The people that complain on here about the establishment not having fried food should have checked the menu if that is such a big deal to them. It was so bad it looked like they dragged it out of the trash. The entire burger was drowned in the liquid that they hold the mushrooms in. Soggy hardly describes how saturated the burger was. Just going by how it looked was sickening. It was so bad I couldn't even stomach to eat it at all. When a restaurant goes past a certain point, I'm done with them. So I called and explained how disappointed and disgusted I was with the food but I had no desire to go back, ever. Not to have them make a second attempt, no benefit of the doubt, none of that. But that would be a different review. Any other Steak N Shake would be worlds apart from this one. Mark my words...
