Spring rolls were great too and we loved the steamed Shrimp Rolls in a lemon teriyaki sauce. Two of us ordered the Nam Tok Beef Salad and it was amazing. My first time ordering this dish. It's similar to Laab/Larb but with beef instead of chicken. It was a tender flank steak, tossed with lettuce, cucumber, green onions and chilis. Choose your heat level, I went with spicy, just a step below the Thai spicy and it was just enough to make my nose run. You can also get it with zero spice, but that combo of hot beef, crisp cold vegetables, spicy, sweet, sour, crunchy and chewy.
