I went into this location many times before and tried to give it a chance again. Unfortunately I was disappointed not only with my food but with the general manager, I asked a poor employee what her name was & its crystal. Very unprofessional and unpleasant visit. I waited over 10 mins for my order. While waiting for my order I could tell they were in a rush, and I heard the manager yell at the employees that they will walk out the back door and leave the employees in the middle of the rush!!! . If that's the way you talk to your employees you should just quit your job you don't seem like you enjoy it :( One poor girl was running around clearly frustrated while other employees stood around.. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND if you're looking for fast and friendly environment. Highly recommend new management and or skills. read more

Waited 30+ min for food to get the wrong food served to me by the manager who had me pay the remaining balance of 75ç on my order because the window employee gave me my drink and forgot to do so after that waited again to get 2 pie I was very upset this caused me to be late to work and manager was unapologetic in this situation more upset I was recording her nasty attitude and her fully staffed resturant funny thwy "remade" my order in less then 5 min (holding my bag and ticket is the manager) read more

I was here in the afternoon of 12/21. I observed a Burger King employee take a return of food and place it back onto the heater tray. She did not throw the food into the trash as, I would believe, is policy. Amazingly enough, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and when I got home there was no cheeseburger on my sandwich. Tossed in the trash. The way it should have been. Not re-served to the next customer who orders that type of burger. BK have your paperwork in order because I'm calling the health department on Monday. I can't give you zero stars but that's what you deserve! read more

Lobby doors are locked during business hours. People coming out with food but they won't let us in for some reason. Now sitting in the drive thru for 12 minutes and still waiting. Definitely not fast and barely qualifies as food. read more

Wow. I stood at the counter for over 8 mins and kept saying 'helloooo?' (In a normal voice) No one answered. I could hear voices in the drive through and saw another making food. I finally gave another loud 'Helllloo?' and the female redhead at the drive through SCREAMED 'JUST A F$/@&ING MIN!!' Then I heard someone say, 'Well there goes another one from the drive through. They said they couldn't wait anymore,f@ck 'em.' This place is filled with garbage. As you can see. And the toilets were filled with waste and unflushed. The counter employee was in the bathroom as the redhead yelled for him. Then as if that wasn't bad enough, a family came in with 3-4 children, the 2 adult males didn't have shirts on but, went behind the counter and started high fiving and having conversations as if they worked there. Which it seemed they did. What happened to 'No shoes, No SHIRT, no service?' This grossed me out so bad I gave my dog the chicken sandwiches. He isn't picky. However, I am! If this is what I saw in the store, I'm terrified of what goes on when no one's around. Zero pride for their job, the store or the customers. Just ....GROSSSSSS! read more

worst place eve .ordered three croissant sandwiches two were supposed to be fully loaded and only came with ham . We called up manager said she just walked in. She's busy and told us f-off then we drive back up to that store to get our sandwiches remade and she just refunded our money and threw the food away and told us have a nice day go to another establishment. We asked for corporate number and she said no we asked for her name. She said she was busy, she's a slightly overweight with teeth and a bad attitude. Do not recommend this Burger King. read more

11:15 pm ordered a double whopper with no cheese and medium fries. The burger was dry and not at all good for 10.50. The girl at the window was talking to the guy who was making the burgers and she said " go ahead a make 3 and if we need more they can wait " So I guess my hamburger had been sitting there for I don't know how long. This is the absolute worst fast food place in area. They're always getting orders wrong service is slow and staff is extremely RUDE including the manager. We were given an ice cold breakfast sandwich was charged for a drink that were supposed to be included in the meal and when we called to let them know, the manager was very rude. Did not want to give a refund for the overcharge and didn't want to replace the breakfast sandwich as we told her we would bring it back, so it has been escalated to corporate. I have tried many times to give this place a chance, but I am truly done going there. It just continues to go downhill. They need new management to take over. read more

