The pedicure prices here are absolutely absurd. It was a good pedicure. Definitely one of the best foot massages I've had during a pedicure. Was it worth $70? Absolutely not. The basic pedicure is $35 and it is very basic. Typically I like to get some sort of "deluxe" pedi that is a level or two above basic and is $45 - $55 in this area. I was shocked to see the next level up from the basic here was $70, and then it goes to $100 and $150. They do include gel in the price of all pedicures. I always do regular polish because I prefer it, not because of price. I would rather they charge less and upcharge for gel. Higher prices that include gel polish aren't an advantage to me. It's a nice place, they offer wine and maybe cocktails? I think I saw liquor bottles so possibly cocktails. The massage chairs were comfortable and worked well. And as I said, it was a good pedicure with a great foot massage. I won't be back at this price point, though. read more

Terrible experience--disrespectful, unsanitary, and unprofessional management. I booked appointments in advance for my two young granddaughters (ages 9 and 10), specifically requesting technicians Toshi and Mary. We arrived 10 minutes early, only to find our scheduled technicians handed off to other clients. The owner, Jason, explicitly told Mary to work on someone else despite her reminding him of my appointment. My 9-year-old was left waiting with no one to help her, while Jason took over the gel service for my 10-year-old granddaughter. He treated her with complete disrespect. He rushed her service, constantly abandoning her to check in other patrons and work on two other clients simultaneously. Worst of all, he failed to wash or sanitize his hands when switching between multiple clients and the front desk. Because he rushed, her gel nails began chipping the very same night. It felt as though Jason assumed he could provide substandard, unsanitary service because my granddaughter is a young Black girl. Every customer deserves equal respect regardless of race, age, or sex. I will never spend my money here again. The owner needs to fix his broken online booking system and stop treating clients like afterthoughts. read more

I've been coming for a little over a year and can't figure out what went wrong for other people. This place has always been terrific to me! My is, hands down, the best nail tech I've ever met and all the other people there have always been the nicest and most cheerful each time I've come in. If you had a bad time before give it another shot. Ask for My or Sammie and you'll love it! read more

I called to make an appointment for a manicure AND pedicure. My time was pushed back twice because the front desk lady was getting hers done while on the job. Eventually, they did my manicure and did not do my pedicure. It was incredibly expensive for only one of those things being done and for the design being done sloppily. Not to mention, I had an appointment at 4 and they did not start on my nails until about 6:30. The customer service was also horrible. The man doing my nails kept getting agitated because of the design I chose. He also kept stopping during my manicure to check his phone. Overall, would not recommend to anyone. I go to college in Belton so I thought I would try to find a nail place here instead of relying on going to my usual nail salon when I'm back home, but now I regret that decision. The front desk lady also offered to give me a discount at checkout for the time being pushed back, and of course I did not get that discount when it actually was time to pay. read more

I started going to Paradise Nails after a tornado destroyed my usual nail salon earlier this year and was thrilled to find an amazing nail tech right away! I had planned to make this my permanent go-to for nails, but I just found out that the owner/manager, Jason, significantly raised all their prices without warning and completely stopped allowing the techs to offer acrylics...what?!?! Who does that?? This is a nail salon that doesn't do acrylics!! That just doesn't make sense to me. I think the nail tech I've been going to is worth a premium (she's that good), but higher prices for a service that I'd rather not have?? No thanks. I won't be back. I hope my nail tech reads this and goes to the other salon so I can go to her again!! read more

Sad to come back so soon to leave a negative review counteracting my previous experience, as I had finally found a place with people that I enjoyed. However, now that Jason has raised the prices through the roof over night, I have to say.. I won't be back. I am upset to come to that conclusion, because I had finally found what worked for me, but I can no longer justify the expense. Even if I could, I'd no longer be able to return because acrylic is my go to.. and Jason shut that option down, as it is no longer available. I am sad to walk away from the staff I've grown to like. I hope their wages increase as much as the prices did! read more

Love this place..very clean and a lot of color options. This place is fantastic and would definitely recommend

The price they quote you is not the price you will pay. I was quoted a price of $60 for a full set but apparently that only pays for the gel alone, not shaping not the tips etc. nothing else. he didn't do my cuticles and where he put the gel did not go all the way up to my cuticles so I will have to get them filled sooner. I was so excited to have a nontoxic nail salon however, I won't be going back because it's too expensive. read more

Amazing and relaxing place. Got a pedicure and absolutely loved it. They are so kind and professional.

