RAC must have brightened up and sent him packing, much to my dismay as I moved on to aarons solely to escape his condescending, nasally voice on my voicemail three times a day. But what can you do. Not to mention he smelled like a strange mix of cotton balls and body odor. So I leased, among other things, a mattress. We set up delivery and I went home. Larry himself and another much more charming fellow came to deliver the mattress. He came into my home dripping like a wet rag and left a trail of bodily fluids down my hall and stained my lovely carpet an odd yellow. He also stained my mattess. Big wet handprints on the side. They also dried yellow. Seriously, I think they have medication for that kind of thing. Perhaps he should work from home. But as he left, he made some really lewd comments to me about 'breaking in that new matress.' I think he was comming on to me. It made me very uncomfortable. All was well for a few months until, just the other day, I decided to flip the mattress, as you do. Now the mattress was pristine on the top side we slept on... until I flipped it and, to my dismay, discovered a large human-shaped stain, and around the waist, a puddle-like brown one speckled with red that looked suspiciously of poo. I leaned down and, with a sniff, discovered that it was in fact poo. Bloody poo. Now remember, my husband doesn't know I rent, so when he asked where the stain had come from, I had to lie, telling him that yes, I had indeed pooed the bed while he was at work. So now, here I am, writing this in Depend diapera too keep my story straight so my husband does not get suspicious. I can't return the thing, because then I'd have to explain where the mattress went. And the last time Rent a Center came and took stuff, he beat me savagely. So to summarize avoid, this place and Larry at all costs. He'll ruin your life. He's done it before and he'll do it again.

I ordered a very expensive slipcovered sectional from Weisshouse. Upon washing, the slipcover…read moreshrunk and it is was nearly impossible (I spend about 45 minutes) to get back on. I thought it was my fault and that the slipcover wasn't washable so I didn't contact the company at that time. About 2 years later, I was looking for a chair to go in the room, and I showed the designer a picture of my room. She immediately commented that the slipcover looked too tight. I told her at that time that the slipcover shrunk after washing. After sending out people to look at the sectional, it was decided that they would split the cost of a new slipcover with me. However, the owner, Stacy, and the manufacturer would admit to no wrongdoing and would only say that the "new one shouldn't shrink." After spending over $25000 at their store, I wasn't prepared to pay any additional money to maybe rectify the situation. The most troubling aspect is that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even have the decency or courtesy of responding or trying to work with me to resolve this problem. The designers and support staff are very helpful and supportive (with a great eye) which is the only reason that I gave the store 2 stars. Unfortunately, they and their customers are not supported by the owner. I have included pictures of the sectional with the tears that have occurred from trying to get the slipcover back on the sectional.
