Online ordering fail number 2. I placed my order at 10:37 am. Was told the order would be ready at 11:37 am. Showed up at 11:32 am. Order not even started. This is the second time ordering online. The first time food was incorrect and some items missing. Thought the first time was a fluke and tried again. Leaving disappointed. read more

LINDA is terrible! Ugh! Bought a soup for my little one (3 years old) she was drinking her juice we bought from the cross county location, accidentally dropped her juice outside, and when I went back inside to show them that cup cracked and it spilled, this women without out looking up once, said sorry we don't replace spilled drinks. I said I just bought it though my little girl had dropped it. She didn't say anything so proceeded to ask for a courtesy cup then, she said " we don't have those" still never looked up. She did not have any customer service training. Her name was LINDA. I have been coming to Panera's for 10+ years but trust I would NEVER come back here! Thanks LINDA. read more

Love Panera, I am a client of many years at other locations in NYC, but at this location on a Saturday, store closing at 11pm, I was eating at 10:25pm and was asked by an employee to eat fast and return my plate because dishes were going to the kitchen! Panera tables and chairs around were being cleaned and turned at 10:30pm, not to be used and no more coffee. Panera, you need more people working at this location and managers that enforce your policy of taking care of your clients. Not good. read more

We made an unscheduled stop at Macy's around lunch time and decided on Panera Bread for convenience. We've been to Panera near home many times, but we've never been to this location before. Although there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly and our order was taken within a few minutes. The young lady who took our order was friendly and competent and made us feel welcomed. Our food was delivered to our table very quickly (seemed like less than 5 minutes) and everything was fresh and delicious ( Asian salad and tuna salad sandwich). We were especially impressed by the two young men that delivered our food and bussed our table. They were very polite and attentive. They checked on us a couple of times asking if everything was OK and cleared our plates as soon as we were done (asked first). Nice job! read more

Brendan is awesome. Had really great customer service and made my time here well worth it because usually I walk out of here unsatisfied with the service. read more

this location really just sucks. my order is never right, and ingredients are left out of dishes. i ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad and the strawberries were left out; another order i saw after i finished mine had strawberries on it. i understand mistakes are made, yet here every time i visit there isn't just a minor error. if i make modifications to a dish, they're ignored. read more

The food was fresh and good but wrong my niece asked the cashier couldn't hear and we repeated our order three times and still got it wrong but this day we where in a hurry so didn't complain. I had the turkey chilly was very good my niece had a salad can't remember what it was but was good I had the kale quinoa salad very good. I will go back read more

Went to the local Panera for the first time in a while. Wow, have they gone downhill. They appear short handed at the register, but the back staff has time to joke around. The cashier was the only person behind the counter and she was the server as well - no more table side delivery. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese - barely toasted, and the cream cheese was sour, as if poorly refrigerated. I had to request a knife to spread the cream cheese, but it was cracked in the cellophane anyway - and served with butter (who eats butter AND cream cheese?). Self-served a Diet Pepsi decaf - it was so watery it looked like weak tea. The vanilla cinnamon roll was apparently too close to the lemon scones - tasted a fair amount of lemon and practically no cinnamon, and the texture was a little too dense. My wife's order and mine were served on two plates - but each plate had half of my order and half of hers. What restaurant does that? Overall, a pretty craptacular meal, and an experience I never wish to repeat. read more

No bread, no avocado, no winter squash soup! They might as well shut down. The manager won't give a discount on items that include the above. She was dismissive about her lack of ability to keep an accurate inventory saying "it's a regular thing" that they run out of these items. How is it Panera Bread without bread??? read more

Something about Panera screams suburbia, I've only ever been to Panera bread when I've been in, what I consider to be, a small town. I refuse to visit the ones in the city lest my bubble be burst. The food was good and I love being served at my table. Everything is always fresh and delicious Panera is good. Every one I've been to has been good and I will continue to visit them whenever I'm in suburbia read more

Just wanted to add that even though the wait for my broccoli cheddar soup was about 35 mins it was worth the wait! The soup was delicious! And so was the Chicken soup. I want to go back for more! I gave it 4 stars because of the wait. read more

Panera Bread - Entrance of the Panera - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Maybe I was lucky, but I had a good experience here. Not overly busy, the bus boys took away empty plates after we were done with them, and the cashier was very nice. Our food was hot and the bread was fresh, a problem I've had in other Panera's. Overall, a step above the other locations I've been to in the area. read more

What kind of way is this to run a business? I placed a catering order online for a dinner party. I arrived to pick up the order half an hour AFTER it was supposed to be ready. Not only wasn't it ready, but the manager informed me that they cannot see online orders over $50 on their computer. What?! They had no idea about the order at all. It was already paid for so I waited for them to make the order and arrived super late for the party. Ridiculous! On the plus side, the manager was sweet and courteous. He made up the order as quickly as he could. read more

It is lunchtime on the Saturday before Mother's Day. There is a line here but it moves quickly. My cashier Ilidia(?) was polite, competent and efficient. My food came out at a decent interval given how crowded the place is. The chili could have been hotter but it wasn't cold. The bus person who picked up my plates we friendly and asked how my meal was. This place is fine. I'm not sure why people expect. I would eat here again. read more

The drink makers forgot to make my drink, the sandwich was okay, the seating arrangement was bad, will not return, ever!

