Exceptionally low prices and great salmon sashimi! Good selection of specialty rolls but lacking the wow factor to bump to five stars. Small seating area but that at times makes service personable and fast. Far enough away from Savannah that it doesn't draw the touristy crowd (which is a positive!).

Very good fresh food! Such wonderful atmosphere and service! Had the sushi dinner and a rain bowl poke bowl! Husband had the phoenix roll and volcano roll while my son had a soft shell crab and chicken lo mein. All tasted so fresh and amazing!

I'm already looking forward to going back. Most importantly the food was fantastic. Tasty, fresh, and well made. The sushi and sashimi for two was beautiful and had bigger pieces that I had expected. The fire Phoenix roll was my favorite . My husband had beef ramen and loved it. The service and atmosphere were also great. The employees are kind and helpful. Service is fast. The place is a smallish room with nice decor, comfy booths, and is clean.

Everyone was very friendly, and they even gave me a complimentary tea. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Chicken combo, along with another Chicken Hibachi meal. Both meals came with two small egg rolls and a side salad with lettuce. The food tasted great overall, but for $38 total and $20 just for the steak and chicken I was hoping for a more generous portion of vegetables and rice. The food is High Honestly.

Decided to get a pickup order while I was in town for work. I ended up getting the hibachi which came with salad and soup, tuna cappacio, and the tuna pizza. Hands down the tuna pizza is a MUST like I will come back here every time solely for this. It was also quite filling. The ginger dressing was also really good. The soup I thought would just be generic normal miso but it was mushroom miso soup which was actually way better than any other soup I've had. Hibachi was relatively similar to most good hibachi places. I would love to come for an actual sit down because inside was absolutely adorable. It's a small little place with limited seating but super cozy with nice decor. Service was also great, my food was ready almost immediately after putting in my order and the guy I spoke with was very kind. My entree also came egg rolls and yum yum sauce so all together this was a great dinner.

So good, so VERY GOOD. Smallish sushi restaurant (7 tables) but service is fantastic, parking is easy and the food was ever so good. If you want the chef throwing knives, catching shrimp tails and lighting onions on far, choose somewhere else. If you want great service and yummy food, you are on the right path. So here is the food: Ginger salad - fresh, very gingerly, but meh Egg Rolls - rolled tight, served hot, really good. OMG Roll - TABLE FAVORITE, big, good, delicious Sweet Potato - this should be served at Thanksgiving Dynamite Roll - lobster salad, AMAZING Spider Roll - meh, good but there are better choices M16 - FRIED BANANA?, not for everyone, but I liked it. Lobster salad, fried banana, sweet. Peanut Avocado Roll - I love this at other restaurants, but the peanuts overpowered the avocado so this was a disappointment. Really felt special here, most people came for takeout but we really enjoyed the dining in environment. Service was just so friendly and efficient and parking was so different than downtown Savannah.

This sushi was almost good except you can tell the oil was old that they fried the tempura in. Could have been a lot better.

    Chicken Lettuce Wrap

We went here looking for dinner and we ordered the miso soup, the Golden Poke Bowl, the chicken lettuce wrap, the steak and lobster and the spicy tuna hand roll. Everything was really fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and fast. Will definitely be back. We loved this place!

This is a hidden gem within Savannah. This family run sit down restaurant is quite easily the best Asian cuisine, South of the Savannah River. The host, waitress, and chef were all impeccable. We had Mushroom Soup, Edamame, Pork Gyoza, calamari, salmon Hibachi (incl. spring rolls, salad, and soup), Salmon Tempura Roll, and Salmon Roll all under $60. Of those our favorites were the Gyoza, and Salmon Hibachi. (If you want to order take out, call and place the order for pick up, it's cheaper)

Simply wow! If you haven't been to this newly opened Japanese restaurant, you're definitely missing out! The food is so fresh, tasty with amazing presentations! It's a small restaurant but decorated nicely enough for a date with very affordable price. The best quality food you can get at this price point for sure!

