    Choosing this company was the worst decision we made this past year. Every single room in our home…read morehas furniture that was damaged. Mostly small dings or dents on furniture that we don't mind replacing. However, we did purchase full value replacement insurance. In an effort to not cause a huge issue, we only contacted them about two items, our 65" Samsung living room TV, and our $1,627 entertainment center. Our TV is dented at the top and effects the top half of the screen, and our entertainment has large shards of wood missing. We just received a letter stating, that due to depreciation, they own us $0. We are responsible for replacing our TV, entertainment center, along without dining room furniture and everything else they ruined. This company has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you're considering them, PLEASE just consider throwing your furniture away & start fresh!!!

Within 2 hours, they were able…read moreto disassemble, thoroughly, carefully wrap & load, then deliver a baby grand piano (purchased from an estate sale) to my home, which was another 45-60 minutes away from the pick-up site. Honestly, I have had "white glove delivery" services before, and Mt. Everest services raises that bar! Even after they had placed the piano where I wanted it, they didn't leave until it was thoroughly checked over, played, and that I was happy. Their pricing was extremely fair, and actually the best price I found, considering the amount of stairs to my house. What really impressed me was the level of knowledge and extreme organization in getting it done so quickly! I was simply amazed in watching them disassemble/move/reassemble so large and heavy, yet delicate! Not one scratch!! I recommend them for any moving, but especially for piano, or anything large, heavy and of value!

We gave them a difficult job and they pulled it off with finesse!…read moreI was beginning to think this was an impossible safe move- this safe was a heavy beast, a double door 82" tall York Safe stashed in the basement of a 200 + year old house. Add a door too small to fit and a rotten sunken floor and it seemed impossible. They came and reinforced the floor, took the wheel base off the safe and squeezed her out that door, down the street and into their trailer. Once at our home she fit through our garage door with barely a 1/4" to spare. Very professional, double checking measurements, and taking it slow to fulfill my dream of bringing this family heirloom home. Well done guys.

    Ordered 2 weeks before needed. Was rescheduled 3 times on the due date (after being confirmed for…read moredelivery on as requested the evening before). On day of delivery - time was rescheduled 3 times without being asked. Then it was cancelled for that day and rescheduled for the following week. Was reassured it would be here 1st thing that morning. On new delivery date, again time was rescheduled. 3 times. Had to cancel because after being pushed back it was too late. our project had to be rescheduled.

    We moved from FL to PA and had a few weeks to store our things before moving into our new home so…read morewe opted to go the POD route. The POD team in FL was absolutely seamless to work with in terms of scheduling, drop off and pick up. I had planned our drop off at our new address in their online portal (where to place, how it should be facing, etc). The day of drop off came and they placed the POD in the wrong direction on my driveway. They say the driver will call you when they are on their way but I never received a confirmation call that the POD was coming which is when we could have confirmed POD placement. I had contacted Customer Service to get this resolved as they placed it wrong and they told me it would be $167 to reposition the POD. It was blocking out walk way into the house and just super inconvenient for the move so we opted to have it repositioned. I kept trying to talk to someone on a manager level to explain the situation to not be charged and the rep told me they weren't allowed to transfer my call... The next day we waited for them to come back and reposition and at the end of my delivery window, they never came so I called Customer Service again. They said they showed up to reposition but there was a car in the way. Again, they never called me to let me know they were on their way or that there was a car in the way (which was on the side and not actually blocking). I told customer service again this all would have been resolved if the driver had called me to let me know they were on their way like they are supposed to. Customer service escalated my issue to the warehouse team in New Castle DE and was told they would call me to reschedule this repositioning. I never received the call and got charged the money. At this rate, we wanted this thing off our driveway so after calling customer service again, told them cancel the repositioning and refund us the money and got it emptied. The customer service team was not great to work with. They kept telling me they cant guarantee the driver to call me when they are on their way, could not connect me with anyone from corporate, could not connect me with the actual team in New Castle who was handling our POD, etc. After spending over $2,500 on this POD, I expected more of a seamless process but it was nothing but a headache. PODs are great if you are not using the New Castle team. They do not communicate and will not help you.
