If downtown Lehigh is not that far, go there. Over half the time I have issues at this place. Today, I had to take the pizza back because the pizza labeled for all meat with added ingredients only had pineapple and bacon. That's not an all meat pizza. Now they fixed it when I took it back, but over half the time I go to this place because I'm right in town and think, well they have to have their act together by now, right? No. It's been years, however, they're trained or their quality of service and Care is absolutely terrible. I have to complain so often it's just not worth complaining because when you think about it, if you have to drive all the way back out to the same location a second time you might as well have spent the extra five minutes going to downtown Lehigh where they can actually make the pizzas correctly and give you a heck of a lot more toppings. Came in, ordered pizza no one in store waiting. The 2 girls working were more interested in chatting. 2 other teenagers came in who must work here and they got behind counter and began to make their own pizzas all the while the 4 of them just chatted like they were hanging out. I'm sitting here and they are oblivious and my pizza hasn't even been started. The 2 who came in that weren't working got their pizzas made and walked out.. not impressed with this place with service or their casual way of handling a place of business. read more

We ordered a pick up for a stuffed pizza at 2pm to be picked up at 5:30 and my husband got there and they hadn't even started making it. He had to wait 15 mins for anyone to ask him about his order and another 20 mins to get his pizza and we had already paid so we felt like we had to wait to get the pizza instead of going somewhere else. The worker didn't even apologize when handing the pizza to my husband. Will not be going back. I get that it's a Friday night but the fact that we preordered this for it to be picked up at a certain time and he had to wait over 30 mins for the pizza is ridiculous. read more

Take n' bake is a novel idea but needs to be stratigraphy executed. Papa Murphy's does a pretty good job with that (even thought their crust is not my favorite). My biggest sadness was with the "Keto" entree. I understand that keto means no bread, but I have watched other restaurants come up with some masterful bread substitutes, even cauliflower keto crusts that taste great. Their keto option at Papa Murphy's was all the toppings of a signature pizza, except in a container. It felt deconstructed and not at all thought out. I would love to see an actual Keto crust option from this establishment because I expected more from a chain like this. Maybe soon they will redeem themselves with such a menu item. read more

After years of seeing these stores and hearing about them I snagged a few for Superbowl Sunday (I did it on Saturday, stop judging). I went with some kind of Thai Chicken and a Mediterranean option. It wasn't until the next day I realized I had correctly received the Thai pizza, but unfortunately my Mediterranean pizza had transmogrified itself into a Chicken Bacon pizza. Or maybe someone gave me the wrong pizza. I think it was transmogrified. Anyway, not that big of an issue other than my fiancee doesn't like bacon (WHAT?! We don't just live around the corner so this isn't feasible for us and is not a good compensation for us for their error. I came in to pick up a stuffed meat pizza. The pizza was good, as expected. But the service was a little sub-par. First, the person at the register couldn't figure out how to add a stuffed pizza to my order. She had to ask her manager. Then, she had to refill containers. Love this place! If you're feeding a group of carnivores consider the 5-Meat stuffed pizza. Each time I have a slice it takes me to Chicago, yes it's that good. If you're into "fancy pizza" try something from the gourmet section of the menu where you'll find pizza's with white sauce, artichokes, spinach etc. Being the traditional pizza enthusiast I haven't ventured here but I've heard good things. This is Take N Bake so you will need to consider the drive home, heating the oven and about :30 to cook. If you're completely famished and need something immediately you may want to consider the "hot n ready" option across the road or the adjacent pizza buffet, but if you've planned ahead you won't be disappointed. It's good pizza, and I always use the coupons that go out from their mailer. I came in tonight and they made the wrong pizza... So I had to wait for it to be remade, which is a bummer. I love Papa Murphys but this location isn't that great. The last two times I have walked in they didn't have any of the ready to go stuff ready. On my most recent visit we went in and grabbed a couple of the Mini Murphs and some salads. After waiting a little bit I was told that they didn't have any lettuce to make the salads. The employee explained to me that this was normal because Valentines Day had recently passed and it's a busy day for them. While I understand that holidays can be busy and supplies can run low shouldn't you know this by know and have more lettuce on hand?..... unless I'm crunched for time, I'm over this location read more

Much better than Domino's or Little Caesars and it always tastes better fresh out of your oven. We like the Thai Chicken and the deep dish Chicago. It's a good flavor of sauce and a nice tasting crust. Quality ingredients and a friendly staff. read more

I am not one to ever take the time to leave a review but man oh man. This employee was rude from the second I walked in. You could just tell I was "interrupting" her day. I happened to come in on a Tuesday, which they do $10 ANY large pizza. I decided to do a large garlic chicken and just simply asked her if it was included to make sure I wasn't having to pay extra or there wasn't some thing where certain pizzas weren't included. She immediately snapped at me and told me to read the sign on the window again. She specifically told me she was tired of answering that question every Tuesday. She's lucky I was patient that day and still decided to order. I did let her know that her job was to help me and answer questions, was it not? I let her know that's why she is there and there was no need for her attitude. I don't care if she's sick of her job. Quit and move on, don't take it out on the people bringing your store money and business. The pizzas were made pretty crappy as well. Sauce all of the place and crust super sloppy. Had a really good pizza from here during Friday's fight night. The outcome of this pizza was certainly better than the outcome of the mayweather vs pacman fight. We had a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was tasty. It was really easy to cook it. All we did was pop it in the oven. It was that easy and it was a hit at the fight night party. read more

Not sure what has happened with this store, but we won't ever go back. We used to go here all of the time. But the last few times we have gotten the wrong pizza or toppings and when we have contacted the PG location we are treated like liars or problem children (I have been ordering the same pizza for over 8 years now). The last time took 2 trips to get it right in Jan of 2017. I also tried to order the new cheesy breadstick flavors (new at the time). I got the same cheesy breadsticks we always got. I was just charged more. I asked about that and my wrong pizza. I was told they didn't have time to listen to me complain all night (first phone call) about every little thing (yes, I was supposedly speaking with the supervisor, who sounded like a young girl). I had to send my whole order back to the store, and when it was brought back, the toppings were still wrong. I even had to pay more for the "correct price" of the breadsticks, which I never got. After the 2nd call with the same supervisor, I was told that Papa Johns was probably not for me and that I shouldn't come back. We haven't been back since and if we do, it won't be to the PG store. read more
