The pizza is thin but not your typical NY Style in my opinion. The flavor was great but it's just a little different than the norm. Was very disappointed with the meatball sub. Small prefabbed meatballs, not much sauce, and we received it with the bread burned on both the top & bottom. Never should have been served. I guess we'll give it another try because it's a fairly new establishment & probably still on the learning curve.

We were there for almost exactly an hour total, so we definitely were not lingering. At some point our server changed, and the new server told us our original server had to "leave," even though I could still see her there. I also overheard the first server make a comment about "that bullsh*t table over there," which I could only assume was referring to us. I genuinely have no idea why, and it felt completely uncalled for. The food was underwhelming too. I ordered the steak mac and cheese. The steak was tender, but had almost no seasoning, and the whole dish was lukewarm and bland. The second server was great, and I do love Shaker & Peel and Agave Social, but unfortunately this experience was enough that I would not go back to Craft Street.

I have wanted to try this place for a while, and they knocked it out of the park. I always give the…read moreextra star when a place exceeds my expectations. The servers are very knowledgeable, and after two visits, the food has been great! Inside they've got maybe a little bit more decorating to do but still a very relaxing place to have some pizza. But where they exceed are the facts that if you look at their menu, they tell you what meats are coming from the local farms in the area. They have items with homemade pasta. I was definitely not expecting homemade pasta and local farm raised meats and veggies. That honestly blew me away a little bit. Another super cool thing in my opinion anyways, is that you can actually do half-and-half specialty pizzas. A lot of places will not do that. I love it, you get to try so much more! The balsamic eggplant pizza was phenomenal as was the meatball Parm. The sausage pesto was excellent. I'm not so much of a chicken person on pizza, but the chicken prosciutto with balsamic was still a good pizza. I personally am just not a huge fan of small diced up chicken. Balsamic eggplant appetizer was also a big winner. Oh, and I did not mention that they also make their own mozzarella, which you can sub on your pizza and some of the pizzas already have it on there. That balsamic eggplant has the fresh mozzarella on there and it was probably my favorite ..... IDK between that and the meatball Parm pizza. Anyways, the main point being you will not be disappointed! I always wanna try fresh meat pasta, but I can't get past those pizzas! I'll add that the week before we went and Tried Madison Ave Pizza, which has been all over the socials, I had such high expectations. It was good, don't get me wrong, but three brothers spanked what I got from Madison Avenue, then flip them over and spanked them again!

This is counter service, located in a food hall within a brewery. There's a bar you can sit at to eat, and there are several indoor tables as well. While they refunded my family's order without hesitation, the manager did say "this happens sometimes."
