There floors were sticky, and the tables were dirty. The service wasn't good, my friend had to stand and wait for her order a lot longer than she should have considering there was barely anyone else there. She had to tell them, and they almost gave someone else her order. The food tasted bland, and like they didn't put effort into actually caring about their cooking. The only good thing that happened was me getting a large drink instead of a medium which was by total accident. Since the woman up front didn't know what she was doing. read more

I have given up on this Mc Donald's. Somehow every time I am here something goes wrong. Whether it's waiting 30 minutes in the Drive Thru wait parking spot and going in for them to tell you they don't know what happened to your order. OR only going just for a beverage and somehow getting the wrong one. Not only has my order been wrong every single time I'm here, but it is genuinely impossible for the workers to even fake a smile on their face. I always show up respectful and polite EVEN WHEN they are disrespectful and rude to me when they're the ones who mess up my order. I have worked both retail and fast food and never in my life have I ever seen a place mess up so many times and still not change how they run and do things. Today was my final straw because they lost my order AGAIN and when they remade it gave it to another woman and when I stepped in to say something is when they realized they had given it away AGAIN. Ahhh YES! Hudson Florida McDonald's. This area is where the original white sheets and burning crosses originate and still runs rampant. {I've been told this too many times) This area Pasco has a long history of burning things. In the past it was burning crosses. 2024 burning out the homeless! And of course there popular trailer park meth labs burning down. And from what I hear minority houses they burn down. Standing in line down the street and hearing old timers calling the employees at checkers the n word is pretty disturbing. But anyway here is a review of my burnt burger. ENJOY! I work late nights and this is my spot to grab dinner. They also have their inside open to dine in and bathrooms late night which is a plus. Only one I know that does that. Order #89 at 3:08pm Sand which required assembly. It was a bad experience. I'll start with the good. The young lady that took my money was kind, polite, quick and able to multi task well. She was patient with me as I figured out what I wanted and patient again when I forgot to re-enable my bank card through the app (anti-skimming precautions). She took it in stride. Handled it with a smile. After that it was all down hill. Ordered a coke with no ice, and received a coke with ice. Kept quiet. Not that bad. Can live with it. Waited for several minutes at the window, before the blonde teenager passing out food asked me to pull ahead. I did. And waited and waited and waited. Several other orders put in after me passed me. All I ordered was a coke no ice and a steak bagel. Finally after 10 minutes a young hipster in a tie brought my food. I commented on the amount of time and was basically told tough. No apology or sorry for your wait. He simply Huffed "at least the food is fresh and right". If he hadn't said that I wouldn't have been motivated to right the review. I opened my bag and found my sandwich unwrapped with the bottom of the sandwich, the meat (in two pieces), and the top of the sandwich all separate inside the unwrapped wrapper. Plus, it was cold. Fresh and "right" indeed. No silverware, so I had to try and scrape the onions and such back onto the lower piece of bread with the undercooked (maybe Untoasted all together now that I think about it) upper piece of bread. I ended up spilling the well caramelized onions on my shirt. Long story short: (The bad) 1. Unassembled cold untoasted sandwhich loose and unwrapped in the pocket wrapper. 2. Snarky teenager in a tie. 3. Got ice when I asked for no ice. 4. Extremely slow service. The good: 1. Polite girl took my money 2. Onions were well caramelized Another angle: Now I get to spend time trying to get a grease stain out of my shirt. A thing that wouldn't have happened if I had gone basically anywhere else that has employees that are proud of the work they do. Next time I'll drive up the road to checkers, or Burger King. I have visited this McDonald's several times over the years. Usually it is very good and the people are very nice. But this visit on 7/31/2023 at 12:50 am was the worst I have ever experience. When I arrived, they were sold out of everything except for regular hamburgers, chicken McNuggets, and fries and this is a 24-hour McDonalds! