I was having a New Years party and was not in the mood to cook. Pantano's really saved the day. I ordered from the catering menu. The presentation of the food was great, the service was quick, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and most importantly the food was delicious. Although while I was there I couldn't leave without ordering an eggplant wrap and an iced coffee. read more

I order delivery from here usually about once a week. The food is always good and hot/cold depending on what it should be! They have a GREAT selection of items. The delivery is always about 15-20 minutes EARLIER than what they estimate on grubhub! My only note of advice is to only order the "Sunrise Salad" if you like spicy buffalo sauce. And I mean REALLY SPICY! I ordered that salad for lunch today and the buffalo sauce was ON FIRE! I'm still sweating a little bit/can feel the burn on my tongue! I love spicy food, but this was just a little much, especially on a salad! read more

Highly recommend! Pantano's of Plainview is fantastic- the food is always excellent and fresh, and fast. You get a lot for your money here. The menu is very extensive but we still always get the same thing because it's that good. You definitely won't be disappointed. read more

Recently visited NY and stopped by Pantanos with a group of friends for lunch and we were all pleasantly surprised. I've had my fair share of NY delis, but this one definitely stands out! The Establishment was extremely clean, everything was fresh and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the Hoffa, guido and the Pantano special. all were phenomenal. Huge sandwiches which were very affordable! Though we hit the lunchtime crowd, we didn't have to wait that long(10mins). Service was great. The owner came and apologized to the waiting crowd and offered us a free desert. We literally waited 10 mins. That's great service! I will definitely come back and try the other specialty sandwiches. read more

Horrible customer service charging a 4% fee for using a credit card in 2019. If you decide to come here make sure you bring cash so they don't extort you for extra cash. read more

I ordered take out from Pantano's. I order the grilled cheese with fries and an order of the fried ravioli's. I spent $15 and will NEVER be going to this place again. The first thing I tried was the fried ravioli's. The ravioli was not bad, but the marinara sauce that came with it was basically tomatoe water. It also had a weird taste to the sauce. I went ahead and tried this but it didn't have any taste to it. It was just bland. Next I tried the grilled cheese. It wasn't terrible but the bread was soggy. The worst was the fries - they were chewy, stale, and again had no taste. It was just a massive let down. EDIT: I recieved a call from Pantano's asking about my review. Instead of "I see that you had a bad experience. I am sorry that happened. Here's what I can do to fix the problem." I got "I see that you had a bad experience. I could have credited back. You shouldn't have gone onto social media. It doesn't do us any good or you.". This further frustrates me. I don't think this is the way that an unhappy customer should be treated. read more

The service is amazing the food is amazing! I would give this place 10 stars if i could. I plan events for my company and we decided to order from Pantanos. The service alone made me sure that i would get quality. and quality we got! We had shrimp frances, rice primavera (best rice i have ever had), balsamic chicken and a combo platter with mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers and fried zucchini. Every single person loved the lunch! Will definitely order from them again read more

I first ordered from Pantano's last year for the staff in our office for Administrative Professionals Day. Everyone loved the food. I order from them for lunch sometimes and every time the food is really good, the delivery is fast and prompt. I ordered for the staff again today for Administrative Professionals Day and again everyone loved the food, from the sandwich platter they put together down to the brownies. I called them and spoke to Luca and thanked them again for a job well done. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work Pantano's. I am a continued fan. :) read more

Great food, menu variety and service! I have been there several times and they haven't disappointed. Desserts are great, too.

I've ordered from Pantano's with my coworkers many times for the past few months. The food is pretty good and to be honest I can't complain that much about what they make and how they make it. However that being said, what I will complain about is their customer service and business ethic. Recently over 15 employees at my company were hit with fraudulent credit card charges after ordering from here on July 1st and 2nd. We all live in different areas outside of Plainview but the only thing we all had in common was using our credit cards to pay for our breakfast orders here. When we called the manager to let him know about what had happened, his immediate reaction was that it was impossible that there was any way someone could have gotten our credit card information from them. He was very standoffish and didn't seem to care for the reason of our call. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately Pantano's requires a lot of information when we place cc orders over the phone including expirations cvv codes and zip codes along with the actual cc number. Most other places only ask for the cc number and the expiration. This whole situation has left a bad taste in all our mouths for Pantano's; which is such a shame because they do serve a solid breakfast. We'll definitely be thinking twice before we order from here again. read more

Regardless of how "good" their food is, having listening comprehension is key. I ordered French Toast with turkey bacon and this is how they give me their food. This place is amazeballs!!! I love everything here. The Ultimate Stack is bomb... I like to switch between sausage and bacon but the scrambled egg is perfectly cooked and the homemade pancakes are fluffy and moist. My go-to sandwich is The Anderson panini... Although it's not on panini bread (ciabatta) it's still delicious. (Crab cake, Asian slaw, goat cheese and southwest mayo) Best deli/cafe in Plainview IMO... Keep it up guys! read more

Pretty good place to come for lunch. They have a wide variety of wraps, salads, pasta dishes, soups and cooked dishes. They're all pretty well made but the portions they give can be skimpy some times. Service isn't the friendliest either. It isn't too pricey but be sure to check the receipt, my friend was over charged once. In spite of it's faults, the wraps are very good. read more

Catered my son's first birthday brunch this past weekend. Everything was delivered hot, packaged perfectly (no leaks or mess) and on time. Particular things to note that I appreciated were that the bacon was delivered super crispy which is no small accomplishment and the attention to detail of using iceberg lettuce in the hero added the perfect crunch making it one of the best american hero's I've ever had. I am a new customer for life. Do not hesitate to call up Pantano's for your next catered event (large or small). read more

My favorite place for wraps and salads! The service is incredible. I am a quite picky eater so I tend to tweak menu items because of allergies and food preferences. When I order a wrap with certain things taken out, they never mess it up and give me the wrong thing. Many restaurants have to make my food up to 2/3 times until getting it right! Thankfully, here I never have to worry. On the other hand, it is absolutely delicious. Whether I order for delivery, it comes in a timely matter - fresh and hot - or pickup it is always 100% amazing. Great establishment! read more

It is a decent place for breakfast. Treated myself to a western platter which is 3 eggs, diced ham, onions and peppers with home fries and white toast. Toast was fine. I mean, it is toast. Home fries were ok. They were not hot enough and the seasoning was kind of weak. The egg mixture was really good. Coffee was "ok". Its a good place for breakfast at least. No idea about anything else. read more
