in the gravel of the landscaping we just had done a few months ago. I don't know what chemicals etc. are in the water that was dumped but the fluid was dumped right next to fairly new plants and left an unsightly hole in the gravel. Further, I don't know what if any harm may be done to the new plants. I have ZERO tolerance for contractors who act disrespectfully towards the property where they're working. The place where the water was dumped was just a couple of feet from the driveway. If the water was dumped in the driveway, it would run down to the curb and follow the slope of the street as drainage and NOT risk any harm being done to our new plants. If we notice any adverse changes to our plants, there will be some follow-on activity with P&L. Just careless. I have to admit that I am skeptical of any company that provides "virtual quotes" without seeing the work site for themselves. But they requested a couple of pictures of old water heater installation to assess the job, provided a quote "sight unseen", and did the work with no extra cost added (always a concern with virtual quotes). They were the cheapest of the 3 bids that I got. No long-winded sales pitch that I should install a $5K tankless unit. The tech provided instructions on the annual flushing process. I'm satisfied. I'm hoping that at last I have a go-to plumber.
