Worst place! Saw two customers walked out for waiting too long. They don't even acknowledge you while waiting. Don't ever go here.

We had a rapid pickup from this Panera. Once before we ordered through regular line but today it was crowded and had a line at the cashier so we decided to order through the Panera app. So fast and convenient, and you can customize your order easily. They order came out at the time it was promised. The fruit cups were missing but we asked for them and get them immediately. Overall, the food is Panera quality, tastes good, convenient if you order through app and plenty of place to sit. Another nice Panera location in my opinion. read more

Panera Bread - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

I have been to the spot a few times most times The line and the wait is pretty long. If coming to this location I would pre-order my food before coming on the app so that way you can gain points. Also for the convenience of being able to just pick up. The last time I came to this location was in September and I spent a total of $70 for 3 for meal and a side soup. I can't believe Panera has gotten this expensive. I would say however that they do have hot meal now and the teriyaki chicken bowl it's delicious. When you make it a meal it comes out to about $16. I also love that Fuji apple salad that they have with the dressing. In case you've never been here before they have a great cheddar and broccoli and tomato soup. Whenever I get a drink I always make sure to get one of their brewed iced teas. The quality of the food is good here I've never had a complaint. The only complaint I have is the wait time since it seems like they are always short staffed or backed up. read more

Still not pleased with this business and definitely will not return in this area. Sometimes it's a regional problem. The bread was stale. Stale. I have a very sensitive nose. You can easily smell it. read more

Horrible management and horrible service. They are always getting orders wrong when I have it delivered through the app. Then when you call to tell them and get a refund they ignore you!!! I just called and said my order was wrong and I want a refund they put me on hold and never came back to the phone!!! When I hung up and called again it rang and rang and no one answered knowing it was me asking for a refund that I'm entitled to! I called back several times the phone kept ringing and THEN I HEARD SOMEONE PICK UP THE RECEIVER AND THEN HANG UP!! DISGUSTING! I will get my refund no matter how much they dodge me and then never buy from this SHIT hole AGAIN. read more

One my favorite places to grab a bite on the go! I love the fact their food is made fresh and ready within a decent time frame. I would definitely recommend any Panera. read more

The restaurant has no clear means of getting your food. I ordered by kiosk as directed and received a text saying my food was ready. No one had any idea where my order was (or anyone else's order). The restaurant was filthy as well. Really surprised that there was no understandable way of even getting the orders we all placed. I will never return to a Panera bread. It is truly a hot mess. read more

This is by far the worst Panera I have ever been too. They never have enough help, the employees don't know what they are doing and are crazy slow. I use the app the order so I don't have to wait on long lines during these times. Ordered a simple Iced coffee at 5:15 at 5:45 it still wasn't ready. WTF. This ISF the first time. I am done many other better places to give my business. read more

Waited over an hour for my food. Order was cold, my bread bowl was missing and I did not receive one single piece of bread on the side. Bread is literally in your name. Ridiculous. read more

I had the best cashier and the even better food! I ordered the whole southwest chicken avocado salad and whole of the chicken avocado melt because my boyfriend and I wanted to try both! With the whole orders, you're able to choose a side between: bread, apple or chips. I'm not giving this place a full 5 stars because the place was not that clean. The busser would only pick up the dishes from the tables but, would not wipe them down. Almost all the tables were dirty when I was there. Also, they need to vacuum; I'm assuming they don't vacuum everyday which is very apparent! Tip: sign up for the rewards and get a free pastry ! read more

Great place with awesome staff everyone smiling and friendly A big plus here over other Panera's I go to is the tables are clean so you don't have clean it yourself before sitting Keep up the great work read more

On Saturday I for brunch late breakfast lunch, I had A Ceasar salad no chicken, and half a mozeralla tomato flat bread. It all tasted decent, but about a hour later I had a really bad stomach ache. Which ended up being food poisoning. I spent my whole weekend in the hospital. When I called panera to inform the manager about what had happened the manager a female didn't even apologize. I am frequent panera customer. But after this I am no longer going to eat there. My weekend was horrendous and I now I have a huge hospital bill because they Don't know how to be clean. I am also taking this to corporate, because the manager seemed as if she she could care less. read more

Server claims that they didn't see my ticket on my table and they came around two times when it was clearly placed in the holder they leave on the tables. She looked at me twice while walking by and has the audacity to blame the customer when it was clearly her fault. Worst Customer service I have ever received and this place keeps getting worse and worse. Run and don't even bother with this location. They need to hire friendlier people at this location. I work in Customer Service myself and the Customer is always right. There is no need to be nasty and rude and to roll your eyes at a Customer because you screwed up and didn't want to be at fault. Panera Bread - Will not be returning here, was given a piece of moldy bread. - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Slowest service I've ever experienced. Rude employees. Haven't been here in a while and now I remember why.

