Clean, subtily colorful, and tasteful beyond word!

Once again we had great food, a clean and smooth functioning operation and superb service. Good to know that post opening, the attention to food and attention to detail hasn't diminished. Best deal going is the Bento box, and you can choose from many. Today, it was salmon Teriyaki for me and Shrimp and Veggie Tempura for my date. Both were equally succulent in their own way. The Salmon was quite the lunch: 4 Oz fish portion it seems on vegetables plus soup, two egg rolls, white or fried rice AND salad. Fifteen bucks is all. For dinner or lunch Rincon Sushi Hana stands tall for quality and value!

Edamame, sweet potato roll, dragon roll, gyoza, yaki soba noodles, side of shrimp teriyaki.

We love Sushi Hana! Whether we dine in, take out, or door dash, the food is always the same quality. The food comes out fast, hot, and is consistent. Sushi is top notch and the ambiance is great whether it's date night or if we bring the family. Service is usually good, but last night our server really missed the mark and we did involve management. He was very quick to offer a solution and made sure we felt heard. We did not catch the managers name, but we want to say thank you! We love your restaurant and will keep coming back. We know this server was not the standard service we receive and we appreciated you making us feel valued. We will be back!

I am stoked the Sushi Hana in Rincon is now open. Be patient, they're still working out the kinks and servers are still in training. I eat at the Pooler located several times a month for lunch. I couldn't wait for one to be closer to my home! The restaurant is pretty small with under 20 tables. There's a decent size bar & sushi bar area with high stool seating. The restaurant has a clean modern style. I love the neon octopus on the wall - I'd want that logo on a shirt! I typically get the bento box so I decided to switch it up! We started with the Japanese spring rolls - delish! I got the udon steak. The portion was nice. The noodles were perfect. I really enjoyed it. I'd definitely get it again!

We came in around 9:30ish on a Saturday, and it was pretty empty. We sat at the bar, and this place is definitely the cutest place in Rincon. Similar to the other two locations, they have several sushi rolls and meals for anyone's tastebuds. We ordered a Caribbean roll and gyoza, with two drinks and the total was around $40- so definitely on the pricier side for Rincon. I can see that this is a great addition to the area, and the bar has tons of options. They close pretty early on weekends, but I can see potential if they focus on the bar part for evening hours (which is so needed for Rincon!) If you've been to one sushi hana, you've been to o them all. Not the best sushi, but not the worst- and definitely a great addition to Rincon.

We moved to town recently and have been here several times and the sushi quality has been consistently amazing. Everything is so good. Service has been hit or miss but never awful in my opinion. Their drinks are good and the inside is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend the black angel roll or the mango tango.

Left to right.... Sweet Potato and cream cheese roll (can't remember the exact name ... maybe FiFi roll), Yummy Roll, and Black Angel Roll.

Sushi was fresh and they had a variety of different rolls I've never tried before (and I've eaten a lot of sushi!). My favorite had to be the sweet potato and cream cheese roll, I was so surprised how tasty it truly was! Sake was delicious as well.

Everything was outstanding. The beef and scallion rolls were delicious, along with the mushrooms and zucchini vegetables. The sashimi was fresh and nice portioned.

Service is good. Sushi is good for South Georgia. Kinda pricey. It's clean and I'm glad a Sushi Hana came to Rincon.

