If post more if there was more to talk about, but honestly the service was only a "hello, here's your pizza, goodbye" which isn't really a bad thing, but it isn't really a good thing either. We normally really like Papa Murphy's, but this time I couldn't give five stars. First, I started to place my order online, then decided to call instead. Online the delight (thin crust) pizza is offered in a medium 12" size, but when I called, the guy on the phone said they do not make thin crust pizzas in the 12" size. And he said it was weird that they offered it online. Second, when my sister-in-law took a bite of the pepperoni pizza we ordered, she pulled a swift tack (the little plastic thing that holds a tag on a new shirt) out of the bite of pizza she had in her mouth. She called Papa Murphy's to tell them about it and they apologized and offered to replace our pizza. So that was nice, but still. Not sure how soon I'll be going back. read more

The only way to get really fresh pizza nowadays is to bake it at home, and papa murphys allows you to do just that! I love that they always have a bunch of coupons you can use, and you can totally customize your pizza your way. Pricing is is decent too. I think it's more worth it to build a pizza here than to go out to round tables even. Employees are usually pretty nice, and the wait time isn't very long. You can also always phone your order in too if you're ever in a rush. Also check out their s'mores pizza or cookie dough! Both are very tasty! read more

This is our local go to Pizza joint now. We usually take advantage of their Tuesday $10 pizza offerings by email or app and have never had a bad pizza ! We always order a Club Salad which comes with choices of dressings, extra croutons and utensils. The salads are a meal in themselves, sell for about $5 and very, very fresh and crisp. Also, the staff are very friendly, always eager to help you with your order. I suggest ordering with the app or on the phone if you are in a hurry . Enjoy ! read more

I ordered a family size pizza online, and it said it would be ready for pick up at 6:30. I get there at 6:35, and pizza wasn't even made yet. If it was busy, I would have understood, but it wasn't. So I had to wait for fifteen minutes. When I finally got the pizza, there were barely any toppings on it! There was barely any cheese and sauce, and the little toppings that were on it, was only placed in the middle. This employee who made it obviously didn't care. I'm a fan of Take N Bake Pizza. I get exactly what I want on my Pizza and then can take it home and cook it how I want. I usually get Sausage, Mushrooms, Garlic, Garlic, Garlic, and extra Cheese. The family size is a good deal and I can usually get two, particularly when I have a coupon, for about what I pay for one at other places. The ingredients are all very fresh and they include a cooking tray and instructions with each pizza. They also have deserts including cookie dough that you can bake along with your pizza. Join their email club for additional savings and regular online printable coupons and a birthday treat. The kids like to watch them making the pizza right in front of us. It's not the absolute best pizza around, but it's a great pizza for the price. So what if you have to wait for it too cook, it's worth it. read more

Boy have I been missing out my whole life on this little secret. You get a whole large pizza loaded with toppings for around $10! Very hard to beat this deal. Taste very fresh, and all you have to do is turn on your oven for 20 minutes. read more

The pizza is really fresh and delicious but the staff takes a real long time. at San Leandro there are only two staff and you get your pizza instantly. Here there are 4 plus someone hanging in the shadows in the back and it take 20+ minutes. So strange. read more

So I'm watching TV on a rainy day and I see the $10 Tuesday commercial and the pizza looks so good, so I decide to get one, except the closest location is 10 miles from me in Pinole. The the deal was too good to miss, so I got into my car and drove in the heavy rain & wind to experience take & bake pizza. It was totally worth it! The employees at this location were so nice, they made the pizza quickly, and told me how to cook it. And how did it taste? It was REALLY good! This pizza from one of my local pizzarias would have cost me over $20! So I'll be making that drive up I-80 every Tuesday to get this deal!!! read more

Come here every Tuesday, for a lunch pizza. There are quite a few of the same people here each time. The workers are always friendly and helpful. I order on line and it is always ready when I arrive. The pizzas are good, but many times the topping portions are little. The staff is very friendly. I usually order the cowboy pizza and add extra toppings. But lately the extra toppings are very few. I don't eat pizza often (maybe twice a year) but actually this place is not bad. It's better than Pizza Hut and Round Table because I taste quality over grease and salt. I prefer the thin crust and white sauce with lots of veggies. My mom used to get pizzas from here when I was younger because they always has coupons but I've changed my diet a lot and this place no longer has a place in it. Ordered two pizzas and a cowboy cookie dough online today with an afternoon pickup. I prepaid the order which was my mistake. When I went to pickup the order I was handed two pizzas and told that was it. I asked about the cookie dough which the counter person checked on and then seemed confused. She checked in the back and said that they didn't have the cowboy cookie dough but I could grab one of the regular cookie dough containers in the refrigerator. Since I prepaid I asked if there was a price difference and after once again checking with the manager she said there was a dollar difference and then stated dismissively if I wanted a refund. I said no thanks and went on my way. When I got home I checked the label of the cookie dough and found it had expired two days before I picked it up. Very sloppy work. In all honesty I've only been to this store a couple of times but I guarantee that was the last. Too bad because the pizzas were pretty good. read more

This store is usually good. We normally take out a few times a month. All the old staff is gone. The new staff are horsing around. Very small line took almost 30 min to get my order they seem totally clueless and have no idea about customer service. If this keeps up I won't be back. read more
