Both…read moretimes I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and attentive the people who work there treated us. The customer service you receive is by far their biggest asset. The place is clean and very well kept. I noticed on most visits that the person working was walking around cleaning and attentive to what others were doing. They offered to set the door on automatic open so I didn't have to put the code in every time I went in and out loading and unloading and also offered to take a small amount of my trash to their dumpster to make transporting it easier. They go out of their way to help you. I am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of storage and I would not go anywhere else when a storage unit is needed in the future. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting is extremely poor. Very easy to get injured trying to move items into/out of the unit after dark. Also some questionable accounting. I've only had one credit card on file in the year I've had the unit. The card number has not changed and the card has not expired. My unit has been locked out 3 times in one year as they have not been able to bill my card properly. Expiration is in 2019 yet the woman I spoke to this month adamantly tried to convince me the card had expired. Must keep my storage here due to expense/lack of available units in the area but I will never rent here again.
