Anyhoo, I arrived at 3:45 and stood at the front for five minutes before a massage therapist came out to check out her guest. She tried to help me but wasn't sure what paperwork was needed, but did let me know my lash stylist was finishing another appointment and had me wait in the waiting area. At 4:05, 20 minutes after my rescheduled appointment, I left without ever seeing the lash stylist. When I got home, I saw that I received an email at 3:25pm that said "your appointment is coming up" and I was now scheduled for the next day. I didn't receive a notification of any rescheduling this time, and to reschedule for a second time the day of an appointment without even checking that the new time works is ridiculous. Not to mention rescheduling 20 minutes before the appointment is supposed to start. If I cancelled with 20 minutes notice, I'd be charged for the appointment. I'm not sure why anyone would think it's acceptable to do the same to a customer.

While waiting to get my brows done, it sounded like another worker in the back was mad shit talking. I assumed she was on the phone as she'd pause once in a while after ranting. It was extremely loud and echoed out the door. The woman doing my brows was quiet but very good at what she does. Now saying that. I don't think what happened was her fault as my brows did look good afterwards. The string she used was... waxy? Like floss almost. The area around my brows STUNG like a bitch. They were red and angry, and no aloe vera was offered. I don't believe they had any. The stinging lasted two days. I couldnt do my makeup and had trouble with the shower as it hurt. There was no cuts but tiny welts did appear. I've never had this happen before, but it might be a one off incident.
