Don't do it!!!! A roach with its entire body was fried and served to me. I am disappointed and disgusted. Unfortunately, the order was placed via UberEats and not in person. The restaurant issued a verbal apology and stated that I could receive comped food the next time I visit. But the issue is that, I don't want to eat from this restaurant ever given. The drunken noodles were definitely one of the worst i had. the noodles were stuck together in a low quality sauce and the protein beef tasted pretty overcooked and unreasonable. Overall, good food at a reasonable price with busy but helpful servers! Shrimp and pork shumai 7.5/10 warm and a lovely m pork flavor, great texture with the thin dumpling skin. These were a great recommendation from one of my waiters, and my only complaint is I wish the dipping sauce had black vinegar or a bit of a stronger flavor, it was sweet and a bit bland and I think it could have added more complexity to the pork and shrimp instead of muting it. Scallion pancakes 6.5/10 they were shatteringly crisp and flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, texturally were delightful and exactly what I hoped for from the photos on the menu, and it was a good portion size, but there was about three flecks of scallion per pancake piece--very faint scallion flavor, almost indetectable, so they were fairly bland. Stir fry with handmade noodles and chicken 6.5/10 the noodles were thick and chewy, they actually blended in well with the chicken visually haha! the sauce was nicely thick to hold up to the noodles and the dish felt simple but carefully made with the the thin slices of chicken (half of which were perfectly cooked and half of which were just a little tough), with a scattering of bell peppers that still had a little crunch, a pleasant contrast to the other soft textures, and a bit of green onion--if I tried this again, I would ask for extra vegetables. I'm glad I tried this dish, but next time would try another item on their menu or maybe just get two dumplings orders... Beyond the food, the waiters were quick to respond when I asked for water or a to go container and they offered helpful recommendations, while clearly busy with takeout and in-restaurant customers. What a rollercoaster of emotions it was eating this food. Keep in mind I did order from Uber Eats so I understand the commute changes up the food but my oh my was I disappointed. (The spring rolls were delivered in a aluminum bag which I'm sure assisted with the preservation). The Tom Yum Soup was the best thing in this order. I love mushrooms and they did not hold back. They did hold back on the shrimps tho (as most Thai food joints do) as I only got 2 but the broth was so flavorful I didn't care anyway. Now the Pad Thai......sad....so so so so so so SAD! For sure you must order the crispy shrimp. I loved it and I loved the texture so crunchy. I really enjoyed their pork soup dumplings. They were perfect and not too hot where you burn your mouth on the soup inside. I also ordered the miso Ramen. It was pretty good. The pork that it comes with is very thinly sliced and you only get two or three slices so it's not a lot of protein. I really enjoyed the broth. I have FINALLY found a place that makes good Pad Thai in my area! I have driven past this restaurant many times and it's always busy so I finally decided to try them. I ordered online and to my surprise my order was ready when I arrived - I find that to be a rarity these days. I ordered the pork pot stickers and shrimp pad thai. The pot stickers were delicious - not fried too hard although I could have used a little more sauce that accompanied it. The pad thai was delicious! The noodles were cooked well, the shrimp were large and plentiful and all the flavors were good. My only complaint is they should take the ends off the shrimp to make it easier to eat. I was totally ignored when I got to the restaurant and it wasn't even that busy... Was it because I was a person of color with a darker complexion.... Decided to order from this place today, I ordered a sliced noodle soup. The Noodles were HUGE, like big as your fingers huge. You can tell they were freshly made. It was yummy so I can't complain. On June 28th, 2022, I had a party of eight, when I usually go as a party of two to three, but they were still very attentive to us. The wait staff are very friendly and courteous. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken was very crunchy, and we all loved how there was chopped garlic as well. The beef pho was good, and served with bean sprouts, basil, and lemon on the side. Some places skimp out on the meat, but there was a hearty amount of meat in the bowl. We also had Pad Thai, and it was okay. I usually ask for mine spicy. I couldn't do that for this visit, since we were all sharing, and some people in my party can't tolerate spice. In hindsight, I should've asked for chili oil, to help spice it up, but I didn't. Lastly, we had a bunch of soup dumplings. There are no pictures, because they were inhaled before I could take my phone out. I almost always order the handmade sliced noodle soup from here. It's simple and satisfying, especially on a chilly day. Good for dining in or taking out. Dumpling + Noodle is a little bit of Asian fusion but weighted more toward Chinese cuisine. It's not entirely authentic, but is very good Asian food for the Bronxville and lower Westchester area and by far superior to take out joints. And a spicy Basil rice with fish fillet and roast duck rice to go. The soup dumplings and pot stickers are good but the skin is thicker than Mr Chen. The braised beef noodle soup is the best dish with well seasoned beef and tasty soup. The other items were really good. We also ordered the pork fried rice which was very good and just a bit oily for me. Beside that the rice was well cooked and had a lot of pork pieces in it. I truly missed Asian, specifically Singaporean, food and I found their barbecue pork to essentially transport me back to that country. Went to this place for the first time today, while the food was delicious and ready to pick up in 15 minutes, I cannot give this place a full five stars due to the service I received when I went to pick up my food. Firstly, I ordered my food from the car outside. Two orders of shrimp dumplings, an order of Tom yum soup and an order of pad Thai noodles for a total of 37.88 which I asked for before I hung up with the person taking my order. I was told the order would take 15 minutes to prepare so I got a hundred dollar bill and could only find .78 cents in the car. I went inside and told the lady at the front I had placed my order over the phone. She asked my name, which she didn't take over the phone and this rubbed me the wrong way as I told her I didn't give my name because I wasn't asked for it , but I then recited my order. She had it and I gave her my money, 100.78. She put it into the computer in front of her and then wrote down $60.90 on the note pad in front of her. She proceeded to walk to the back to get three $20's from somewhere and pulled out $1 when she returned to the register in front of me and gave me $61. When I began to tell her the change she had given me was wrong she said to me with an attitude that the change she gave me was what the register said the change was and that unless I had exactly .88 cents, this was my change. She said, it's just .10 cents, as if she was doing me a favor rounding up to $61 when I know my change was supposed to be $62.90. I didn't have my phone on me as I left it in my car to pick up the order or else I would have showed her on my calculator how I know she was short changing me $1.90. I didn't bother arguing with the lady as it was only $1.90 and I feel I would have had to make a bigger scene than necessary for a Sunday afternoon so I just left, but she made me feel like I didn't know how to do simple math and charged me $1.90 for not having .88 cents as opposed to .78. The food was good but I am considering not returning. I called the restaurant when I got home and told the manager what happened and he apologized and said he would talk to the lady who helped me. I may go back because the shrimp dumplings were good and he seemed genuinely sorry to hear what I had told him. It's not about the $1.90 because honestly I would have likely given it as a tip anyway, I just didn't like to be made to feel like I don't know how to do math when I spent over a decade working as a cash handler. read more

Located on a quiet street in Bronxville area. This place looks run of the mill but it is a step above your normal chinese takeout place. The general tsos chicken is my go to dish to test out if places are legit. Usually it is average but this one was great. The coating on the chicken was crunchy and it had real chicken. Not too spicy either which I like. We also tried the mushroom veggie dumplings which are good as well. Spring rolls were the only thing that was pretty standard and average.
