Although, I've found locations cheaper and closer, the magnitude of his service, follow-through, and capacity to go above and beyond without any need for upper supervisory validation or acknowledgement, is exactly why he needs to be known. This man should be the spokesperson for CubeSmart. HE'S AMAZING (in all caps!).
