Cute exterior but didnt realize this actually attached to a hotel so space is limited as some are reserved for guests. Service is timely and there are a variety of coffee/drink options. Tried their peppermint mocha and was quite disappointed with it. The peppermint was too strong and had no mocha flavor at all. It actually also drown out the espresso. Came on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy, but definitely seems understaffed. The cafe only had a barista who makes the drinks but also taking order at the cashier. Sometimes, another employee (seems like a wait staff at the hotel's restaurant, which is on the same floor but in the other side after the hotel's reception) will swing by and help. Very limited seats for the cafe but plenty of seats for the hotel's restaurant but cafe customers are not allowed to sit. Wait time to order and then to get your drinks can get pretty long. All in all, coffee is decent, interior is nice and cozy decorated but the wait time is long and customer service is lacking. read more

A solid "meh" I've seen the honey bear latte online and really wanted to try. Got it and an oat milk latte and honestly they were both just okay. the honey bear didn't really have any taste of honey. The pastries and drinks here have been amazing for me so far! I've tried the orange olive oil cake and a finer molasses cookie and thought they were both so good. For drinks I tried the pumpkin spice latte and loved it. It really was the perfect blend of pumpkin mixed with the fall spices and the right amount of sweetness as well. It's located inside a hotel so the space is really pretty with some tables as well for seating. Overall it's a great spot! read more

It got quite busy and there isn't much seating inside but luckily, we were able to grab a table as people were leaving. My go-to order is a Lavender Latte and this one missed the mark for me. I did get the essence of lavender but mostly felt it was overly sweetened and the espresso was under-extracted. This cafe is connected to a hotel, so you have a variety of seating, from the cafe seats by the window to the lounge type seating in the lobby. The only thing to keep in mind is that their wi-fi isn't free to the public, so if you're looking to work with a laptop, probably isn't the place for you. I got a latte and it was good! The leafy greenery, wooden furnishings, and warm lightings set the tone for a pleasant studying/working/chilling environment. The only down side is their wifi is only available for hotel guests, but at least my T-Mobile hotpot works smoothly here. ＊Flat White Rich and creamy. A really decent coffee in NYC standard, and most importantly, with cute latte art. ＊Almond Croissant I won't recommend coming for their pastries, but they do have a pastry box displaying a variety of croissants, donuts and muffins. I got an espresso tonic which was close to 7.00 after tax, rip. It was also kind of a rip off because the tonic deflated within a few minutes so the whole drink was really 3/4 drink and 1/4 carbon dioxide, boo. Found this little coffee shop that turns out to be the lobby of a boutique hotel! The view and the interior design are really nice so it was great we were able to check it out through our little coffee visit. I almost missed this coffee shop as it's located on the bottom floor of a hotel. There isn't a lot of seating, and it seems like they also make a lot of drinks for hotel guests. The matcha latte comes unsweetened, but I believe there's simple syrup on the side if you want to add sugar. I was looking for a place close to my hotel at the Hilton Fashion District with espresso tonics and Paper Coffee delivered. First of all, the cafe is super cute with a sleek wood interior. Loved the very Japanese look of the interior inside MADE Hotel. Really nice ambiance. Paper Coffee had a really nice pour of espresso and the tonic hit the spot completely. No Wi-Fi for non-hotel guests so keep that in mind, I usually just tether so not a problem for me with unlimited data. It's like a coffee shop in front and then if you go further into the interior, there are elevators and a bar and you think to yourself....maybe I'm in a hotel. Also note that there is NO PUBLIC WIFI, so if you're planning to come here to do work, you better get that hotspot ready. I got an iced chai and a breakfast sandwich which came to something like $20. For what I got, it's honestly criminal. The iced chai had the most ice I've ever seen in a drink. Ever. I felt like I had 4 sips and finished the entire thing, which is not normal for me (I usually drink things extremely slowly). The breakfast sandwich was also tiny-- it looked like it was made on one of those small hawaiian rolls. If I'm remembering correctly, there was prosciutto in it? Which was thick inside the sandwich. Apple maps says "Free Wifi" for both the cafe and hotel, but when I asked for it, they said it was "hotel guests only". I didn't see any signs anywhere saying "no outside food or drink". The server told me to put my bagel away which I did, and offered me a menu twice right after I said no the first time. TLDR nice aesthetics but weirdly unwelcoming atmosphere considering I just wanted to work at a cafe and was a paying customer. Will definitely be coming back though cause it's so pretty. Such a cute and relaxing ambiance, we were tired from walking so my significant other and I sat for a while a relaxed. There were other people there on their laptops and doing work and other people casually catching up. If I were local in the area, I would definitely wanna do work at this coffee shop. I ordered the iced hazelnut latte bc unfortunately they were out of vanilla flavor.
