Had a great pizza at LeeAngelo's Kent before a movie. Service was great and we ordered a large 3 topping pizza with a small dinner salad. Pizza was a true large (as compared to most other locations). We ate the small and a couple of pieces of the pizza, then took the rest home. Next day pizza can be very good, but this was truly great! Highly recommend with or without the movie! read more

My husband and I got take out from here for the first time and would definitely order from here again. We thought the pepperoni roll was the highlight of the meal. It was one of the best we've had when ordering Italian food. We do however like a sweeter marinara sauce, so we'd probably use a different one not provided by the restaurant for dipping. We also got the garlic Parmesan wings (not pictured here) and thought they were tender, flavorful and meaty. Our least favorite part of the meal was actually the pizza. We didn't think it had enough sauce or cheese on it. We'd definitely try ordering a plain cheese pizza next time to see if that fixes the issue. The establishment is inside of a brewery which is a cool concept, however, we don't love the vibe of the brewery. My husband said service was pleasant when picking up his order. Let me start by saying that my mother always eats like a bird. When the family gets pizza she'll eat a slice or two and leave it at that, but everything changed when I saw her eat MANY slices of the veggie pizza from LeeAngelo's. I don't have any insight on service or ambiance, but the veggie pizza was truly spectacular. The veggies included were peppers, mushrooms, banana peppers, and your typical veggie pizza staples. The cheese was great, the crust was good, if I had to give one complaint it would be that the dough was a little floppy under the toppings, but that is very minor. Overall it's a great pizza pie and I would definitely like to try more! read more

To be fair, USUALLY their pizza is fantastic. I used to only order from Gino's on Copley Road, that was before I discovered this place and instantly fell in love with their food and customer service. Today, I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. I've ordered this same pizza many times. They refuse to deliver to my neighborhood so I go ahead and pick it up, because it's so good. But today, the sausage was burnt hard crumbles,if it wasn't for the overly crunchy crumbs, I wouldn't have known sausage was even on it. Also, this time it wasn't cut into squares, which was a one of the things I love about their large pizza. Instead, it was cut into ELEVEN slices, lol weird. As a first experience goes, this one was 50/50 at best... Ordered a Meaty Gourmet, with EXTRA cheese on half, but got a pizza with NO cheese at all on half & only one of the five meat toppings it was supposed to have an hour and a half later... NO BUENO. Called the shop and, after sitting on hold, was first given a runaround about how the mixup wasn't THEIR fault; ten minutes or so of further discussion lead to being told there was no record of us even ordering (though I find it curious how one knows an order is wrong without reading from a ticket you allegedly didn't have...), THEN got placed on hold & hung up on after asking to speak to a manager. As luck would have it, SOMEBODY finally managed to find the ghost receipt in the two minutes we sat on hold after calling back -- and once we DID manage to get a manager on the phone, HE rectified the situation, but gadzooks... On the bright side, once we actually got what we ordered, the pizza WAS really good, but I'm honestly not sure if it was worth all the aggravation to ever attempt ordering from here again. During Covid, this has become our go to for local pizza. Food is good, and we like supporting a local business. Great variety of chicken, subs, and yummy pizza. If you order online and are a repeat customer, the rewards are great!! A few things to know: -No one working here, that I can see, is wearing a mask. If that matters to you during food preparation, don't order from here. Their kitchen seems super hot, but given the circumstances, I they should be wearing them. -They advertise curbside pick up, but when we pulled in and asked for curbside, the staff member acted like no one had ever asked for that before. Picking up is the easier option. -When you do pick up, know your order item by item. The staff seems very young, is not skilled at customer service, and EVERY TIME I order, I have to literally make sure they give us every single thing we've ordered. Tonight we ordered from there, and they left our two salads off the order. When we got home, we discovered a sub was wrong and the chicken dinner ordered for our toddler had no chicken whatsoever. If they can get customer service together, they're in good shape. Otherwise, they need some work. read more

I have not been to a your pizza shop in probably 1520 years. I saw a post on a Facebook group and the food looked good so we ordered pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks & Johns. The food was great! The wings are good. The pizza is meh. The salad is terrible. The hassle of dealing with their not getting orders right is NOT WORTH IT. They screwed up our order by completely leaving out a couple of things ordered for delivery, and no one answered the phone after 5 tries over 30 minutes. Their machine says that they will answer the calls in the order provided, then after several minutes it either hangs up, or the staff picks up and hangs up. Frankly, I think they saw the caller ID, knew the order must have been messed up, and avoided answering. They do have caller ID based upon previous calls. I don't trust their kitchen. Not getting the order we paid for, and no one answering (and this was definitely well before they closed, by at least an hour, they were open for sure) is unacceptable. After another pizza shop failed me, I called Your Pizza Shop at 10:40am and told them that I need 6 sheet pizzas by 11:30 am. They said no problem and fired the ovens right up as they weren't technically open yet. By 11:15, when I got there to pick up the pizza, last one was coming out of the oven. They helped me load up the pizzas in the car and I was on my way back with time to spare. These guys saved the day as I would have 30 hungry contractors to deal with. A+ customer service. First off I don't think they know the difference between pork pepperoni and beef pepperoni. I ordered beef and got pork on 3 different occasions. Second, The customer service was horrible. When I took the pizza back, instead of fixing the situation, they wanted to argue that it was beef. This past weekend, the order that was supposed to arrive at 9 pm had not arrived by 9:20. When I called, the response was essentially "Yeah. We're busy." The pizza arrived half an hour after this call, just above room temperature and with not so much as an acknowledgement that it was substantially late. BUT the pizza was good and I was once a lousy pizza deliverer, so I let it pass. Today's order came earlier than promised and I was very happy until I found no garlic on the garlic bread. I had said no sauce in my online order, meaning no marinara sauce. They had interpreted this as no garlic sauce. Misunderstanding, fair enough. However, the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. What I took away from the conversation was 1. the fault was wholly mine, 2. I should just get the stupid marinara and not use it if I don't want it, there's no discount, you know 3. They'll send the guy to EXCHANGE the bread because if I think I'm getting double just because I don't know how to order right... I may have been a lousy deliverer, but I never blamed the customer and I was never rude. Capri Pizza will be back open soon. They have good pizza and cheaper delivery. I have never liked chicken wings until I had them here. The chicken wings are delicious! My favorite are the honey mustard. The chicken wings have also won in the Top 5, 2014 Akron Canton hot list!! Now, every time I eat out I make sure to taste the chicken wings. Honestly, none of them are as good as "Your" Pizza's!! Even the restaurants that have won awards for their wings do not add up! Just moved to the area and decided to try this pizza shop. Definitely a great find with great pizza and reasonable prices. Ordered wings, medium pizza, and cheese bread for around $25. The pizza wasn't greasy oily and the cheese bread was def worth it. The only issue was I ordered spicy garlic wings but I ended with spicy buffalo wings. It was no big deal. Staff was friendly and weren't rude when I spoke to them. Not sure about the previous reviews but def. should try it out!! read more
