Both my parents and I rented a storage unit here, and we've had a great experience. The units are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The property is secure, and Marv is friendly, helpful, and made the rental process quick and easy. We definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings read more

I've kept my valuable possessions at this location for many years -- with not a single problem, ever. It's always clean and very well-kept. My stuff feels safe... I had to check on some storage options on a recent visit, and Heather and Marv simply could not have been more friendly, straightforward, informative, and sympathetic. So, I've been a customer at this specific location for quite sometime. In spite of their imperfections, I have stuck it out and let bigots be bigots. At one point, a few years back, I was falsely told my stuff was stolen from my unit and I was only to verify it the next morning because of being at work, only to find out, they made a mistake and it was not my unit that was affected but a unit above mine. After their apologies, I let the incident go and tried to move on. Here, I come into my unit last night, only to find my items damaged due to mice infestation and feces all over my items, as well as other bodily fluids. Since the office was closed, I was not able to show them proof but rather let the items, remain in my storage unit, I took several pictures and dis-guarded the items. The manager on duty Sarah was displeased since I dis-guarded the damaged items, I did tell her I took pictures of all the damaged items that I was able to see, as well as the feces all over my storage unit. I did tell her, I would email the pictures over and she asked, what I wanted done, I told her, I wanted the items replaced and she told me no, they were not going to replace the items because I no longer hold "insurance" there, so it's my problem. She did go as far as telling me, she just put out mouse traps yesterday, to control their mouse problem and she was still not having the items replaced, that it's my problem. read more

I put my stuff in storage 4 years ago and they raise the rent constantly in the four years I started out at $125 now they are raising again for a 5x10 they want $230. New customers get lower rates. No loyalty to older customers. read more

After helping a friend move from his (un named) storage unit, I just want to give a huge shout out to Heather and Marv at the Conshohocken CubeSmart for the great service I get. My needs are met and the grounds are kept in great condition. Thank you, Mike C. read more

I have a storage unit here! The place is very clean and good looking. The elevator is big which is perfect for big items. Marv was very friendly and happy to help! He showed us a couple places and helped us decide which one would be best and fit all our stuff. read more

Service was excellent which made the process of moving into and out of our storage locker very easy. Office staff was very helpful. Locker was clean and well protected. We didn't appreciate the large price increase imposed after just a few months of moving in but, otherwise, no complaints. read more

One of the decreasing number of businesses that understands the lifetime value of a customer. They can arrange for most delivery companies to deliver straight to your unit. From my experience, the staff is attentive to each customer's needs and is flexible in working with each client. There is an area in the main office with power outlets where you can sit, drink free coffee and work using WiFi. Larger units have lighting installed so you can see what you're doing. For me, it's a great mini-warehouse setup for a little over $200 per month, including taxes and property insurance. For a small fee, they'll even install shelving and even electrical outlets in your unit. They even helped me fix my truck when it broke down on their property. Treat them right and they'll do the same for you. Pro Tip: Pay in the store to avoid the convenience charge online. read more

This storage facility in Conshohocken is topnotch for sure. The staff is friendly and makes it easy to arrange --- from a distance. We live in CA and daughter (at a nearby college) needed summer storage. We have used them two summers so far and will again this summer. We have referred several other students who don't live close -- this is the best option. Clean and tidy. read more

Extremely Underwhelmed is the nicest way I could describe my experience with CubeSmart. I live here in Conshohocken, about a mile away from the facility. Had some construction done on the house so needed to move furniture out for a few months. Their prices were higher than the competition, but they were closer, offered a month free (pretty standard promotion) AND I was told my the manager that I could use their "Complimentary Truck". I thought this was great since I didn't have to go rent a U-Haul. Well, I move my stuff in using their truck. However, when it was time to empty out my unit, I call to schedule use of the truck. I am told by the Manager Tameka, 4 different stories as to why I can't use it. First, "It's in the shop, don't know when it will be out". Second, "It's booked up all the way through the month past your move out date" (Odd seeing as how I had asked to be called right away when it was out of the shop). Third, "I can't let you use the truck if one of the other parties who reserved it brings it back early bc then you'll be mad at me if you can't use it". Then finally, I'm told, "It's only complimentary if you are moving in." So I do what any reasonable person would do after this bait and switch... I call the manager, Dave Alesic. I left him a voicemail asking him to call me back because Time was of the essence in my situation... To date, (I have already moved out), I have not heard back. Bang up job CubeSmart!! Btw, they are located right next to a metal recycling plant so I strongly suggest you rent an indoor unit...which of course will cost you a great deal more. read more

The staff was polite but I was very disappointed that this place does not offer wifi. I was told by the manager via the phone that wifi is no longer offered because not enough people used it. They offer this place as a superstore location but they do not offer the services that they advertise on the Internet. If you have viewed the advertisement on the web advisement they do not pertain to this location this is a storage location that you can put your stuff in and leave do not expect anything more ... I consider this to be false advertising read more

Needed a place to store a car for a few months. Facility is convenient, clean, rates are comparable to other locations. The staff was great, the place is immaculately clean, way better maintained than other places we visited. Stored furniture to a location closer to us but wish I had seen this one before. Superior to other places. read more

It was a pleasure to work with CubeSmart. The place is exactly what it should be--a nice, clean place to hold your stuff. The staff I worked with couldn't have been nicer and more customer accommodating and friendly. The facility makes it a more pleasant experience by playing music on the soundsystem and offering free dollies. We used them after a move and would highly recommend them. read more

We had a disagreement about their Insurance fee, I had my own coverage under my homeowner's policy. Initially was charged but it was later refunded, so I would say they fixed things. Glad for the credit. read more
