Tom Terrific here with another honest review. My friend and I came in for the 50 cent wings and the host who turned out to be our server seated us and gave us menus. The place was not packed but somewhat busy and we sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to us. I noticed a threesome come in and they sat behind us. The server took their order before ours. We then ordered 30 wings with a beer for me and a sweet tea for my friend. You have to order a drink to qualify for the 50 cent wings. Another 20 minutes and they still didn't come. We were there for 40 minutes before our food came. The wings were not fresh out of the fryer though they were very warm. This created a situation where the wings lost their crispness and the skin was a bit rubbery. In addition, my Coors beer was a little flat with no foam top. What I witnessed was they had one server for the whole place for patrons who were at tables while the bartender (who was nice) took care of everyone at the bar. I feel they are limiting their overhead by having just one server so I fault the owner. I'm going to go back and I bet I have better service and a meal because I feel that this was simply an off day for them. Still, for that one visit I have to give 3 stars which is generous considering our experience. read more

At first I wasn't too sure because there was a creepy dude with a long dirty beard staring at my sisters and he was stretching it and weird dandruffy stuff was falling into his food, but then I ordered the Cajun 10 piece wing and it was probably one of the best wings I've ever consumed. Then we saw a big fella in a chicken wing shirt, so of course we asked for a photo with him. He accepted! Also got a Pepsi zero, but they gave me a Pepsi and I said it was no big deal but they brought me a zero anyway. And the waitress was very nice and got us everything we needed. Excellent service for our group of 15. Manager greeted us as we entered and directed those who came in late. The ambience was casual and inviting. Server was excellent in orders , making sure food came out correct and hot, clearing plates and refilling drinks. The server also gave me clear warning when I ordered the Memory sauce which I ordered a few but could only keep one down. An unwise decision on my part. We have been here numerous times and love it! Tonight it was not so good! Asked for hot fries as mine were cold (they are amazing). Waitress seemed to forget all about us and we didn't get them until I asked the manager and they were literally thrown on our table and she walked away! Last night, my husband and I decided to try Kicken Wings one more time, as the first time we tried it, they screwed up our order. We were completely disappointed yet again, and we will not be going back. First off, we ordered 10 wings and I specifically said and paid for half to be buffalo and half to be barbecue. When they arrived, they were all barbecue. The onion rings were burnt and the fries were completely soggy. The only thing that was good about our meal was that the beer was cold. It was a Friday night, but it was not busy at all, so I have no idea how you could screw up an order like that. Ridiculous! The three of us stopped at Kickin Wingz today for lunch. We were the first ones in, which was very nice because the place is usually packed. This was my first visit there and I was very impressed. They have dozens of TVs for you to watch sports or whatever you want to watch the floors were spotless. The atmosphere was very nice. They played great music. The staff was really awesome great personality and welcomed us when we came in and seated us right away. The food was delicious and I think there was plenty of it. The pricing was reasonable for the three of us for what we had. There's plenty of parking. There's handicap spots available and handicap seating areas available. They had a number of different pinball machines against one wall they had an area for cornhole game to be played and other different types of arcade games that a party could enjoy. Off to the other side there was another room that had a stage so they have music there. We enjoyed our meal and we enjoyed the playful banter between us and the staff, and they made us feel very welcome. If you haven't tried kicking wings, I highly recommend it. And if you'd like spicy dips for whatever it is, you're eating, I had the chicken tenders, and if you're used to eating spicy foods, then go for something that has more than three chili peppers. We had to keep trying hotter and hotter and hotter until I finally found one that was just right. Great staff I'd highly recommend you give him a try. read more

