I've always been a big fan of Papa Murphy's! Predictably good pizza and I like the convenience of baking at home. Their pizzas freeze really well too, so every time I stop by I usually order one or two more than we need and pop them in the freezer (I freeze them uncooked, and take it out the night before, leaving in the fridge until the next day). This location is clean, has particularly friendly staff, and seems to be run efficiently. The only downside to this one is the parking. They are located right at the entrance of this busy retail center/block, which has already cramped parking and always multiple cars waiting in line for the Dutch Brothers Hut. So either you end up parking far away from the entrance, or wait a while to pull into or out of one of the front row spots. read more

I love the $12.99 Tuesday. Yesterday I ordered my usual . I always get the alternative cheese and am never charged extra for it. I get the veggie with no cheese herb sprinkle on it. I get pizza from other Papa Murphy's in the area and none charge me for alternative cheese but yesterday they charged me $3.00 extra and barely put any cheese on it. I feel seeing I don't get meat of any kind they at least should give the alternative cheese at no extra charge. I'm not returning to this location and to worn others not to be taken. read more

We get the Mini Murphs for the kids all the time and in my personal opinion, it's the best $4 you'll spend to get your own personal pizza. Take and bake is the way to go. We usually get pizza here about once a month and have always really enjoyed it. The employees are always so friendly and do an amazing job!

Prepare to wait! I've been coming to this location since we moved to the area due to proximity. The pizzas are no more or less spectacular than other locations (decent take and bake at reasonable prices). Where this location really differs is the wait times. I regularly drive over after the stated pick up time just to find they haven't even started it. I dont mind coming at a different time but I do mind being told 20 minutes when its going to be 35. Theres not a ton of options near me so I sincerely hope they get more efficient or start getting honest with the customers. If you decide to order here, bring a game for the kids or order way ahead and plan on being there 20 minutes after the time stated. read more

My order of the vegetarian Mediterranean pizza I got tonight was not exactly what I ordered. I asked the cashier to add extra sauce. The girl that gave me my pizza when I asked her is the sauce on it she said yes between the layers. It looked really pale for having red sauce on it. When I got it home and baked it, it didn't smell like tomato sauce and surely didn't taste the tomato sauce. There was no tomato sauce on my pizza which I was anxiously waiting to enjoy! The last two times I swore I wasn't going to go back but it's so easy to just stop by on your way home from work and grab a pizza. I always call it in and the last time I went in the line was literally out the door and the female manager was extremely rude when I went to the counter to pay. I explained I called 30 minutes ahead and was there to pick up my order. She told me to wait in line, literally 15 minutes later I saw her giving my order to someone else. I mean not a lot of people are waiting in line for gluten free pizza with a certain type of toppings. It would of been fine if she wasn't so extremely rude. Connivence is great and the pizza is mediocre but after that situation we will go ahead and get our pizza elsewhere. read more

Had a great experience today at Papa Murphy. We are gluten free and they did an amazing job preparing our pizzas. They cleaned the station and even used separate ingredients to ensure no cross contamination. Have had nothing but good experiences. Very clean, food always good. read more