We walked halfway in and nothing and my husband had to walk directly to a waitress to ask if we seat ourselves. She pointed at the table and grabbed who would be our server. I guess we interrupted her conversation. Our server on the other hand was sweet, however, I had a hard time hearing what she was saying because her voice was so low. We did not have any qualms about our server. She was good. A lot of servers were openly on their phones, specifically the sushi chefs behind the counter. They would stare off into the distance or be on their phones until summoned to make a nigiri. It wasn't necessarily slow, there were quite a few patrons there. When we left there was a young girl at the enterance clearing off a seating chart and not a single person thanked us as we were exiting. Obviously you don't have to be Japanese to run a Japanese restaurant, but at least do the bare minimum of service that is uniquely Japanese. AMBIANCE 2/5: the set up and decorations felt all over the place, nothing was a cohesive design. It's as if they just went to Ross and found anything Asian inspired (not specifically Japanese) and purchased it. FOOD 3/5: it wasn't anything to write home about. I did enjoy the scallop nigiri but it was $6.50 for 2 pc. Presentation of nigiri was wild too, they put 2 nigiri on a 12 in platter lol it's as if they ran out of small plates? The grilled squid was what got our attention to come here and it was ok. It was grilled fine, just the way i like it. I did like that hint of ume or shiso they sprinkled in there but the dish also came at the end, after I've already eaten my entre. It was Iisted as a hot appetizer but came after the entre, so I ate it without any rice. The lava roll was very good and there was an abundance of imitation crab meat on top. The "angry dragon" roll was interesting because they used pink tofu skin, which i thought was unique. Flavorwise, not as spicy as the name insinuates. I did appreciate the water tasted smooth and not like faucet water. COST 2/5: obviously, prices are high everywhere now and on top of that this is a sushi restaurant. We paid $80 something inc tip for miso soup, 3 rolls and 1 grilled squid. I definitely feel it is a little pricey and I'm not willing to pay $40/person when the food is mid and service is subpar. Overall, I'd give this place a 2/5. There were a couple of enjoyable food items, but the lack of basic hospitality, scattered ambiance, awkward timing of dishes, and higher price point made the experience feel underwhelming. For about $40 per person, I expected more than mid-tier food and subpar service.

If you look at the signage, there is a deer. The exterior of the restaurant is very exciting with their displays of bubbles and the fake fish to make it look like a fish tank which is fitting for a seafood restaurant. When you go inside, you are immediately greeted, they also have very Japanese style gocha gocha machines in the back behind the counter. I'm not sure if they're functional or not, but it definitely added to the esthetic. They also had Crane machines to give it a Japanese game center vibe, but it was still rather cohesive. The decorations were great and the ambiance is great. There were kokeshi dolls, Japanese dolls, swords but all tastefully displayed. The setting was very exciting and very clean. Everyone wore uniforms, whether it be a embroidered yukata top or an apron. They looked very cute and very reminiscent of what you would come across in Japan. Service was excellent from beginning to end The food was delicious. Albeit, the selection is not as vast, but the quality was good. I've already accepted the fact that a lot of Japanese restaurants here are owned and operated by Chinese or Taiwanese people and they will have random non-Japanese food on the menu not traditionally served at a sushi restaurant, but you can see that this place definitely respected the culture and added a hint of theirs without straying far away from Japanese cuisine. We also had a very delicious sake that had grits of rice in it, and it was very interesting, very good, but also very strong. My husband and I had to share a bottle. I absolutely loved the kinako mochi with condensed milk. I never thought to put condensed milk on kinako so I would go for that again! My only negative about this place is the bathroom. Incredibly small and not as neat compared to the rest of the restaurant. I feel like the bill for 2 was quite fair considering the experience that we had and the food and service that we received. I will definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come again.

We looked around and happened to stumble on the street this restaurant is located. We looked it up on Yelp (of course) real quick and saw it looked decent. It was about an hour before closing on a Monday night. We were seated right away. I looked over the menu and when our server came we asked if we could modify our order and she said of course, everything was made to order so modification were not an issue. This was great since my son wanted chicken fried rice with no veggies, just chicken and egg. They happily made this for him. I like sushi, sort of. I really don't care for most fish, so I like what I call fake sushi. The sweet potato tempura roll was perfect for me. My sister pointed out the Jack roll and it was again, perfect no modifications needed. I orders were done in less than 15 minutes. Everything tasted fresh. It was some of the best rolls I've had in a long time. The food was great and the service was great. I had no complaints and would love to visit again.