I wish I could give this place zero stars !!! I have been to so many Panera locations before this one and I have never experienced service or food like this ever !! The staff was horrible, rude, unhappy, nasty to the customers & to each other !! The whole experience made me sick !! The cashier was angry & snotty and I literally ordered 2 things and they were out of both ... When I placed a new order for 2 different things they were out of 1 of them .... It was 1:00 in the afternoon .... Not 10 mins before closing !!!! They literally threw the food on the plate ... It was a mess .... And then someone came around to sweep UNDER my table !! I had to ask him to stop. Never again .... Never this location ever again !!! Not one smile or pleasantry was seen here ... So ridiculous !! read more

I usually like Panera...I really do. The food was fine...my main thing is that it took WAY too long to come out...like way too long. Sure, it's a busy Saturday afternoon...at a location in a pretty popular mall...but still...a half hour wait for what's basically "fast" food is a bit ridiculous. Someone in line commented that they had had faster service at the Applebee's next door! So I will probably be avoiding this one next time...kinda sucks though since I do love Panera. I just don't love waiting so long for it. read more

Panera Bread - Half Mediterranean chicken flatbread and half chicken Cobb avocado salad. - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

The worst location . The food took forever and it was the most cheap looking salad ! I ordered the sesame chicken salad . First off they used the last of the romaine lettuce. Only 5 pieces of the most bland chicken I've ever had. They were so cheap with the toppings . I'm so upset I paid $11 for this salad . They should be ashamed serving something like that. I think Panera should only stick to just soup and sandwiches. read more

I ask for a plain turkey and cheese sandwich. They tell me they can't do that. I tell the girl please just turkey and cheese and I see my sandwich being made with lettuce. So they tell me to take it off. Is there a reason why I couldn't get what I ordered? They suck. I'll never go to any Panera bread again. read more

Every single employee has their mask pulled below their nose. I don't feel safe here.

This Panera Bread is so ghetto!!! well the workers anyway. let me explain.... first every time I order they mess up my order somehow or forget to put something that you specifically ask for, also they are so so so slow putting out your order... it was late on Sunday and it was not busy at all, yet my food took 23 min to come out, why????? because they get distracted by other coworkers talking to each other about drugs and getting high after work right in front of you as you watch them prepare your food. And in my last time I was there the kid making the sandwiches dropped a sandwich box on the floor and instead of tossing it out, placed it back on top of the others for the next sandwich order, that's a health code violation I'm sure. I may have to call DOH on them.. read more

Great location! Food is very good. However, the service is poor mostly due to the lack of staff. Whenever I go there I see different staff at register and food prep area. It's obvious they are short staff because there is no one at the dining area cleaning up tables or keeping up with the Barista counter. My order was taken at the kiosk and I was given a cup for my coffee but they forgot about the pastry. I also ordered a smoothie but there was no one preparing it until I got up from my table to check for it. Also, I used the restroom but there was no toilet tissue. All of this and there was no traffic in the restaurant. They should use the downtime to take inventory of what needs to be done before getting busy with customers. Hope changes happen quickly. read more

This is bar far the worst panera I've ever been to. Not only did I find a very disturbing piece of turkey artery in my turkey chili and showed it to the manager. Panera Bread - Disturbing piece of turkey in my turkey chili - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Stopped by this location a few days ago because I was craving my fav sandwich, napa almond chicken salad. The sandwich itself was decent. I've had better from other panera locations. Panera is ridiculously overpriced but the food is good. The service sucks here. And what makes it worse is the manager had the worst attitude. I had some questions about activating my panera card and she was totally impatient treating me as if it was a major inconvenience. Keep in mind there was NO LINE. Customer svc matters. And this place failed. However it was clean. I probably will not go back though. Sometimes its just the principle. read more

Worst. Panera. Ever! Like seriously get your act together, you have just lost a customer or maybe two. You forgot the key items of our dinner. My sister whose birthday it is went with out a sandwich! By far the worst Panera I've ever been to. Waited in front of register for 10min until someone noticed that people were waiting. SO many people were waiting for their food and and I really didn't see much being handed to the waiting customers. It was a Monday at 2pm so I can't even imagine what a chaos it would be during lunch rush hour. All we got was 2 drinks so we went to the station and 3 out of 6 or so containers were empty. Fruit flies flying everywhere. All we wanted was lemonade and they didn't even have that. I asked one of the staff if there's any lemonade and she said whatever's out there is all we got.. really ? 2pm on a Monday and no lemonade..? Okay.. Also there was no indoor seating and it looked like staff's personal belongings were just thrown on the chairs and couches where it was closed to the customers. I feel like the least they can do is to keep the place looking neat. It's located at cross county mall so I feel like they simply don't care since they'll get business regardless of how messy and unorganized they are. Should've just got a water bottle from a vending machine. read more

Service is really poor here. They are super slow and never have pick-up orders ready.

