I have wanted to try this place for a while, and they knocked it out of the park. I always give the extra star when a place exceeds my expectations. The servers are very knowledgeable, and after two visits, the food has been great! Inside they've got maybe a little bit more decorating to do but still a very relaxing place to have some pizza. But where they exceed are the facts that if you look at their menu, they tell you what meats are coming from the local farms in the area. They have items with homemade pasta. I was definitely not expecting homemade pasta and local farm raised meats and veggies. That honestly blew me away a little bit. Another super cool thing in my opinion anyways, is that you can actually do half-and-half specialty pizzas. A lot of places will not do that. I love it, you get to try so much more! The balsamic eggplant pizza was phenomenal as was the meatball Parm. The sausage pesto was excellent. I'm not so much of a chicken person on pizza, but the chicken prosciutto with balsamic was still a good pizza. I personally am just not a huge fan of small diced up chicken. Balsamic eggplant appetizer was also a big winner. Oh, and I did not mention that they also make their own mozzarella, which you can sub on your pizza and some of the pizzas already have it on there. That balsamic eggplant has the fresh mozzarella on there and it was probably my favorite ..... IDK between that and the meatball Parm pizza. Anyways, the main point being you will not be disappointed! I always wanna try fresh meat pasta, but I can't get past those pizzas! I'll add that the week before we went and Tried Madison Ave Pizza, which has been all over the socials, I had such high expectations. I think I found my nyc pizza. It were very close by me . It has Monday and Tuesday specials large cheese pizza for less then 12$ . The store were roomy and clean. We ordered the Monday specials it were on points for sure , texture of dough were chewy crust were crispy .purely sauce n cheese texture happy me . This pizzeria looks like a fun place in the evening. They have a center bar and beautiful wooden tables. They have a good selection of beer. Service was nice. We ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings. We ask for the basil to be put on after cooking but the young girl server didn't write it down that way. The pizza was good. Three Brothers brought pizza by the office for us to try. Everyone really enjoyed it. So, we used them to cater an event for our national sales meeting. Surprisingly they do much more than pizza. The provided a great spread for our 70 person team. Annie did an amazing job with set up for the event and even returned for clean up. We decided because of the quality, price and service to use them again for one of the lunches (pizza, wings and salad). We will be using them throughout the year as needed and again next year at our sales meeting. read more

Welcome Back, Three Brothers! I was visiting a group of friends in the area. When it came time to talk lunch, they all quickly picked Three Brothers. They've been missing the place and were ready for a reintroduction. This would be my very first time. Be gentle. LOL As the 5 of us strolled in, I was loving the comments from my buds about the new look and comparisons of the old place. It was all good. Getting seated, we were quickly welcomed by Tim M. Turns out Tim is very polite, actually listens and for sure let us know they appreciated our business. In truth, (always), Tim had a challenge on his hands. With the reopening there were some items that were not available. But right up front, he went over those items to avoid disappointments. His demeanor and caring eased any possible 'can't have' cuisine cravings. The food. I chose the Italian Hero sandwich. The delicious aromas in the air coerced my grumbling tummy to get a House Salad to come out first. First impressions are everything. When Tim put that salad before me, I was truly impressed! As were my lunchmates. IF a place can make a simple house salad look that good, then the stage is set for more intrigue. My sandwich was piled high with all the goodies. Each bite brought delight. This is a neighborhood restaurant with great service and food. A bar located in the center of the restaurant takes up a good portion of space with several tables on the left. The menu has a variety of items typical of an Italian restaurant. Our waitress Stephanie was very attentive, friendly and ensured our drinks were always full. This place is a hidden gem! When we first moved here 10 years ago we wanted a pizza that "wowed" us. We found 3 Bros and never looked back! Back before the fire, they had a lot of pizza creations. Now, that menu has shrunken but they still have the ingredients to make any of the old favorites! We love their meatballs and if you haven't tried the garlic cheese bread with prosciutto, you're missing out in life! We are customers for as long as 3 brothers stays! The new dining room and bar, post fire, is exquisite and impressive. The wood to make the bar top was harvested by the brothers themselves and it makes a nice story for a beautiful bar! read more

First time visiting since this restaurant has reopened. They change the interior to a large bar with a few tables. Really nice. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Hero with fries. A good size portion however the chicken was rather dry and not very flavorful. The sauce was decent and the bread was fresh. Just wish the sandwich overall had more flavor. No reservations so don't bother, but do call ahead if you try and show up w/25+ people like I've seen people do! Came here for dinner with a few friends and we were not disappointed. The pizza was good I wasn't fond of the veggie I think the cut of the veggies were too big. The mushroom pizza with truffle was soo good. The meat lover pizza was a great traditional pie. The margarita pizza was fresh and tasty. The crust was light and crispy not a traditional New York crust. The chicken bacon ranch was good as well not traditional but still good pizza. The wings were amazing the garlic Parmesan were my fave but the Sriracha wings were good also. Calamari was crispy and fresh. My mango beer was light and paired well with my meal. Omg almost forgot the ricotta gnocchi it was so soft and delicate and delicious. Dessert we got fried Oreos, ricotta donuts and cannoli. The cannoli cream was rich and had cinnamon in it. Drove by the other day and decided to give them a shot. We got their everyday special consisting of a 16" large cheese, a order of garlic knots, and ten wings for $28. All things considered I may have found my new pizza spot. Dough on the pizza a hair thicker than most places but not in a bad way (to me) it was also nice and yeasty (also not bad to me) the crust was also nice and fluffy. Wings were also delicious. Garlic knots were solid as well. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu at which point my review might get upgraded to 5 stars. read more
