One of the other employees seemed to question this and I overheard him say something to the effect of he checked the bag. I thought it was rude to question that a customer didn't receive their order but the guy came back and apologized for the inconvenience. Wish this didn't happen at so many fast food restaurants. I'm never rude to any staff and always make sure to thank them when they pass me stuff through the windows but it sucks when something's wrong on all sides.