I am very disappointed in my experience here at panera. Last night, i went there with high expectations in search of great quality service. I ordered my food and after it came to me i noticed that i got BREAD instead of CHIPS.( i had originally asked for chips). I was infuriated. But i did not say anything because i didnt want to come off as picky. But this was unbelievable ... im not allowed to eat bread so i was upset. And to top this whole thing off, the light went out. I COULDVE CHOKED ON MY FOOD. I FORGOT WHERE MY MOUTH WAS. although the employees were very nice and kind... AND the food was delicious. I would definitely go back, as long as i get my chips next time overall experience... great read more

Order was done incorrectly. Staff isn't very attentive to the details when taking down an order. Perhaps i should come in with my order written on paper and hand it over to the cashier. read more

Haven't had Panera Bread in months. So I decided to order online, due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19, instead of walking in. I prepared my order to be ready for 12:20pm. Set up "curbside pickup" and all. Put my information in (Brown Chevy Truck) and clicked "I'm here" to check in. I had waited in the car for 20 minutes before I decided to walk in myself. Not only did they have 2 people online, they THEN started SKIPPING me when though I was on the line! I patiently waited to be called after being cut in line TWICE all while the workers saw what went down. I would never put the blame on the essential workers doing their best to serve us and stay open with everything going on, but seriously?? I did not order my food for "rapid pickup" where it was sitting there, on a shelf, cold, for 25 minutes. Not only was my food cold when I brought it home, my bread was stale, and my broccoli cheddar soup was watery. read more

My order was completely wrong!!! To make matter worst, I addressed the manager Tawanda, And She sent me back on the line to reorder!!! No courtesy or costumer service at ALL!!!!!!!! read more

I usually don't order from this location because I am never happy with the service, however it was an awful night outside and I just wanted to pick up something easy and near me. I ordered my food at 6:20. I arrived at 6:45 and there was a crowd of people waiting as well, probably 15-20 people. EVERYONE was complaining. When I walked over to grab my food I saw it wasn't there so I waited. 30 minutes go by and it's still not done. There were maybe 2 or 3 people working in the kitchen and they kept walking away every 2 seconds. No wonder nothing was getting done. And not only that, but the manager yelled and said "I don't care, close the store I'm not doing this anymore". All I could think about was all the people ordering online who have no idea they are closing early and then they can't even get their food!I got my food and the mac and cheese was half filled as well as the soup. Overall extremely unacceptable. Will NEVER be ordering from here ever again and I suggest you don't either. read more

Shameeka the Manager at this location is AMAZING!!! We had a challenging morning trying to get our business lunch catered by another Panera location and Shameeka saves the Day! She was so nice, accommodating, and patient! She helped us over the phone, ensured everything was completed correctly, and then personally delivered the order to ensure we were happy! I order often for our business lunches, and now I will only woks with Shameeka because she was exceptional and professional!! read more

Love Panera bread, but tonight the service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for soup and a salad and another order of soup and a grilled cheese, and they managed to get it wrong. When I told one of the associates I asked for my order to stay and not to go she just said "oh that's okay." I won't be coming back here, instead I'll stick with the Panera in Scarsdale. read more

Awful service. Stood on a line that didn't move for a long time. Finally turned around and walked out. Does anybody work here?

I was at this location in Yonkers, NY on 10/3/19 at around 1200. when one of the employees ran in with a wet jacket because in was raining outside, she walked behind the counter to the area where the food is being prepared, at that point she takes off her wet jacket and began to wing her long braided hair around like she was on a movie set and about to shoot a scene from Baywatch. She started pulling her hair and scratching her scalp, right where they prepare the FOOD. I told the manager and she said it was no big deal. I will call the health department. read more

This place is the most filthy Panera Bread I have ever been to. The carpets arent cleaned, most tables are dirty, servers appear shabby. Infact when we order a flat bread they were out of flat bread and served the same in a grain bread. Never coming here again!!! read more

This place sucks. We waited maybe 30 minutes with no food, and then just decided to leave. Got a refund. A complete joke. Don't go to this place if you are hungry....you wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait..................I'm sure company headquarters couldn't care any less, given that there is not one response from a manager......who cares right? They are in the middle of a busy mall, and the customers are like a revolving door--a constant stream, and obviously, they do not expect much--just look at the prior reviews. read more

I really enjoy the food at panera...however the customer service at this particular Panera cafe, Stinks. The wait time between ordering and actually receiving your order can be 20-30 min. Insane! read more

I enjoy Panera but, this location is awful! They are ALWAYS out of ingredients...I mean you're in a shopping center it's expected to receive a lot of business - STOCK UP on ingredients! The employee preparing the sandwiches was so frustrated as they were "out of almost everything" her words! I will not be returning to this location as it's the third time I visit and gets worse each visit. Something needs to change! read more

I'm really disappointed. Panera is delicious! But the service at this particular location sucks. I've tried and tried to give this location a chance because it is the closest one to me, but 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. It doesn't matter if I call in the order, or order in person...it will come out wrong. Most of the staff look un-enthused as well. I understand the trials and tribulations of working in retail, because I've been in retail for a while, and am still currently working in retail...but one thing I do make sure I do, no matter how my day is going, is to always maintain professionalism, and make customer service a priority! read more

The worse place to come during lunch hour. This upscale fast food restaurant should have faster service. I waited 30 minutes for 1/2 a sandwich and a soup. After asking for the status on my order, the girl looked at me like I was dumbfounded and said she was wrapping it up. When I finally got my order, I didn't even get an apology for waiting so long. However, this will be the last time I come into this Panera Bread. read more