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a large fries, and a bottle of water. One burger tasted as if it had SOAP on it. I thought I might be imagining it, but after the third bite, my tongue was NUMB. That night I got violently ill. In addition to all of this, when I received the order, the fries were very old and cold. The people working that night were horrible. I waited at the drive thru screen to order for 4 minutes and at the pay window for five minutes before anyone showed up to take my money. My receipt is unreadable due to no ink in the printer of the cash register. I plan to try to locate either the owner or the manager of this location to discuss the SOAP on my burger. February 16, 2023 at around 9:00 PM. The Night Shift was absolutely wonderful the manager was so sweet and helpful to me when my app is not working. I did not catch her name but I do remember we were cracking a joke and we had talked about her being 4'11 and myself being short. The girl at the window cashing me out was also very sweet and kind. The whole crew seem to really enjoy their jobs. Also, when I got my food, everything was made so fresh and tasted so good I literally couldn't have gotten better service at another McDonald's that's why I forever typically come to this one. McDonalds that butts up against Fivay High School, it's in nice condition, the store is clean and the double drive thrus are extremely efficient and friendly. I placed a special order (Fish Fillet without cheese, extra tarter) med fry & med coke, and was pleased that the order was right, the fries were hot and my coke was upsized (Thanks!) Service was quick and they even gave me a shout out on Twitter when I checked in. Will be back when I'm in the Hudson area. read more

They always get my order right when I come through and get the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches without meat. Haven't had to make them remake it yet. So that's a total plus! This is a pretty decent McD's location. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Unlike some negative reviewers, I know how to read fine print on a coupon and know only 1 per order is allowed. Anyhow, unlike many locations in Tampa, these people really can make an order and give you everything you asked for. I would give zero stars if I could. This McDonald's has no idea what they are doing and not helpful at all. Last week I went through the drive thru and used one my deals that was in the app. They didn't clear off my code for the mobile app and left it in the screen and used my card for the next persons purchase. I notified them that they made a mistake and my card was charged for the person after me. They said there was nothing they could do and would not give me a refund. Apparently they had a bad night, I get it I worked in the restaurant industry myself; however the attitude we received when ordering was unexceptional. We pull up to the widow and the attitude continues, waited in line after paying for at least 10 minutes... no problem. Then the employee at the next window was explaining how difficult a night it has been ( I don't care, just apologize and make it right). He handed me the bag of just two burgers, we explained we ordered three and he argued with us. We weren't given a receipt. I keep coming back to this location, because it is my favorite McDonald's, and because I hope to see a changed. The last couple of visits, for me, were disappointing. Maybe, because I know Bob and Nancy Brickman (franchisees), have invested alot of time and money in making their stores the best. Everyone of their stores have a unique decor. I have been to them all. For the children, I love the store on SR 54, with the giant playground. But for me, a race car fan, the Chicago Av. and SR 52 is my favorite, even with their short comings. On May 12, 2011 at appx 5pm, the family and I slipped in to my Mcdonald's. The store again, filled with more employees than customers. We came in at 07:10 on 08/09/18 and had coupons for food. We was told that the cashier could only ring up 1 coupon per order and that I needed to pay twice for our meal. Once we sat down and started to loo around we saw that the floor was dirty. It had food and paper in different places. As I had to go to the drink area to get napkins for our meal I saw spilled soft drink all over the floor. Now comes the problem. We were the only customers in the store and there were not less than 6 workers standing around and talking. Not one of the supers cared to say anything or inspect the front to see if it may need a cleaning. The store did not get bust until near 07:45, making it near 35 minutes that no one cared enough to check the front and see that it was clean for your guest. I wouldn't ordinarily review a McDonald's but this one is deserving of special mention. I've never been to a location that has been as consistent as this location. I went there from June 2012 though December 2013. Everything was perfect each time. The service was good, the food was good and the orders were correct. Okay so I gave this McDonalds another try and on the two occasions, the buns on my burger were hard and stale. How does that happen? This place is managed terribly. Help doesn't seem the know that the burger, cheese and everything is supposed to go on the bun and not on the side when they wrap them up but I guess they figure since the bun is stale it doesn't matter. I'm sorry to say but i've been to alot of different Mcdonalds in my life and I never seen such bad service before. Who ever the manager is of this mcdonalds is not doing his job. The staff there is just extremely rude!! Every time i've asked for extra sauce they would give me an attitude and say they put one in the bag. What am i suppose to do with one sauce with 20 chicken nuggets? I swear every time i ask for a milkshake their machine is always down. I don't know if I got the girls name right but i won't mention it she just has a straight attitude! Not to mention the last time I got a regular cheese burger from them it had a piece of hair in it.
