Not the Culver's Standard…read more Customer service was great as usual from Culver's. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee upon walking into the restaurant. Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. The only thing that stood out and tasted good on this burger was the fresh burger toppings. The crinkled cut fries were also HOT, plentiful, and delicious. I've eaten at many Culver's restaurants, and this was the first time I had a disappointing dining experience. Culver's 8425 US Highway 19, Port Rickey, FL 34668

We've been back to this location twice more, mainly due to the employees. The food is great. The Philly is tasty, lots of meat and the perfect amount of grilled onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Boneless wings are outstanding. Pick your sauce from numerous options. Favorites so far: spicy buffalo lemon pepper, Korean BBQ, Thai Chili, and Hot Honey. The fries are great as well. The property is clean every time we visit. Just an all around enjoyable experience at a quick restaurant. Never an issue or attitude from the employees. That seems to be getting more and more uncommon these days. Highly recommend. PS: to the owners.... Take care of Devohn and Rose. They are the reason we come back.

My two hungry teenagers were patient & respectful, and I got our drinks so we'd all have something to sip on while we waited. Plus the guy who checked on me at the front counter was incredibly courteous. You never know if they're understaffed, out of supplies, or have poor procedures in place, so I stay open-minded. Inside was clean enough. My youngest said he saw some gum wadded up under the table, but I blame that on the patrons. All the sauces, straws, lids, etc were fully stocked. As for the food, everything came out as expected--well, except for the cheesy dipping burritos. They go for $5.29 for one pair, but they are far smaller than the pictures. Yeah, we can always expect a difference between advertisements and reality, but if I'd known they were this tiny I would've just gotten a few more cheesy bean and rice burritos from the value menu. Those are bigger, better, and $1.49. Can't beat it. Although I will say, the chipotle sauce that comes with the cheesy dipping burritos is one of the best I've had at a fast food joint.
