We hired Molyneaux to install manufactured hardwood on our first and second floor. They were…read moresupposed to have it installed while we were on our honeymoon. Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

My 80-year-old mother, who struggles with design decisions, needs to re-carpet and re-floor an entire house. So, she needed to make lots of decisions. And, we visited the showroom on multiple occasions. Kevin was friendly, polite and most importantly patient as my mom was trying to choose her flooring. He helped her get to the decisions, but never "sold" her on anything. Our experience with Chuck's has been great so far. Will be getting the install scheduled soon!

They were impressive on how quickly they figured out all the sizes / options I needed based on the measurements of my rooms, etc. Also, Brining and Smith Flooring did a great job installing the carpet. Mark and Jimmy were so friendly, professional, told me exactly what they needed me to do to prep the rooms and told me how long they would take each day. Also they cleaned up after their work (this isn't always a guarantee in my past experience with other companies). I would highly recommend them for carpet installation and Remnant City as a more economical option vs regular carpet stores/Home Depot/Lowes,etc.
