I also liked the 1 year warranty they provided free for the low cost they charged to change the batteries. I am bringing all my watches to these guys when needing new batteries. I can replace them myself, but for the small additional cost of materials and friendly services I prefer these guys. There are other places that charge much more and offer no warranty unless you pay much more. They have also been able to make adjustments on the watch bands.
