They have a decent, slightly obstructed view of the water but you can walk about 50 feet and be right on it. There is a large private parking lot, so no worries on that either. In general, the sandwiches there are darn good, and the few sides we tried (dill potato salad, and their pasta salad) were excellent. My reuben on marbled rye was straight up delicious, and you order yours based on how much meat you want on it. They use Boar's Head meats here, which while I think sometimes that is overblown, you can count on that level of quality. The thing though is this, it's gonna be a pricey lunch. They are full service, so count on tipping. Their prices for sandwiches are higher than what I'm accustomed to, even with my standards adjusted for the current life of everything be expensive that we live in in 2026. Chalk that up to waterfront dining and high rent I would imagine. In any case, if the sandwich didn't live up to the price, I wouldn't give it a 5. Tasted great, service was excellent, overall a very enjoyable lunch. Would return!

I got the vegetarian wrap, but in order to make the vegan I did ask for it without the pesto cream cheese, which meant it was rather bland. Unfortunately, the only other potentially vegan option was their beyond burger. However, they didn't carry any vegan cheese or vegan sauces (aside from ketchup), which was disappointing. In the future I think I would get the beyond burger anyway, as it would at the very least have some protein. Everyone else in my party seemed quite happy with their meals, so likely their non-vegan food is great. Their coffee was also pretty good (and they had oat milk & almond milk available as cows milk alternatives). I will say, the marinated cucumbers were fantastic, and again, the prices were great. Just wish that they had at least one menu item which was fully vegan without modifications. Maybe a hummus wrap?

First, I will say that the food was good! I have to admit that it was not what I expected, but here is what I found. I ordered a combination of shrimp and flounder, with fries and green beans as sides. See the photo of shrimp and flounder, with fries and green beans! Shrimp were small, about 50ct I estimate. They were lightly battered and very tasty. I expected larger shrimp, but given the light batter and excellent taste, I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp. The flounder was also lightly battered, and perfectly cooked. It was excellent. Fries are fries, and these were OK. But the real big surprise were the green beans! They were likely the best I've ever had. That leaves hush puppies, and their spread. The hush puppies could have been very good, but were served at just above room temperature. The spread was a butter substitute that was indeed sad. Here is my Professional Tip: Prepare and proudly present your own hush puppy spread. Make it by simply blending real butter and real honey and serve it in reusable stainless steel 2-oz containers. It would be unique, cost minimal, and set the pace for ambiance enhancement. Service was good, but they allowed kitchen staff to sit in the serving area and converse with customers. A little too "homey" for me. Lastly, in regard to ambiance they seem to be finding their "sea legs", as decorations did enhance the feeling of a seafood restaurant. Small improvements could be in changing ceiling light bulbs to a warmer 2700 Kelvin color range, and adding disposable place mats with three utensils, better napkins, and new condiment bottles. I know some may think of these suggestions as nit-picky, but please trust that I want this place to excel.

Who is going to pay cash for a $300 meal? Just crank it into the price of the food and stop rubbing our noses in your cost to do business.
