Not what we expected. Ordered Tuscan pizza ...looks like a reg cheese pizza. Ok Ordered Buffalo Chicken pizza - was told it was spicy ..not. but it contained so many onions that covered the pizza not good. First time order. My husband is a Stramboli fan forever. So when he watched the Papadia comercial he was intrigue to try it. Well it is nothing like the comercial, you could of count the pieces of meat no cheese. Really really do not waste your money on the Papadia. You are better off going to Sal's or Giovanni and get the Stramboli. read more

My pizza was overdone and it was not hot at all. I ended up throwing most of it away

When a vegan pizza is ordered and NO CUT was chosen you then proceed to cut that pizza. Not only was that vegan pizza cut but it was cut after the cheese and bacon pizza which is suppose to be NO CUT also. We do this because you guys can't simply understand that vegan pizza is for someone who can't be in contact with dairy or meat. So now a cutter you used to cut a cheese and bacon pizza and every other pizza that day is used on a vegan pizza, smh. This always happens and you never get it right. Why does your company offer a NO CUT option? This place needs staff that can read the entire order and get it correct. Another 25 mins wasted sitting in your parking lot while you redo your screw up. read more

Ordered one of the new Papadilas, went to pick it up and every parking spot in front was taken by employees. Had to park a long way away. What ever happened to preferring your customers. When I went in 3 employees just looked at me and turned away. So I stood there listening to what sounded like people throwing pots and pans across the room. Finally after 4 minutes standing and yelling "HELLO" several times someone came to help. The Papadila wasn't very good, very few pieces of meat and barely any cheese. Literally just ordered 2 large pizzas , cheesy bread + a 2 liter for $64 @ 5:40 they didn't get here until 7:05 pm, I also gave a $7 tip, the cheesy bread was cold, & I also paid for 2 garlic sauce 2 buffalo & 2 ranch and they didn't give me any of it. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza, but I am continuously disappointed with this location. Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks for $60. The delivery time said 1 hour. I continued to check the app and the pizza still was not being made 40 min in. So I called the location and the girl who answered could not find my order once I gave her the order number and my name and number. I even told her the money was pulled from my account and she had no answers for me. After going back in forth with her for 10 min she realized she did have my order and it was about to be made. Long story short, my order arrived 25 minutes late, and their customer service was awful. Will rethink where I order from next time I am craving pizza. read more

After seeing the commercials on Tv decided to try the new papidias of pizza by PJ. Had not ordered from PJ in a few years or more, thought I'd try, ordered 2 for myself & hubby. Papa John's carryout or delivery only. They don't have any dine in stores. I went on line to order our Pizza and I was very impressed with their website. After I opened an account, I was able to order our Pizza just the way we wanted it. The website is so designed that even the most confused user can order their pie any way they want it. You can also save your order so the next time you want pickup or delivery, you just have to select it from your favorites, it's that simple. I requested a pickup time and my pie was ready shortly after I got there. When we dine out we often don't get the pie we ordered, they often get something wrong, maybe it's because we like our pie just so. Ordering on line we got just what we wanted. I told the clerk at our closest Papa John's that we lived a little farther away than I would like to have a Pizza delivered, so I like to pick it up myself. I took the pie home and opened the box and saw the Pizza I ordered and it was still hot and very good. One of the best Pizzas we've had in 10 years in Florida! After we finished our meal and cleaned of the dishes we got a call from Papa John's asking if our Pizza was to our liking and was it still hot when I got home with it. Are you kidding me? That is a first for this old man. I've been eating carry out Pizza for a long time and no one has ever called to ask if it was to my liking. Poppa John's is our go to guy for Pizza from mow on. Pizza was here way before they said it would be. They quoted 30 mins on a Saturday night was here in 20. The pizza was SO hot we actually had to wait to eat it. The delivery guy (not sure of his name) was a sweetheart!!! The pizza was really good!! We will probably make this our new Pizza place!!! read more

+ What happened to Papa John's? It used to be the best pizza. The pizza we received today was the worst we ever had. We ordered the $10.00 special, with 3 extra toppings. Our order consisted of pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. Since cheese was listed as one of the "toppings," we didn't expect to be charged $1.00. Aside from this issue, the pizza hardly had sauce.