Went with my daughter today, with a 2 pm reservation. A guy did my daughter's pedicure and filled my tub with water. I was in water for an hour before anyone tended to me! A man and lady came in after us, got seated and had two attendants immediately. This was so unacceptable. We have always gotten dual pedicures at the same time. Also my husband bought gift certificates for us for Xmas and they had an expiration date of Feb 29th, 2 months! So awful. Will definitely not go back. The lady (not Asian) at the front desk then took forever to check us out. Lack of customer service was obvious. No one offered us a drink until the end of my pedicure. read more

Me and a friend went for the daydream spa. Tina was amazing super sweet.. my girlfriend had Nancy and said she was amazing as well. they're in the process of expanding, which is a good thing, it will be well worth it when it's done. Worst nails ever and didn't even last me a month I spent a whopping 160 the nails were 75 and my actual nail is literally drilled. Terrible.

Their head spa is absolutely amazing! A perfect blend of facial, massage, aromatherapy, and hair/head care. I was very pleased with their front desk staff and high-quality customer service. The remodeled store is very nice. Highly recommend! read more

Asked for a fill and instead was given a full set when I clearly stated I was only in for a fill. The new set could have been better it was pretty chunky and she left a lot of stuff under my nails and left one of nails crooked. Then the service wasn't very friendly. Probably the reason it was empty . I expected a lot for a nice nail salon but the service is average. read more

It was great! My girlfriend and I came to get pedicures right before our cruise and they were quick and talented.

I had the Wild Texan pedi and classic mani! The techs and staff at Paradise Nail Salon are all wonderful! It is such a peaceful environment and they offer an impressive array of services. Highly recommend the eye massage for headaches or sinus pressure - WOW. I have already booked my next appointment. Wonderful folks, sparkling clean environment. read more

Not a huge fan of this nail salon. The people were nice, but I had made an appointment for 2:30, and had to wait 45 min to finally get my nails done. I also got told that their Gel X would last so much longer, but my nails started falling off after 2 days. I was so excited to get my nails done after finishing my nursing school clinicals, and I feel like I paid a lot of money for nails that don't last long. read more

I've been looking around for a new nail place. I went into Paradise nail and spa on Sunday. I had a bit of a wait which was no big deal. My final cost for my nails was $72.80. No one told me they charge me an extra $20 for "chrome". Had I known I would not have done it. The place is unbelievably expensive. My nails do look good and it's unfortunate. I suggest you inform your customers before you put them in shock by charging $72.80 for a fill. read more

I have been to the shop a few times in the past because they have sent me coupons. It's been pretty good, but this visit will be my last. Jason did my nails. He kept telling me that I was holding my hands too stiff, not to look at my hands while he filed them, relax...I apologized several times, but I had my hands so limber that I really didn't know what else to to. I have been going to nail shops for over 20 years and I have never had this problem. 3 times he shoved my hand back at me. He couldn't see that I was gritting my teeth because I had a mask on. I was just ready for him to finish my nails and get out of there. Never, ever again will I return! read more

I was shocked at the way services are divided and paid. Just for dip nails the first time was 55.00 and included manicure of cuticles and hand massage. This time I went for a fix ( nail chipped and cracked first day) after last dipping without manicure and hand massage and was told each is charged separately and would add up to $95.00 without a tip... and a poor job! read more

if i could i'd give this place no stars i would , i asked for a full set and you'd assume that means acrylic, these people put press on nail with paint over them on my fingers, not even bothering to paint them correctly either. If i wanted press on nails i would've went to Walmart and got them for $60 cheaper. This place has terrible customer service and over charger's there customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