There's a woman that works here that has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen in my life. I have no idea how she's still working here. The food here is never fresh but yet I keep coming back just now for tea and smoothies. The lines are always long, they have at least five registers but threres always one and on a good day two people working at the counter. The wait for the food after the long line is even longer. If you are in a rush I do not suggest that you come here read more

I am constantly disgusted by their service. I have been vegan for 5 years now and they once put a large abundance of YOGURT in my VEGAN smoothie on October 11th, 2018. Therefore causing me to get extremely sick. Then tonight I asked them to politely take something out of my bread bowl that i do not like. They rudely told me it is pre-made so they weren't able to, which is understandable. I ordered it anyway (only because I had a gift certificate from my previous issue with this location, otherwise I would have never gone there again.) I received my food that was supposed to come in a bread bowl/with a side of bread/baguette. Instead it came in a regular take out container and with AN APPLE. I asked them why i received an apple and then they told me they were out of bread. Which they definitely should have told me before I had ordered the product. Not to mention the hair that has come with my numerous bagels in the past. read more

One year later and it gets worst (I only go to this location as the kids like the soup and we go to Macys - I'm done now for good) Recent Sample from the past 4 weeks * week 1 - order kids food and a Hummus bowl for myself. It arrived, 15 minutes later without the Hummus. When I went to the counter, "I knew you should have recalled that" said I one person to the next. No apologies. * week 2 - order the 3 meals, place seems quiet. Kids get soups - after 20 minutes I venture to the counter to ask about my meal. "we're waiting on bowls" was the reply. Ask for refund - which I get, no apologies or clarification. * week 3 - order the 3 meals as usual with bread. "Sorry, we have no bread - do you want an Apple or Chips?" "Sorry I thought you were a bakery that baked Bread - hence Panera Bread - so your telling me you have no bread". "I can give you sour dour if you want". Speech less and bewildered * week 4 -April 2 - 10% occupancy but still had to wait 17 mins for 2 soups and a salad. Even my young kids are starting to question the logic of going to Panera!!! finally. Very tempted to put "where's our soup" video on Panera's Facebook. The problem really is the management and the staff. I purposely include the management because they're supposed to be on top of things. My wife and I went to get a meal at 4:00. Busy on a Saturday but not a crush by any means. We both got the Tortellini and chicken. Her's was cold, mine was ok (though not hot). I bring it back myself and ask them to heat it up. A few minutes later, I bring it back to my wife. She says it's still too cold. I taste it myself. She's not kidding. It's VERY cold. So now I go back annoyed. They give me a new one from what was to be someone else's order. It was fine. But everyone is looking at me like a zombie. I didn't rant and rave, but everyone is looking at you like they've never heard a request to heat up food. As far as cleanliness, this time wasn't too bad. I've been here when it was worse. Dirty with fewer staff, unclean floors. This time it was generally clean. But for a Panera, It makes you not want to come back. There are better Panera's if that's your thing and there are better places to eat in the Cross County Mall if that's your focus. read more

I used to like Panera Bread but they are just way too pricy now. The you pick 2 actually used to be worth it but now it will cost you about 10 dollars. That's not a deal. They also took quite a while to bring out our food. Maybe it's just this Panera Bread that's bad but I am not a fan. Edit: I'm changing this review to 1 star because it's been half an hour and we still have not received our food! read more

After ordering online an hour ahead I still waited 45 minutes for my food which was cold. When I got home with the $100 order .... we were missing some of our food, and the food we did get was dry old and cold. Honestly when this place first opened up the food and service were great. We had a party of 6 this morning. We ordered and got what items were readily available before sitting and waiting for the rest to be brought out. The food seemed to take longer than what seemed reasonable and one of the sandwiches was incorrect. It was resolved, however, and the rest of the meal was enjoyable. Our server was also rather friendly. read more

Panera Bread - I actually ate a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun (not photographed) but had this bagel for dinner. Both were delicious. - Salad Near Me - Yonkers, New York

So, the only good thing I can say is the cashier Ashia! Friendly, fast and attentive. Each time I have been here my hot sandwich has been cold. I'm not sure how they pull that off considering I watched them out in the panini machine. While I was waiting a couple of other customers brought their sandwich back as well to have it reheated. If you order to stay they give you a card with a number and you put that card in a stem on a random table. Then eventually they bring you your food after they circle the entire restaurant to find you. Terrible system. 5 or 6 plates of food sit on the counter while one worker delivers one plate at a time. If your lunch is only an hour order to go even if you're staying. You'll get your food a lot faster and avoid being hangry. Never been a big fan of the soups here but I dig the salads. The sandwiches are what you would expect from any Panera, with the exception of it being cold of course. It was also late in the day and they pastries seemed to be untouched which had me curious. If you want something fast and hot this is not the place for you. Applebee's is right next door, give them a try. read more

They finally opened this Panera Bread! yippie! Well what's the first time verdict? it was pretty good. I had the Mac & Cheese and it was hot and good! my daughter had a plain grilled cheese sandwhich and my hubby had the Cuban sandwhich and everyone left full and satisfied. Overall the place was clean, the food was good but it was a bit over crowded and felt as if it was too small of a venue (It's weird because when Burger King used to be here it felt open and huge). This is a pretty cozy Panera Bread within the Cross County mall. Plenty of options, healthy and hearty. Great selections of tea, my favorite is the ginger peach tea.
