a cheeseburger in a wrapper
Ken B.

Order #89 at 3:08pm Sand which required assembly. It was a bad experience. I'll start with the good. The young lady that took my money was kind, polite, quick and able to multi task well. She was patient with me as I figured out what I wanted and patient again when I forgot to re-enable my bank card through the app (anti-skimming precautions). She took it in stride. Handled it with a smile. After that it was all down hill. Ordered a coke with no ice, and received a coke with ice. Kept quiet. Not that bad. Can live with it. Waited for several minutes at the window, before the blonde teenager passing out food asked me to pull ahead. I did. And waited and waited and waited. Several other orders put in after me passed me. All I ordered was a coke no ice and a steak bagel. Finally after 10 minutes a young hipster in a tie brought my food. I commented on the amount of time and was basically told tough. No apology or sorry for your wait. He simply Huffed "at least the food is fresh and right". If he hadn't said that I wouldn't have been motivated to right the review. I opened my bag and found my sandwich unwrapped with the bottom of the sandwich, the meat (in two pieces), and the top of the sandwich all separate inside the unwrapped wrapper. Plus, it was cold. Fresh and "right" indeed. No silverware, so I had to try and scrape the onions and such back onto the lower piece of bread with the undercooked (maybe Untoasted all together now that I think about it) upper piece of bread. I ended up spilling the well caramelized onions on my shirt. Long story short: (The bad) 1. Unassembled cold untoasted sandwhich loose and unwrapped in the pocket wrapper. 2. Snarky teenager in a tie. 3. Got ice when I asked for no ice. 4. Extremely slow service. The good: 1. Polite girl took my money 2. Onions were well caramelized Another angle: Now I get to spend time trying to get a grease stain out of my shirt. A thing that wouldn't have happened if I had gone basically anywhere else that has employees that are proud of the work they do. Next time I'll drive up the road to checkers, or Burger King. At least Taco Bell puts their food in the wrappers.

No loitering? But there are video game stations at each table? Seriously?

Good location. Not sure when it was updated with all the race car stuff, but I didn't like it. My kiddo liked playing the games on the wall. Its a decent McD's overall.

Stopped here very early for breakfast and coffee. Service is fast and everyone is friendly. Saving the McDs for future visits!

Stop by this relatively new Five Guys location, for a late lunch…read more Ordered a Grilled Cheese with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and pickles. Also had an order of a "little" Cajun Fries- and if you've been to one of these restaurants before, you know it's anything but little! The cashier was very attentive, verified my order and a short time later they were calling my number . There was good music playing-well let me say it's good music for people who don't listen to a lot of current music-but it was a little cool inside the restaurant. Both the sandwich and the fries were excellent. They have one of those soda machines where you can make 70 million combinations, so I had a Minute Maid grape. I wasn't feeling that adventurous! Overall, this is a nice experience and if I am in the area again, I would have no problem returning. It's located in a small strip where as of now it is the only operating business and it is next-door to another small strip where it looks like. Nothing is open yet. This will be a great addition to the area as it grows . And I have to say the restaurant was very clean and well kept up. No complaints on this one !

Went to get our bogo burgers for the 40th and apparently not every store was up to the challenge…read more This store was exemplary! They had an assembly line, way more workers, we only waited about 15 minutes for fries and our burgers. The woman handing out the food was pleasant and able to take care of me even in the middle of everything. A really great location

I have never had a bad meal here. My Mom likes the mushroom burgers. I usually get a veggie burger…read moreor cheese sandwich. Everything they make is fresh. They cook it when you order. The French fries are thick. The tartar sauce is one of my favorite things here - I wish they would sell it in the grocery store. I miss that they used to have Pepsi. That is the only thing I would change if I could.

Not the Culver's Standard…read more Customer service was great as usual from Culver's. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee upon walking into the restaurant. Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. The only thing that stood out and tasted good on this burger was the fresh burger toppings. The crinkled cut fries were also HOT, plentiful, and delicious. I've eaten at many Culver's restaurants, and this was the first time I had a disappointing dining experience. Culver's 8425 US Highway 19, Port Rickey, FL 34668
