Located downtown. The pizza was good. Thick crust. The only vegan option they have is the veggie pizza with olive oil glaze and no cheese. The marinara sauce has parmesan cheese in it. The wings were flavorful but they were too fatty. Needed to be deep fried. Service was a little slow but everything came out correctly. read more

I was one of the guests that Anastasia was talking about that left the $140 dollar tip. We felt sorry for the server who was waiting on her. She was rude and had a sense of entitlement. Her antics drew the attention of everyone sitting around her. Anastasia it's a pizza joint not a 5 star restaurant. read more

Very picky about pizza because it's something i grew up making homemade with my dad. Pappo's has some of the best pizza in town. I actually crave it!!! FOOD Favorite is a spicy Hawaiian one, extra crispy! Recently ordered one with artichoke hearts, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, basil & sundries tomatoes - so delicious. Everyone at my party loved it! Their salads are really good & decently sized! DESSERT Definitely get their cookies. Oh my gosh! So delicious. DRINK They have a decent selection of beer and liquor. SERVICE This is where I dock a star - ordered online with a set pickup time & they weren't ready. So order with your pickup time earlier than needed as it takes a bit. read more

This is the best buffalo pizza ever to enter my face! I should have prefaced that buffalo sauce is my ultimate weakness. I could drink it with a straw. I don't throw around the words "best buffalo" around often. However, I might just have found my favorite. The pizza is good. The crust is hand tossed to perfection. They put cheese on it like we are in love. The hormone free chicken did not die in vein. Amazeballs. Oh my goodness dinner pizza is wonderful. We had a very pleasant waitress it was very accommodating and checked on us a lot. The pizzas are huge and the toppings are very generous. For me not being a person who likes a lot of crust, their crust is wonderful. I was told that they make their own deal and it shows. This pizza spot serves the best pizza I have ever had. If I visit Springfield again, I will be back! I could've eaten this pizza two days in a row ... and I'm not the biggest pizza fan. They have changed my views on pizza for sure! read more

Visiting from out of town it was after 11pm. Tried get Steak and Shake only because they're open 24 hours. But they said they were closed. Looked online and found that this pizza place was open. It wasn't far from where we were. The guy on the phone was very nice. When we arrived the great customer service continued. read more

Some friends and I decided to try out Pappo's Pizzeria and we were better people for it. It did take a while to get drinks and food to our table, but I chalk it up to a busy night and it was graduation weekend. Yikes. Not the best time to be downtown. Anyway, we all ordered different personal pizzas so we could mooch off each other. Two of our favorites were from the specialty pizzas section: Chicken Bacon Cheddar and the "Spicy" Chicken Cholula. Man are these some great pizzas. Crust is great, not soggy, and the amount of toppings is just right. They don't skimp. I can't wait to go back and try a few others. Well done, Pappo's! read more

We ordered online and door dash delivered on time as it stated. The food was great. The pulled pork pizza was excellent. The wings, KC BBQ style were good and meaty. My only complaint is we were staying in a hotel and they did not include any napkins or utensils with the order. We will look Pappo's up on our next visit to Springfield. read more

We stayed at a hotel while traveling due to bad weather and wanted delivery. Chose Pappo's because of the reviews and it DID NOT disappoint! It took awhile but the roads were terrible so I don't hold it against them. We got a cheese for the kids and a Lone Star BBQ Pork for the adults. The kids said the cheese was the best they had ever had! The BBQ pork was AMAZING. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had - and this was delivery! I imagine it would be even better eating in! Veggie thin crust pizza and side salad with cranberry, walnut, and goat cheese. Salad was light on the lettuce and heavy on walnuts (more walnuts than salad leaves). The pizza was ok. I came hungry, left full. Service was great! read more

Pizza and beer. What could go wrong? Not here! I ordered the thin crust meat lovers and it was perfect. They have a really good selection of craft beer which is a hit with me. I'm here for lunch, prices are reasonable. When writing this, they only had craft type selections on tap. To me, great sign. Don't worry for the non-craft beer drinkers, they have a bottle for you and I don't mean that in a baby sense. I am not a local. I just stumbled onto this place by accident and I'm glad I did. We stopped in here tonight to grab some food that wasn't drive thru. i can say we probably should have just went through the drive thru. It was a total waste of our money. The Philly Cheesesteak hardly had any meat on it and was cold to the point that he didn't eat the bread. The goat salad dressing tasted soapy. The wings came out way after the rest of the food. To add to the not so good food the staff was more worried about their cell phones even the kitchen staff that you could clearly see. Won't be a place we revisit when we pass through again. read more

Amazing pizza! Fantastic service! I am sad that we don't live closer to enjoy such delicious pizza more often. I love the selection of specialty pizzas. They taste fresh and done well.