Verenice was the BEST! Give that girl a raise or a promotion! She was doing it all! From taking orders, bringing food out, and cleaning up tables! She helped us navigate the menu/ordering. She also brought out our food to the table and was so helpful during our first time here. There were lots of ramen options to choose from. You choose your broth and meat option and that tells you your price. You can add extra toppings for additional costs. Runs about less than $20 a person. They have fountain drink options as well as other Asian drinks. They have rice bowl options as well as meat on a stick. They don't have kids meal options but it's about $8 for noodles and broth. Which is a good option for kids. I ordered shoyu broth for my son. I didn't realize it would taste so salty. I understand it's a soy sauce broth. But most ramen broths I've had isn't to that degree. I asked if they could add hot water to the hot water to make it less salty. Verenice again was so helpful, she brought the ramen back out and said if I needed more water added to just ask. I will say I did not appreciate the additional comments from some of the kitchen staff. The place is decorated with lots of anime characters. They have a vending machine with goodies. A claw machine with stuffed animals and lots of Pokémon cards for sale.

The shrimp tasted fresh & was cooked perfectly. The dish had more cabbage than any other veggie, even though it was supposed to be mixed veggies. The chicken was not bad but it was kind of dry. There was really no flavor to the dish, even though it was supposed to be teriyaki. The teriyaki tasted watered down. Thank goodness for the yum yum sauce! The mushroom soup was great! And they know it. The manager knew it. Amber knew it. They were busy so I'll give them that, but we really feel, as a party at six, that we were literally forgotten about. And there's way too many places to eat to have to endure that. If they're busy, I would move on.....if I were you. If they're slow, give them a try.

I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise, but they brought out a mayonnaise aoli with lemon flavor to dip the fries and it was amazing. Now, the entree. I wanted to love it. The noodles were like a rice noodle, thin and transparent looking. I wrapped a little on my fork like I do with sphaghetti. ...I almost choked because the noodles would not break when I tried to chew them. I then tried cutting the noodles with my fork and then with a knife. They were cooked well but they were hard to break down. I literally had to force my fork to cut them and could only take extremely small bites. The flavors were good but it was way too much WORK. I dont recommend this 1 dish but I would come back to try other options on the menu.

We walked halfway in and nothing and my husband had to walk directly to a waitress to ask if we seat ourselves. She pointed at the table and grabbed who would be our server. I guess we interrupted her conversation. Our server on the other hand was sweet, however, I had a hard time hearing what she was saying because her voice was so low. We did not have any qualms about our server. She was good. A lot of servers were openly on their phones, specifically the sushi chefs behind the counter. They would stare off into the distance or be on their phones until summoned to make a nigiri. It wasn't necessarily slow, there were quite a few patrons there. When we left there was a young girl at the enterance clearing off a seating chart and not a single person thanked us as we were exiting. Obviously you don't have to be Japanese to run a Japanese restaurant, but at least do the bare minimum of service that is uniquely Japanese. AMBIANCE 2/5: the set up and decorations felt all over the place, nothing was a cohesive design. It's as if they just went to Ross and found anything Asian inspired (not specifically Japanese) and purchased it. FOOD 3/5: it wasn't anything to write home about. I did enjoy the scallop nigiri but it was $6.50 for 2 pc. Presentation of nigiri was wild too, they put 2 nigiri on a 12 in platter lol it's as if they ran out of small plates? The grilled squid was what got our attention to come here and it was ok. It was grilled fine, just the way i like it. I did like that hint of ume or shiso they sprinkled in there but the dish also came at the end, after I've already eaten my entre. It was Iisted as a hot appetizer but came after the entre, so I ate it without any rice. The lava roll was very good and there was an abundance of imitation crab meat on top. The "angry dragon" roll was interesting because they used pink tofu skin, which i thought was unique. Flavorwise, not as spicy as the name insinuates. I did appreciate the water tasted smooth and not like faucet water. COST 2/5: obviously, prices are high everywhere now and on top of that this is a sushi restaurant. We paid $80 something inc tip for miso soup, 3 rolls and 1 grilled squid. I definitely feel it is a little pricey and I'm not willing to pay $40/person when the food is mid and service is subpar. Overall, I'd give this place a 2/5. There were a couple of enjoyable food items, but the lack of basic hospitality, scattered ambiance, awkward timing of dishes, and higher price point made the experience feel underwhelming. For about $40 per person, I expected more than mid-tier food and subpar service.