The staff here is both unprofessional and rude. My manicurist got angry when I asked her not to use the drill on my nails during my dipping powder application. The first time I went to this salon, the lady who ran the pedicure throne started running water and got side tracked (talking to a coworker) and let the water running into the basins of the chairs overflow, soaking the entire back floor along with mine and my mother-in-laws shoes. Then, to top it all off, brought me a mimosa with a gnat in it. I thought this nail salon would be a great place to go because it's so close to my home. But after a few bad experiences, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

First salon I tried in Temple & it was a disappointing experience overall. It appears luxurious in the center of the salon but is actually very cluttered, dirty, & unorganized. I requested a soak off & chrome full set as well as a gel pedicure. I was shown the chrome options they offer, picked out one I LOVED, & watched like 3 employees frantically search everywhere for it & eventually try to get me to go w/ a completely different color b/c they "couldn't find" the one I wanted. I got excited when I was told the owner would be doing my soak off & full set b/c I thought he'd know what he's doing. I was wrong. Rather than soaking off my nails, he tried popping them off w/ a fake nail & sliced one of my real nails in half down the middle causing my nail bed to bleed. THEN he blamed me & said "your nails are so fragile." The entire time, he was extremely distracted micromanaging his employees & ended up cutting several of my cuticles causing me to bleed more. Then he continued blaming me saying "you're easy to cut." He still charged me the full amount & 2 weeks later, they'd all lifted & were sliding off like butter. Henry did my pedicure & he was SUPER thorough, got my ingrowns out perfectly w/o causing me any pain, & gave me the besttt massage. However, gel polish usually lasts FOREVER on my nails, but a little over 2 weeks later, the polish was chipping off several of my toes & even came completely off of 2. They weren't busy at all, started on my services immediately, yet I was there for 3 hours for just a full set & basic pedicure. Will be taking my business elsewhere read more

i had an appointment with my sister and expected to get them done at the same time but it turns out i could've just booked a separate appointment. it took way too long and when i asked for exactly what the picture looked like she decided to do them super short and then put chrome on it and so i couldn't even do my design. the atmosphere was nice but it's not worth the very large amount of money spent for a bad experience and the opposite of what i asked for. read more

This nail shop has great deals but please don't fall for them. When it comes to pedicures they do a great job for the most part but if your looking for great manicures or artificial nails I wouldn't come here. The employees are nice but the Manager isn't. I got my nails done a week and the next day one nail broke. No biggie I'll just super glue it then a few days another one broke so I decided to come in and the nail shop now. The manager tells me "You know sometimes that happens". Totally unacceptable! I spent 45 dollars for them to last 2-3 weeks and I'm suppose to ignore it. There are plenty of nail shops in the Belton/Temple area so please keep looking. read more

I've had my dip manicures done here for the past five or six months. I've had multiple nail techs and of course, I have my favorites. My dip manicure will last multiple weeks, unless they're made too thin and then they'll chip. I don't ask for my cuticles to be cute because they don't soak my hands and it's overpriced for having a light cuticle cut. Most times when I go to have a pedicure, there's not a technician available or too many people. read more

Went for just a pedicure and got kind of talked into a manicure. I was thinking about it anyway but my hands get destroyed at work. So if I got one, I just wanted a clean up. I asked for one with with no nail paint. Just trim nails and cuticle care. She talked me into paraben treatment and I I asked how much that was. She said $10 for the oils and massage. Although the massage was her putting lotion on my forearms. The manicure with just cuticle care and a "massage" was $30! I was so surprised as that's almost the cost of a full set. Not to mention at other salons I pay like $5-$10 for cuticle care. I know service prices have gone up but it felt like i got robbed for such little service. My pedi was also $50 plus the $10. Charge to remove the gel on my toes which wasn't even on all my toes and was half grown out on every toe. Over all my bill for a pedi and mani with no polish was $95... I was shocked. The most I've ever paid anywhere. My pedi was amazing though. That's why I gave a 3 star. read more

I went yesterday to get my nails done. If you like your nails burned & cut let Linda do your nails. You could tell when she walked out that she didn't want to do nails. She was Impatient & moody. She continuously moved my arms into very uncomfortable positions. She hurt my figures because she held them so tight. She burned my nails with the electric file & cut my cuticles. Never apologized. I won't be going back. My nails were very thick & looked horrible. I won't go back! read more
