First and Foremost I love Panera Bread but this location can be so lacking at times. Staff can be polite and friendly on a good day but due to a high volume of customers at this particular store they are always sold out of items early in the day which can be frustrating. I thought I was lucky the other day because there was no line. My inner fatty was so happy waiting for my food I wanted to try the new Steak sandwich. Yet after 15 minutes of waiting I realized everyone was receiving their food before me. Only to proceed back to the cashier to find out there is no steak for my sandwich. Since this is a frequent occurrence whoever is responsible for ordering stock should definitely look into the numbers on high demand items so things like this do not continue to happen at this location.

Totally understand why this location has such a low overall rating. My boyfriend and I were out here for a doctors appointment and were starving so quickly grabbed Panera. Woof. So many things wrong at this location. Front of house staff are overwhelmed - probably short staffed as well. All their drinks in the soda machine are pure syrup because it's clearly out of CO2 so zero bubbles. Unfortunately, boyfriend's Turkey bacon avocado sandwich was bland. His broccoli cheddar soup was good though! My Greek salad was supposed to come with extra tomatoes but I got zero instead of extra. Asked them for some and they said they were out and carelessly shrugged it off. No one on staff seems to really care about any of the issues. The whole place is also just such a mess. Dirty and unkept. Woof.

This location was ok. I think they need to be a lil more tidy with the bread area, being how we are still in a pandemic. I ordered a small chicken figi salad, and it was good. It didn't seem like they had anyone in forcing social distance, but from the look of it, everyone seemed to be doing it automatically. It also appeared as if the tables were set that way as well. Anyway the wait wasn't long and thank goodness for the free Wi-Fi they had. I wasn't to unhappy with this visit. I would visit this location again being that its located right in my local mall. F.Y. I. they were hiring.

When you're waiting for your take out and you have a clear glance at what's going on in the "kitchen". Pretty pretty slow on the orders going out. Sad workmanship. It's a chain so the food is standard for the training. I hope. Done only take out here. Watching customers come pick up to stay orders before my to go order is actually ready placed before their order. I've been gone back-and-forth between Panera in Boynton Beach Florida and here in Yonkers quite the difference in cleanliness and service Disappointed in the quinoa amount for the Greek salad.

    A ROACH !

As a former employee who quit i come here to truly expose the truth about this place and i cant stress it enough that this place is ROACH INFESTED. rats, mice, unknown little critters. It's disgusting. The management is horrible they save food from days before and leave it out knowing we have roaches to serve to people THE NEXT DAY. i've called out multiple times while i was caught with an unknown sickness and they've made me come in knowing i was sick as well as still making people come in for their shifts while infected WITH COVID. Please take your money elsewhere. The pelham store is wayy better. and very cleanly .I've added a picture of just one of the roaches i've found on one of my shifts at this store.

    Flies on my drink

How is it possible that I came here to have breakfast and I find that flies are coming out of the lemonade container?

    Cucaracha

ARE THE ROACHES PAID ACTORS? By far one the dirtiest Paneras I've ever seen. Stuck in a time warp this Panera smells like mold and air wick that sits on a filthy carpet. There's a layer of dust and grease on everything. You cannot convince there's a cleaning crew that wipes anything down. The juices that sit in self serve containers should have drink at your own risk plastered on them. PLEASE DO BETTER!! This is pure laziness.

A Panera bread that runs out of bread and chips .... What's the point, you might as well just close for the day and then they drag their feet to give you a refund. If i wanted a tuna fish sandwich on plain white bread I could've made that myself and stayed home ... I guess that was gods way of telling me I should've went to Shake shack

This is supposed to be a piece of chicken, it's hard and The fat is disgusting.