Hadn't been here in forever. I used to get delivery years and years ago (before grub hub or Uber was a thing). Reading reviews I have been slightly hesitant to try it again. In the past delivery driver was rude but wings were good. Fast forward: Inside wasn't terrible. Sports bar vibe. Sorta busy. Waitress was nice. Wings... they looked great. The sauce was hot (wild). Flavor? Eh, they weren't terrible but they weren't great. Not sure what it was about it but there was more heat than flavor. The cool on the wings was ok. Fries.... Wow these were terrible. Actually, the flavor was great, the fact that they were crazy soggy, greasy and undercooked was the problem. Too bad because I remember when this place was just a food truck before the original location near US19 and the wings were phenomenal. Not anymore. I almost decided not to write a review but this experience just keeps going through my head and I have to share it . We went for the all you can eat boneless, as posted on their Facebook page just 8 hours before we went to eat. Cash only was also posted Me and my wife arrived at 7:20 pm. Sat down because my daughter and her family were going to eat there as well. After sitting for 15 minutes with not one person coming over to ask if we wanted drinks while we were waiting for them to get there. I ended up asking the bus boy to get a server for us. His response was. I'm just a bus boy what can I do. So I said ok and got up and asked for a server myself. The owner came by and said are we not waiting for other people. I responded by saying yes but we are thirsty. I placed my drink order with him for me and my wife. At 7:45 daughter arrived. I still have not gotten my drink or a server besides the owner. At 7:55 drinks came in. And still no server. My daughter's party still did not get to order. At 8:15 a server finally came over and started to take our orders. Wouldn't you know that they're not doing endless boneless. Said they were out. But you can order boneless off the menu, So 8:20 we all ordered. Separate checks. 9:05 comes still no food. Place was pritty much cleared out, server came over and said sorry we don't have the sauce you ordered. I originally said forget it I don't want mine. But gave in and got a different sauce 9:20 rolls around food starts coming out. I got my salad wilted and partially freezer burn or frozen. I sent that back. Other guest had same experience with her salad and sent it back, At this point server only came over 1 times after. The food is always good there. We order to go all the time. This dinning experience was horrible. Owner made no effort to rectify the situation. He actually never came back after I complained My bill was forced to add gratuity even tho it was just me and my wife. This was at best one of the most aggravating food experience we have had, Way over charged us and forced to have poor service and poor quality food. More than likely the last time we will order from them. And the only cash draws issues as well. Not good customer service if they intend on having repeat business. read more

.50 cent wings on to go orders this particular Friday! I always like money saving surprises. My order was on time with what the guy quoted on the phone to me. I got the garlic parm wings - and wow, what a flavor! They did not disappoint with the amount of garlic or parm! I love sauces, so the fact that the wings were drenched in the sauce... winning! The wings were the nice crispiness, not too crispy but enough to enjoy the skin and the chicken meat still being quite juicy. They are good size - not the biggest, but definitely not the dinky wings. Stopped in on Sunday after 8pm. They were open with a few people sitting; eating and drinking. Stood at the front for about 5 minutes. No one came over to host us into a table. The room off to the left of the restaurant entrance looked as if there was a bar fight that just finished up. Food and garbage all over the tables and floor. The guests sitting closest to the door urged us that no one greeted them for over 10 mins when they got there until a manager noticed they sat down and came to take their order. We took their warning and started to head out the door. Then a waitress came over and said Sorry, thanks for coming in and have a good night?!?! Huh???... So... I gave them THREE stars. WHY? I would give them none on this visit HOWEVER I have had their wings twice before and I thought they were great! They have the largest sauce menu available in the area as well. I went to Kickin Wingz on Monday, 02/03/25 for dinner around 6:30. After being seated by my server (who didn't seem thrilled to see me), Michelle brought me a menu and some silverware and took my drink order. They were out of Tea, which seemed a bit early to be out? So, I settled for a soda. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and mayo on the side. Food runner brought out my sandwich but forgot the mayo. Michelle noticed that immediately and got the mayo. The chicken was a little over cooked and I would have liked some mustard, but my server never returned to ask me how my food was or if I needed anything. After I was clearly done, Michelle returned to see if I wanted dessert or a refill. I did not. Then it took over 20 minutes to get the check, and another 5 to check out.
