Now they are claiming that there will be another $200 late fee on top of that one. They are crooks and I reported them to BBB already. Do not ever use them!!

In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. The temperature was perfect and both the unit and the halls were pristine. Before you go spend the same amount of money on a terrible unit nearby, come check this place out!!!

I will absolutely say that the facility is nice, clean and easy to manage. However, I give caution…read moreto anyone that is looking for a unit because they have raised my rate 3 times in one-year. I have a 10x10 unit and the cost continues to go up by $30 or so every few months. I am now at a point where it's not worth it any longer and will be looking for something different. I am not looking forward to moving all of my stuff but I know other facilities don't bring you in at one price and raise your rates every few months. Just be aware before you use.
