We haven't dined-in here yet, but we have ordered pizza for pickup several times and we're never disappointed. Their version of supreme, the il capo - is by far our favorite pizza! The employees have always been very nice and welcoming when we call and pick up as well - and they have military discount, which is awesome for my fellow service members out there.

Super fresh toppings, sauce and crust good not amazing but will definitely be back. It's hard to find a place that uses cremini mushrooms! Plus, if you want toppings on half of a pie they don't charge you for the whole thing like some places.

Good stuff! Order at the counter, grab your own drinks & then grab a seat. The food is brought to you and it's very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful even though they were very busy. They also deliver if wanted. Our first time there but it won't be our last!

My husband and I have been repeating customers. If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, Santelli is the place to go! I would highly recommend their Pizza as well. One of the best places around!

In the area running some errands and found this little gem on Yelp. I'm not a big NY style pizza guy and, as best that I could tell, that's the style here. Instead, the crust was crispy and easily held up the topping. Totally blown away by the pizza we got. It's "order at the counter" so not much service interactions, but when we did, they were friendly and wanted to make sure your visit was a good one. Nice looking place, well lit, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Compact space but efficiently laid out. Food brought to you but you're expected to bus your own dishes.

Prosciutto fig jam goat cheese 12 inch on the ladies night special with a glass of pinot noir

Oh yes it's ladies night and the feelings right! Yes it's ladies night oh what a night! Are you singing now? Good. Then you'll remember that ladies night is every Thursday (I don't know what time specifically but I try to get here around 8ish.) They serve beer and even better, wine on tap at discounted prices on Thursday. Along with the discounted alcohol, they have certain apps and pizzas on special as well. The prosciutto and goat cheese with arugula is my favorite. Since it's baked in a wood fire oven, the prosciutto gets crispy and is reminiscent of crispy bacon. The dough is cooked perfectly and always comes out the right texture, and never burnt like some wood fire places do. The pasta fagioli soup has a hint of sour to it but it's a pleasant sour almost like the lime added in a Thai soup or lemon in a Greek avgolemono soup. I always finish my meal off with the cannoli which has a rich sweet ricotta filling and a good crunchy shell. The place is clean and I love how they provide all the pizza necessities on the counter: red pepper flakes, parmesean, extra plates, and to go boxes for your left overs. I never have to wait to ask for these things which is super convenient with how busy they can get. They have outdoor seating and ample parking. It's my favorite pizza joint in the Odessa area; especially on Thursdays. You're welcome. You can thank me with a glass of pinot noir if you see me having a slice or two....

A nice little place with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has pizza and various pasta dishes. You can even get pizza by the slice if you want. There are also bottles of soda, beer, a soda fountain and some wine as well. The place is very clean and well maintained. It is the type of place where you place your order at the counter and they will bring it to your table. Our first time here we ordered a large pizza which came to the table in a timely fashion. The good news is the pizza was really good. In my opinion it is a thin crust and stiff enough where you can pick up the entire slice with no issue and not have it flopping about. I also like the root beer from the fountain, it was really good. We will certainly be back again.

On a quest to find some fresh Italian cuisine. Don't look any further. My brother raved about santellis chicken parmigiana pasta. We also ordered pizza which is a top tier pie. Staff was very helpful in recommending delicious appetizers and entrees. Must try garlic parmigiana wings with fresh homemade garlic butter. Got a 6 piece to taste but quickly regretted I should've ordered a 12 piece. we ordered takeout but they also have nice indoor / outdoor family setting.

I am a glutton for new things, new places and new adventures so off I went to find Joey's to the seldom driven far reaches of Gunn Hwy west. Past Van Dyke, past Lake Fern and coming to a rest near Ashley Lakes where urban development has spread its tendrils. Shock and Awe. As I entered a warm and fuzzy perception of exitement and recognition swelled in me. A small but concentrated area with authentic Italian products and "atmosfera italiana". From the nostalgic Big Apple crooners singing the italian-american classics, to the colorful displays, legitimate italian products, geniune italian butcher choices to fridges full of bona-fide pre-prepared italian food products the stank of authenticity permeated. The deli/meat area was packed with delectable choices and fresh assortments that any italian would be proud to put on his table. Even things like pre-wrapped bracciole (beef & pork), veal cutlets, homemade italian sausage, steaks and all the standards. I even took home some Korean BBQ Baby Back Ribs After my long and detailed perusal my attention my attention was drawn to the slender aisle leading to the other side of the store and what I thought would be shelfs of canned, bottled and dry package products. But behold, it was a small dining area with a wide variety of pizza by the slice or whole, sandwiches, hero's, salads and pasta's. A cornacopia of foods, all the italian masterpieces that the American-Italian community has to offer, and the place was packed with eager diners. I bought 4 slices for the road and was tempted to try other things but I already had nearly a $100 in products. Fresh Pecorino Romano to grate for my Carbonara, a gorgeous piece of guanciale, regular and hot italian sausage, the ribs and a package of spaghetti from Italy. The pizza was superb, different from any other in town, complex, delicious, thin crust with a proper char. The Korean ribs were excellent, a hint of spicy heat with an umami bbq sauce. Buying a whole pizza next time, plus I am already excited about returning. As soon as I finish makung my Carbonara and try the italian sausage, I will return for the beef bracciloe, some veal and some of the premade sauces. There is not a lot that gets me ranting these days, so when I tell you this place is amazing, you can take that to the bank. COME GET YA SOME!!