I would like to start this review by saying that all the negative reviews that you are probably reading are 100% true and I'm just here to add one more to the list. It's obviously always busy always long lines always dirty they never have anything those are the obvious but look what is in my sandwich it's one thing to have a horrible seating or bad customer service but to also serve customers dog food... That goes against everything because we all have favorite restaurants where we know the service may be horrible but the food is always perfect. I obviously wouldn't have ever opened my sandwich if there was no reason for I took a bite into the sandwich and I almost puked

Steak and white cheddar half sandwich with horseradish and it was supposed to be pickled red onions... but as you can see there is not.

Their sandwiches are toasted on this great panini like bread and you definitely leave feeling full. The staff are friendly and was patient while I looked over the menu. I ended up getting the brisket sandwich which came with a bag of chips (around $16). I love how this area is located in this quaint village of hastings on Hudson. The food was very tasty. The brisket sandwich had succulent meat that fell apart amid a bed of cheddar and a honey barbecue sauce. The portions to me are kinda big so I ate half for lunch and the other for dinner.

After being greeted with a smile by Antonio one of the twin brothers who own the shop I ordered. The owners can't be nicer and show a real love of food. My wife got an eggplant wrap with roasted red peppers and I got the Roast Beast a roastbeef on garlic chiabatta, both were delicious. The eggplant paper thin and the housemade roastbeef rare and super tender. The sandwiches were very large, but after eating half we both continued to eat the whole sandwich. I also had their potato salad and this had the right consistency and seasoning. They also have some nice desserts, some homemade some from good sources. I asked about their breakfast being good, "i am making homemade English muffins for the morning" The tiny space with a few tables has Italian products that are well chosen breadsticks, pasta, etc. Oh the sandwiches come with your choice of flavors. We are no longer skeptical and will be back soon.

I thought about just getting DoorDash, but I figured I had a rental car and the Google map said parking was "easy," so I drove over. Parking was not exactly "easy," but I did find a metered spot not far from the entrance. I do think DoorDash is the way to go here, as there isn't a ton of space to dine in. The menu includes several breakfast options as well as sandwiches, salads, burgers, and smoothies. Everything sounded really tasty. I ordered the AM snooze wrap and a latte. It took a bit for the food to be ready but it was freshly made, hot, and wrapped well for the short drive back to my hotel. The wrap has scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, American cheese, and "secret sauce." It was a generous portion and I had half leftover for the following morning. This wrap was everything I want in a breakfast - portable, easy to eat, cheesy, salty, delicious. Loved it. Do not order coffee - the "latte" just tasted like bad gas station coffee, but the wrap totally made up for that. If I lived in the area, I would probably order from this spot all the time.

I skip the "Mike's Way" and go with my own style: a light touch of lettuce (otherwise they'll load it up!), onions, jalapeños, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise. Every now and then I'll add bacon, but honestly, it's perfect as is. I usually go for the regular or the giant--because it's just that good. My father-in-law is just as loyal to his order as I am to mine. He always goes for the giant Ham and Swiss with tomato, lettuce, and a drizzle of oil. Simple, consistent, and always done right. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the service. The team here brings a level of warmth and energy that you don't see everywhere. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and conversation. They take the time to remember you, and that kind of personal connection goes a long way. Akin's energy greets me without missing a beat. Louis is always smiling, saying hello, and even asking how I'm doing--and sometimes how my father-in-law is doing when he's not with me. Joe keeps the team spirit going strong, while Randy and Natalia are always welcoming and engaging. Willow and Anthony are consistently putting in the work, and Luigi took the time to walk me through the different types of hams by name and always greets me with a smile. Even the team members whose names I don't know yet contribute to that same great atmosphere--and I appreciate them just as much. I've also noticed the owner making rounds, checking in with customers and creating a welcoming environment. It's a small touch that makes a big impact--and the occasional warm cookie doesn't hurt either. And I'll be honest--I make it a point to stop in on Wednesdays because of the double points (whether I order online or in-store). I like to save my points... lol! You can tell there's real pride here, both in the quality of the sandwiches and the relationships they build with their customers.