I never thought I would like take n bake pizza but since we have been taking them home and putting them on our traeger its is really good! We get several different toppings, to each is own. It depends what mood we are in or if we are having company and what they like really. They all turn out great! You should try them this way! Even the garlic bread sticks! All this time and I've still never tried one of Papa Murphy's Signature pizzas. Instead I just find myself coming here for a good ol' "take-and-bake". I'd give an extra star if I could for the Roasted Garlic option. Most places wouldn't even consider it, whereas these guys make sure to offer it immediately. Here's what i expect when I call to order a pizza: 1. Courteous behavior on the phone, 2. A verbal total of what the bill is going to be. 3. An understanding of the specials they offer and how much they are and 4. A well built pizza. I have had EXCELLENT PIZZA here previously, but the last three times, the prices have fluctuated, coupons not taken/accepted (they still were valid), and no itemization when buying more than one item! And a couple of darn near crustless pizza, that couldn't even be put on the plate without being destroyed in the process. I was told that they 'could not give me the pricing over the phone of the total, because the person answering the phone does not work the till' and also "could not tell me if they could take the coupons I had!" I realize this is probably a management problem, but it trickles down to the person who is just trying to get their pizzas 'drama free'. Also the ticket I received as a print out from their till was just a total, not a full itemized tape, like you'd see in most restaurants or stores. And by them doing that, it would be almost impossible to tell if the worker is pricing out the pizzas correctly (with more than a few items, easily can be an issue). The pizza themselves have varied from time to time on how much items were on them, some made better than others. This last one, the crust was too thin, for even the cracker crust, literally making it a mess when trying to eat it, because the pizza essentially had to be 'rolled' into a ball, in order to eat by hand, or simply not a pizza, but almost crustless. I have gone to Glass House, which is a rating site for those who work for Papa Murphy's, only to read that they simply aren't trained or given much instruction on how to do their job. I would hope that this review might get passed up to the company for them to understand they need to have a more professional model and begin to train their employees, or they will loose me as a customer. I don't pay $3 dollars more or less each time for them to decide if they will take coupons, if the person adding up the totals are doing a proper job, and pizzas that are too thin to even serve up. This is my Papa Murphy's of choice. The staff are always really nice, mostly made up of teenagers (go get 'em, kids, make some money!) and the owner is a nice, normal guy who is around all the time and makes sure the place runs well. The pizza is awesome. Super fresh ingredients, the crust is excellent, and the toppings go really well together, and they have a great savory flavor with just a shade of sweetness to the sauce. The cheese is great quality and even the cookie dough is good if you're really looking to put on some weight. Still, even a family size pizza is healthier for you than a comparable Pizza Hut or Domino's pie. This franchise also does the thing where if you give them a tip, they ring a bell and everyone says thanks. I like to see that, as a former waiter, I understand that these high school kids probably pay for their gas/lunch/weed with that money. Trickle down economics works! The price is very good, my favorite is a pizza not on the menu: The Paparoni, which is a double pepperoni pizza with pepperoni folded into the crust. Taking it home is great, since it only takes 12-15 minutes to cook, another 5 to cool, and you're ready to slice and eat. Add in another 10 minutes of driving to a from the store and it's still ready to eat faster (and fresher) than a delivery pizza. All in all, my favorite pizza bar none. read more

Totally bad experience at this location. We have ordered from them a ton and even have a friendly relationship with the owners. This time we opted to have it delivered by grub hub and when the order was made completely wrong they refused to take any responsibility. Spoke with Megan on the phone who claimed they had nothing to do with it and claimed I would have to contact grub hub even though I was more than satisfied with the delivery and it was then who ignored a simple substitution. Megan had a nasty attitude to boot. Customer service should not be an imposition and it seems simple enough to be kind. read more

I was very pleased with my order today. I asked for the person making my pizza to wear fresh gloves as they had made a meat pizza before mine and I am a vegetarian and didn't want the contamination. Not only did they accommodate me with fresh gloves, they got fresh sauce and cheese out so that there wasn't any possible contamination. I really appreciated this. They went above and beyond what I asked for and were very polite. read more

Our pizza takeout of choice. I've always thought that pre-baked delivery or take-out was way too greasy. Papa Murphy's is not greasy (even when you get the Cowboy) and I like that it's still bubbling when I get to burn the roof of my mouth with it. All of the pizzas we've got at Papa Murphy's have been better than any I've eaten at a sit-in place. read more

I generally do not get the whole concept of a "take and bake" pizza. You can get these in most grocery stores, or you can get a frozen pizza, or you can get one cooked in a REAL PIZZA OVEN at ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE! Why would I want to make one at home, my oven isn't built specifically for pizzas! Supposing I did though I might go here if it tasted good...it doesn't. read more