The servers are very knowledgeable, and after two visits, the food has been great! Inside they've got maybe a little bit more decorating to do but still a very relaxing place to have some pizza. But where they exceed are the facts that if you look at their menu, they tell you what meats are coming from the local farms in the area. They have items with homemade pasta. I was definitely not expecting homemade pasta and local farm raised meats and veggies. That honestly blew me away a little bit. Another super cool thing in my opinion anyways, is that you can actually do half-and-half specialty pizzas. A lot of places will not do that. I love it, you get to try so much more! The balsamic eggplant pizza was phenomenal as was the meatball Parm. The sausage pesto was excellent. I'm not so much of a chicken person on pizza, but the chicken prosciutto with balsamic was still a good pizza. I personally am just not a huge fan of small diced up chicken. Balsamic eggplant appetizer was also a big winner. Oh, and I did not mention that they also make their own mozzarella, which you can sub on your pizza and some of the pizzas already have it on there. That balsamic eggplant has the fresh mozzarella on there and it was probably my favorite ..... IDK between that and the meatball Parm pizza. Anyways, the main point being you will not be disappointed! I always wanna try fresh meat pasta, but I can't get past those pizzas! I'll add that the week before we went and Tried Madison Ave Pizza, which has been all over the socials, I had such high expectations. It was good, don't get me wrong, but three brothers spanked what I got from Madison Avenue, then flip them over and spanked them again!

Back in October, I made a reservation for 20 people for a January dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. I had heard the week before that Max sold the restaurant, but at that point it was too late to find another place that could accommodate such a large group. Our reservation was at 4:00 pm. When I walked in at 4:03 with my son, there was a man standing by the pizza oven on his cell phone. I initially thought he was a customer waiting for food since there was no acknowledgment at all. After a few minutes, a couple of cooks walked out, looked at us, and said nothing. The man continued texting and then, very coldly, asked, "How can I help you?" I told him I was there for the party of 20, and he responded, "They're in the back," with no warmth or professionalism. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, I was honestly shocked by the greeting. Once seated, I informed our server that both my brother and I have celiac disease and that eating gluten-free is a serious medical necessity. Normally, servers acknowledge this and reassure guests that they'll speak with the kitchen. Instead, she said nothing and walked away while I was still speaking. The appetizers were fine, but the main courses were extremely disappointing. I ordered the gluten-free veal marsala, a dish I've had countless times at Nabruzzi over the years. This was easily one of the worst versions I've ever had...completely bland, with large chunks of garlic instead of properly minced, and so unappetizing I couldn't finish it. My husband ordered the pollo florentine and described it as something our four-year-old could have made. The presentation was equally poor; the food looked like it had simply been thrown onto the plates. The server never once checked on us after the food was delivered, which should happen within the first few bites. I also brought a birthday cake for my dad, and it was served before all the dinner plates were cleared. As we were leaving, the owner simply said, "Have a good one." It's clear that the new owner has little to no experience in the restaurant or service industry, which is incredibly disappointing. Nabruzzi was once a warm, friendly Italian restaurant and a hidden gem in Lutz...a place our family truly loved and visited often because it felt welcoming and close to home. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning.

We ordered the Romano pizza as an appetizer and it was ok. Unfortunately our food took a loooooong time to come out. The pizza probably took 30 minutes. We asked for the salads to come out at the same time but again had to wait. My salad had no dressing on it so I had to ask for it which they did send out. The meals again took quite awhile to come out. I will say our server was friendly, but the kitchen just took forever with everything. I will definitely come back because the food is so good. Hopefully this was just an off night.