Don't try to use the drive-through after 7:00 p.m. It's never been quick after dinner time. The other night, wanted to get a shake at 8:30. Stopped by for a quick bit and try their impossible burger. There were only a few cars in the lot and 1 car in line I front of me. The person taking orders was very difficult to understand through the box. After ordering it took almost 15 mins to get my food. The fries didn't even fill the container but the were also tasteless with no salt. The burger was okay but sort of off putting due to the fry and wait situation. Went to drive though today .ordered 5 burgers 2 medium fries 2 drinks 1 Hersey pie. Get home. Fries cold No straws for drinks. No Hersey pie. Cheese on burgers not melted. Tried to call the store. Avoid this Burger King at all costs! Literally the worst management I have ever dealt with at any fast food restaurant. I had an offer for a free whopper through my T-Mobile app with any $3.00 purchase. I went through the drive thru and was told by the young kid running the drive thru that I needed to place the order through the mobile app. So I said fine, and pulled into a parking spot to place my order. I was having an issue placing the order through the mobile app and since I was limited on time, I circled back around the drive thru and asked to speak to a manager. A manager by the name of Beto came to the window and he said that he was a "District Manager". I explained the issue to him. I told him that I have a code and he would not accept it. He also told me that the order has to be placed through the mobile app and proceeded to tell me that T-Mobile is a third party app like Grub Hub and Door Dash and that they are a franchise store, not corporate. I don't care whether the restaurant is franchise or corporate, and neither does any other customer. The only thing I care about is the free whopper that I specifically came there for. Customers do not know the difference. Does it specifically state Corporate or Franchise under the Burger King logo on the sign? No it does not! The conversation escalated into a heated verbal altercation between he and I. I told him that I needed to get back on my job and he unprofessionally explained to me the importance of his job. Any other fast food restaurant would just enter the code and I would be on my way. Since he refused to accept my code, I asked for his assistance navigating the app to add this free offer. He had no idea how to place an order on an app of a restaurant that he is a "District Manager" of. He then proceeds to tell me to pull up and place my order and that they will bring the order out as I am holding up the entire drive thru. So I do so and manage to get to the check out of the app, and it is wanting to charge me $9.07 for a whopper and large onion ring. It was not taking the cost of the whopper off. So I now go back through the drive thru for a third time. I told him that the app is not taking the cost of the whopper off. He throws his hands up in the air and we're yelling back and forth at each other. He says, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said, "I want you to give me my free whopper!" He says, "Why should I give you a free whopper?" I said, "Because I have a valid offer for a free whopper with a $3.00 purchase, that's why!" He says, "But you didn't spend $3.00!" I said, "I KNOW!!! I'M NOT PAYING $9.07 THROUGH THE MOBILE APP!!! HERE'S MY BLEEPING DEBIT CARD!!! CHARGE ME FOR THE ONION RINGS AND GIVE ME MY FREE BLEEPING WHOPPER!!!" He finally did so and sarcastically asked if there is anything else he can do for me. I said, "No, and that I would be reporting him to corporate!" He then slammed the window and walked away. Never in my life have I been disrespected by a restaurant manager to this degree. I spent over 35 minutes circling the drive thru 3 times to place this order and was 25 minutes late getting back to work. I then had to explain to my boss why I was late. I work in television and have a very time sensitive position where I have to get graphics on air for live broadcasts. This entire situation was completely unacceptable! You would think the cost of that $4.00 whopper was coming out of his pocket the way he carried on like a 2 year old. This incident happened on July 1st. Today is July 15th. It has been a full 2 weeks. I have since placed about 5 phone calls into corporate over this issue and requested to speak to the franchise owner. I have yet to receive a call back. Supposedly, I should be receiving a call from a corporate supervisor sometime today. read more

Never have I been talked to in such a disrespect manner as I was on this trip through the BK drive thru. this BK us minutes from my house otherwise I would never go to this store. it is the Slowest "FAST" food restaurant I've ever visited I have sat at the drive thru microphone for up to 5 minutes without acknowledgement at all and then the come on and say please hold we are busy whike I'm the only one in the drive thru line and no cars in the parking lot. You pull up and place your order no issues there. You then proceed to pay and drive to the next window to receive your food. Usually then you head on your way to go enjoy your food... Nope, not at this location. After taking your order then your money and giving you your order only THEN you find out about them not having something. What a absolute joke this location is at times.
