Most of the dishes have wok hei, the distinct charred aroma that skilled chefs capture through the ingredients and oil meeting the intense heat of a wok flame. The flavour and quality have been consistent through the years and the menu is large and well priced though occasionally the food is a touch more greasy or lacking in wok hei. Seafood specials can be found on a big chalkboard on one of the walls, though it is only written in Chinese so you'll have to ask about it if you can't read it. PS. 10% discount for cash payments!
