I have never had a bad meal here. My Mom likes the mushroom burgers. I usually get a veggie burger or cheese sandwich. Everything they make is fresh. They cook it when you order. The French fries are thick. The tartar sauce is one of my favorite things here - I wish they would sell it in the grocery store. I miss that they used to have Pepsi. Not the Culver's Standard Customer service was great as usual from Culver's. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee upon walking into the restaurant. Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. The only thing that stood out and tasted good on this burger was the fresh burger toppings. The crinkled cut fries were also HOT, plentiful, and delicious. After hearing so many good reviews , I decided to go and try this place for the first time. The ambience is great it's right on the water the sunset was beautiful. We weren't fortunate enough to see any sea life. But I know that many people normally do. I regrettably had a very bad experience there. I probably didn't order the right stuff because the macronian cheese was ice cold. The tri tip burger was mediocre. The fish was good. The service though was absolutely horrid. We had to keep recording questing for our drinks to come mind. You not refills the original drinks that we placed when we arrived. When we ordered a mixed drink well over half an hour to receive it. And when we finally did it wasn't even the drink we ordered. We asked for ranch condiments at the beginning when we were seated. And we placed an order for some corn on the cob , which we received over forty five minutes after we were completely done with our food. It was so discouraging. I don't know if I'll ever go back. So disappointed in our meal today. Not super busy so that was good for us. We have been going there since they opened a few years ago & have ALWAYS had great food. I had a single b-burger with cheese/catsup. My hubby ordered a double b-burger with mayo only. My burger & my night's double b-day burgers were so over cooked..practically burnt..edges were curled up & crispy. The mayo request was barely on 1 side of the bun. Fries,o-rings & sweet tea were great. Hubby decided to get a concrete mixer on our way out. NO one was at the counter customer-wise. Told the cashier our order & waited, waited. Cashier went to the back never to be seen again. A gal was wipeing down the back counter & totally ignored us with still no other customers. If this were my first time eating at a Culver's, I would never return to another one. There were actual holes you could see through, it was burned when brought to us and missing toppings as ordered not only the first time around but AGAIN after they re-fired a new one. Additionally, the cashier rang our order in such a way it added nearly $10 to our bill so we had to restart the order in the way I placed it to correct the problem and when the burger rang in higher than the menu price reflected, I was told by the manager the menu price was wrong and would remain incorrect until they got a new sign from the company and she could not price just to honor the menu pricing that was displayed. When we asked for ketchup for two people they provided ONE packet and when we requested more they gave us 2 more. Finally, we ordered a shake and cement mixer which didn't come when our order was delivered so we had to go in search of those. New fast food place in Port Richey, I decided to give it a try on my way home from Atlanta. The drive through was quick, I placed my order and though it was later on a Sunday evening, the girl at the menu box was both professional and polite. I special ordered my burger with no condiments but pickles and knew if they got that right (most don't) it would be good. Once I paid, I was given a number to put on my mirror and pulled up just past the trashbin to wait. The wait wasn't that long, and my food came out. Yes, it was right. Tried the Culver's chicken sandwich to compare with Popeye's chicken sandwich. Sorry to say Culver's, Popeye's had you beat. Their sandwich chicken is sizably larger. Popeye's chicken sandwich has more flavor. The Culver's chicken sandwich is missing some spices for flavor. It was bland. I had to add mayo and some of the steak sauce. read more

I got a bacon butter burger deluxe. The bacon was so wrong to cook onions had a funky smell to them. After the second fight and gagging to try to swallow it I had to throw it in the garbage it was so bad. My french fries had about a pound of salt on them.
